If you miss being treated like a valued customer and you want quality workmanship, this is the place for you. I had called 4 other glass shops and could not get an accurate quote to replace the windshield on my car. Quotes ranged from $200 to over $800 but no one was quite sure if they had quoted the correct replacement windshield. The folks at Windshield Glass took the time to ensure that the right replacement windshield was installed on my car. They gave me an accurate and reasonable price. From the minute I brought my car in, I felt comfortable and knew I had made the right decision to go with Windshield Glass.

I highly recommend Windshield Glass Inc. for all your windshield needs. They were very easy to talk to and made sure that you knew what the cost would be , and even unexpected cost that could arise. They completed my installation of my back windshield in a timely manner. They called me to let me know when it was it was finished. I was very well pleased with their service.

I highly recommend Windshield Glass Inc. and give them a solid "5 Stars". I am a retired service manager for a major automotive dealership with over 45 years of experience and know the business extremely well. If I was to score them on a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), I would give them 100% across the board.Windshield Glass in downtown Greensboro was recommended to me for a cracked windshield. After calling them on Tuesday morning, they asked if I could bring the vehicle right in and they would assess the damage. Not only did they expertly repair the chip, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional from check in to check out. I was in and out in less than an hour!Service: Auto windshield repair

The people at windshield glass are amazing! I shattered my back window and of course I needed it replaced that day since it was going to storm. I call a company, rhymes with Daflite, and they could not get me an apt for a week because the glass for the car was on back order and just to come in and crash wrap the back window.Someone at worked mentioned Windshield glass, right around the corner, and I called thinking they could not fit me in either, BUT.... they said to come in now and they could find the glass that day and repair it in two hours for the same price as the other co.I brought them my car and they actually took me back to work while they were fixing my glass.They are AMAZING and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I can't recommend this place enough! If you ever need any sort of glass replaced on your vehicle, make sure you use this place! After all the many frustrations of having my car window broken into, the people who work here really brightened my day. They were so helpful, funny, friendly, and efficient, and they even helped my figure out all the insurance stuff. I wish I had a reason to go here more often.Service: Auto power window repair

My mom had her driver's side window broken out and after dealing with Unsafelite window for almost a week because her insurance uses them I called Windshield Glass and they got the job done in one day. I've used this establishment several times in the past 5 years and have always been happy. Stopped in yesterday to get a small amount of adhesive to reglue my rear view mirror to the windshield (base is 3/4" square) - they would not sell me enough for the repair and said it would be $70 for them to do it.Scott (owner) promptly called me and asked what they could do to make me happy - explained that they have to order single use packets of adhesive as they only carry bulk. It's a 2 stage adhesive so it wasn't as simple as I thought it would be.Service: Auto windshield repair

Work has yet to be completed, but we have used them to good effect in the past. The big story today is the personal service provided by the owner to rectify a small but annoying oversight; the mark of a company that has a good handle on how one might want to conduct their business.

I ordered a 1982 rx 7 windshield. This item is difficult to find at a reasonable price. This company found one that was very affordable. Great customer service.

Great cusyomer service! We traveled from out of town on a day they were closed. Scott agreed to meet up with us on his off time to help us avoid a $200 shipping fee. Much appreciated! Would use again and recommend to anyone.

This is the best place to change your windshield not only because of their affordable prices but also because of their excellent workmanship. I had my second windshield replacement with them this week and I am extremely happy for what I paid. I called them for a quote and they performed the replacement that same day. Forget Safelite and go with these people instead; they really know what they are doing and they even work other types of glass.

These guys are great, and priced better than the quote I got from AAA. I have had both window replacement and windshield repair, using Windshield Glass Inc. on each occasion, and I have been very happy with the results.Also, their customer service is excellent; everyone is friendly and that means a lot. The owner even took time to find the password and call his internet provider to try and help me get onto their wifi network once, when I expressed that I wanted to get work done on my laptop while I waited on the repairs. I highly recommend!

This place is great. I had a medium chip in my windshield and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. Some people say it takes a long time but I did have an appointment. A local business since 1961. Really cant beat that.

RV Glass and repair services get a 5 star review from me. Scott Harvey and his staff are professional, caring and has great expertise in RV side glass repair. They had a place for me to plug in while they did the work and gave me access to a car while my RV was getting repaired.Replacing side glass in an RV is a specialty and only done in certain parts of the United States. This is the best place on the East Coast. He has a library of over 600 patterns of glass for all makes of RVs.This is an awesome family business.

They offer great customer service, great quality work, and very affordable prices. One of the Owners even gave me a ride home so I wouldn t have to wait there. If anyone I know needs glass repair they will the only people I recommend.

This is the only locally owned glass company around in Greensboro and they still take pride in providing a great customer experience. Sharon was a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate the breathe of fresh air. Thank you for all your help!

Had a chip that ran as soon as they attempted the repair. I ended up scheduling to replace the windshield the next day. They said they had a loaner car they would make available which didn't happen. They replaced the windshield the next day but I had to wait in the sitting area (next to the restroom area which put out a constant sewer smell). The cost was a little higher than the other shops in town. Finally got my vehicle back and found that my iPhone jack was broken. I just wanted to get out of there by then. I get on the road and noticed my engine hood shaking. I get out to investigate and discovered the hood wasn't latched down. Good thing for the safety feature of that 2nd latch position. My only hope now is that the repair doesn't leak which is a real concern. I don't intend on going to them for any work again.

I set up an appointment with this Business yesterday June the 15th they told me to bring the car in this morning I was also asked what type of car I had which I told them a 1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS the lady told me on the phone that they will probably have to replace my clips with the windshield as well which I did not mind I drove all the way up from Burlington to the far end of Greensboro To their shop the technician came out with a attitude very unfriendly then the gentleman from the front office proceeded to come out and tell me they cannot replace my window because they do not have the clips to replace it I asked a gentleman why did you all tell me to come up here yesterday when I called in with the information with my car 24 hours earlier all he could tell me is I have no answer for that gas is very high right now I drove from Burlington all the way to Greensboro just to be told sorry I don't know why this happened totally unacceptable from one business owner to another.

Windshield Glass has always been helpful and were really nice helping with an off the wall request. They are more than a car windshield repair shop. I won t go anywhere else for glass shelves, shower doors, vinyl record unwrap device , storm doors, mirrors .....

The staff at Windshield Glass provided gracious customer service to me right from the first phone call. This is the 4th time I have had to replace the windshield because of a rock hit on the freeway. I ve had problems with Chinese replacement windshields that contain distortion ripples, shadows and parallax effects, so I called glass shops all over the Triad looking for a windshield NOT manufactured in China. Most of the shops would not accommodate me, and the one that said they could try were charging 40% higher fees than the others. When I called Windshield Glass, Sharon told me she could order a locally manufactured windshield immediately at no extra charge. The beautiful windshield they installed is clear and distortion-free. I am so happy I found Windshield Glass and I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent product and excellent service at reasonable prices.
