I was referred by my usual shop. Needed a transmission replacement, and was pleased that they took the time to explain the how's and why's. Also appreciated the communication - they kept me updated when there was a delay instead of leaving me hanging. Great service. Great prices. I needed a clutch for my car. I called five shops and and got prices in excess of $1100. Chuck and his team did it in 2 days for under $1000 and provide a warranty. I will recommend United Transmission to anyone.

I took in my 1996 Isuzu Rodeo for clutch service. When I inquired if the work was completed, I was told no work was done on it. Furthermore, I was told that they contacted me to pick it up and because I didn't pick it up on time, the vehicle was impounded for storage fees of about $900. I have called several times but they didn't have the vehicle and are unable to locate where the vehicle is stored. In essence the vehicle was stolen from me and have decided to file a complaint.

I was referred to United Transmission by another shop when the transmission in my 2010 Camry died. Chuck financed my repairs and labor and had me back on the road in two days. On top of great and friendly service I also saved $300!I highly recommend Untied Transmission to anyone who is in a bind but has decent credit... pay it off in a month and accrue no interest! It's no wonder why United Transmission was my first and only choice when my clutch on my '93 Accord died this past Friday. A year later and Chuck still remembered my name! I get my car back this Wednesday. Thanks Chuck!

Reverse on my car went out. The dealership wanted over $3500 to fix it. Got it completely rebuilt in a DAY for $1850 or so, including taxes. AND a three year/36,000 mile warranty. GOOD people, great service.

Great experience, I took my Nissan Altima up here last week and got a great quote and finish time. Will definitely recommend their services to friends and family. Even came with a warranty!

My personal experience wasn't good at all. Went in for a transmission problem and they kept it like 3 weeks and it came out with a different problem. Took it back to fix and still didn't fix the problem. They SEEM to be good hearted people but I don't know about good business people. Don't wanna go back nevertheless.

Didn't interact with the staff personally, but the dealership that I got my car from took it here to have the transmission rebuilt, first impressions are impecable! My car shifts like it has a brand new transmission in it! Will recommend to everyone!

Says that they don't have the ability/equipment to work on 2016 or newer vehicles, yet they have a handful of vehicles that are newer than 2016 currently being worked on.

I strongly recommend the guys at United Transmission!!! My transmission totally blew and they totally fixed it and an axel that was busted as well!!! Paid 3500 to rebuild transmission and they didn't fix my car and told me there was nothing else they could do my car was up there several weeks at a time several times just for them to not fix problem end up having to sell the car bad service they are overrated and they write there on reviews Bad Business
