Pretty sad that this establishment really would go this low and be so crooked to cover up the check engine light with black tape!! Job well done on getting off on someone. I would advise NO ONE purchase a vehicle from this company. They don t even deserve 1 star let alone 5!

DeWayne @ the North Location is the absolute BEST to do it. 10|10 highly recommend. He was very thorough, thoughtful, & patient during the whole process of getting a vehicle from him. This dealership does not pressure you to do anything are very welcoming. Extended thanks to Manager Mike for going above & beyond as well, making sure I was taken care of & getting the best deal for what I had.

So my husband and I did a thing on this Saturday to say we were going to look for a vehicle to look at. So we went to Auto Store of Greenville and Dewayne greeted us and got us into a 2019 BMW SUV!! It s so nice and well instantly fell in love!! Thanks Dewayne for your kind service in putting us in our SUV!! Great service!!

This place is no good at all. They sold my son a 2018 mustang he got it on a Thursday his motor blew up on Saturday in Raleigh and he had to get a Uber home. And they said he voided his warranty talking about he over revved his motor and blew it up they did something to the car to make it run long enough to get off of their lot. The North Greenville

Communicated with the 4002 memorial Blvd location for 3 weeks prior to traveling over an hr and 30 mins to get a car. I submitted all of my documents over the phone to assure they could assist before traveling and was told they could for sure get me in a vehicle with $1500 down with my credit situation. I am a business owner and I adjusted my schedule to go get a vehicle because I urgently needed one. When I arrived the sales manager John passed me off to salesman Henry who then passed me off to saleswoman Jamie. I gave her all of the requested documents and she left me in her office. Time passes she comes back and says she's waiting on the bank... leave again... come back in again and tells me I need $3000 down which is double the amount. I was very clear and communicated very well on the money I had to put down on a vehicle. I left with no vehicle because I did not have an additional $1500 to put down on the one car that was available in the bank's/my budget. I lost out on money I could have made and had to reimburse a client due to me getting back late wasting my time at this car lot. I do not recommend handling anything over the phone with these people. They obviously have no respect for your time, gas or money and will say anything to get you to their lot. I was highly upset at the outcome, the time and money I wasted driving to auto store group of Greenville. Luckily I paid my client for the inconvenience and reconciled with her to save my business after wasting my time being passed around and leaving without a vehicle at this location.

The communication was ok. My credit was ran on a Friday however no one reached out to me until Monday afternoon. When the salesman reached out he seem confused. I was ask how much of a down payment I could put down & when I gave starter price the phone went silent and than I was ask what s the maximum I could put down. A few hours passed and when I called back for a follow up I was informed I needed to put more money down or find a co-signer. I then ask how much did the bank approve me for and was informed the information wasn t even sent to the bank yet. I than tried to figure out if it wasn t sent to the bank how would they know I needed a larger down payment. Ive had multiple vehicles and never heard anything like this. This company only concern is large down payments

From the moment we pulled up on the lot with our friend. There was someone to greet us. They took extensive time in our search for a vehicle.Experienced, courteous, knowledgeable staff made my search for a vehicle a very rewarding experience and with that said I was able to drive off lot with a 2016 Toyota RAV4. I dealt with mr.mike , Terrence and lem. They are very good informative people. They listened and make sure they do everything they can to get you a vehicle. They were a pleasure to do business with. I definitely recommend them and their cars are nice as well. I got a 2016 VW Jetta from them. It was an easy process as well.

Mike is very dishonest and only had the car for a day the TPMS light comes on...a couple of weeks later the check engine light comes on. He had his salesman to clear the code. Than the next week the battery light is on....NOT TO MENTION THE FIRST CAR HE PUT ME IN THE AC DIDN'T WORK. Two kids with 100 degrees weatherThan he tried a second GMC which needed CV joints. Also theToyota was in an accident which he failed mentioned. Did my own Carfax report. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE AUTO STORE NORTH IF YOU DON'T WANT A BROKE DOWN CAR OR PAYING FOR CAR REPAIRS AFTER A MONTH... BOUGHT A CAR FROM THE WINTERVILLE LOCATION NEVER NO PROBLEMS UNTIL 9 YEARS LATER. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ALL THE CARS NORTH OF THE RIVER!!!!!!!

This is by far the best car lot I have ever been to. They don't force you to get what they want you to get . They let u choose what u would like to have and go beyond to make that work. When they say they will get you riding it's very true. The salesman are all very nice and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in . The manager Mike is very helpful and does everything he can to make sure you are fully satisfied when you walk out the door. If you want a car and been told no every where else come to these guys you won't regret it!!

Had the best experience of my life here!!!!! Got approved when I couldn t get approved anywhere else. Drove almost two hours just to get here and left happier than I came. Got my van and he even kept us entertained while waiting through paperwork. I would recommend coming here anytime you re in the market for a car!!!!

Absolutely terrible. They are dishonest and will not return your calls. No inventory and they will try to take advantage of you if they feel you do not know any better. They tried to sell me a 2012 Ford Escape (still on the lot) that has clearly been in an accident. Check the driver side door and AVOID THIS LOCATION -

This is my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from the auto store. If anyone is in the market for buying a vehicle I definitely recommend the auto store. Henry Just the sales consultant was very polite and he is a great salesperson. Call the auto store and ask for Henry. Drive home in a new car.
