Went in looking for brake parts to my 04 f150. They didn't have the right spindle nut at the first store so I had to another Advance Auto to get it. They did have the right brake pads. I didn't know that Advance Auto has been taken over by Car Quest Auto parts, which means parts are a little more expensive than the old Advance Auto.

Allen not only assisted me but showed genuine concern about my car issue and made sure l had accurate information before purchasing a part that cost almost $100.00.I'm a senior citizen and to have someone that concerned was SO REFRESHING AND HEARTFELT. I was told to go to this specific Advance Auto and l am so glad l did!!!I bought the part and a customer/mechanic heard my plight put the part on in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes at no charge. Yes, it was AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! March 20, 2022

Wonderful service! My van was running hot and I was an hour away from home. Chris was a tremendous help in troubleshooting and helped me determine the part needed. He called another Advanced Auto to locate the right part and told them I was headed their way. Super quick - and such personable customer service. Many thanks!

It's the newest Advance so it had good deals but they close at 7 and the staff didn't really try to help me. They just watched me until I came to the counter. Then 2 of the guys had a humorous debate in front of me about who should handle the customer on the phone. Just rude.

The associate that helped me with my battery replacement was very good. She not only made sure that my battery needed to be replaced, she checked my alternator and starter to see if they were good.

I went looking for wheel bearing seals, for a yard work trailer and after giving them the I.D. and O.D. measurements, the employee found what I needed. I didn't have tell them what type of vehicle it came from. The seals look like good quality and they worked great.

Delaney went above and beyond. No stock on shelf, so she dug around in the back and got me what I needed. Most counter people probably wouldn't have cared. Thank you Delaney!

The 5 year old battery in my auto would no longer hold a charge so I jumped charged the car and drove straight to the AAP store on 601 Greenville Blvd. Fortunately the required battery was in stock and employee Miles personally and quickly replaced it within less than ten minutes. Great friendly service and, great price.

Can you believe it? Advance Auto Parts store on Greenville Blvd. near Kia auto has paint. I'm talking about high end paints. I needed some paint that was high end. They talked with the paint technician in Georgia to find the exact formula. Hit the formula right the first time. I know where I'll get my paint and supplies next time. Awesome job Miles and the whole Advance Auto Parts crew.

Pretty decent store customer service is excellent if they don't have the part to try to get the part to you ASAP the price is a little high they need to adjust a price especially in commercial sales be aware sometimes you can get the parts from the dealer for a little less than what they're asking for it on certain items not on all items overall decent place to shop

Waited 10 minutes for somebody to come to the counter and everything I needed they had to order or couldn't get at all. Customer service was good other than that.

Disappointing that this store smells of cigarette smoke and the employees are waiting on customers without wearing masks during a pandemic. There are so many auto parts stores, I will be getting my supplies elsewhere.
