Great experience; first time buying used at a car lot. Very genuine staff that was very helpful throughout every step. Was a bit unsure/nervous about buying/financing a used car at a lot but was completely assured and taken care of. They were very informative and transparent about everything. Really went out of the way to work with our budget and financial/credit situation. Left feeling confident with a great, clean car with low mileage at a great price. All the cars on the lot were clean and looked to be in great shape. Would 100% recommend to anyone and would do business with again.Biggest thing was how genuine and helpful the whole staff was. Did not feel at all pressured or feel like they were just trying to sell sell sell and squeeze $ out of us. Went out the way to work with us and meet all of our needs and situation. 10/10 great experience. Thanks to the whole team

I would definitely give USave 5 stars! They are amazing to work with they are very dependable, knowledgeable, and understanding. I got a car from them back in march and a week later i went on a road trip to Baton Rouge, it was a smooth ride there and back still with no issues til this day! Half of my family got there cars from here! I would highly recommend USave

I love this place. My car went down and within 24 hours they had me back on the road. Great customer service and the rep I worked with named T was very transparent with everything that was going on. I would recommend any and all to go check out this place. I love my car. Thank you so much Usave and I look forward to doing business with y all again. Came in with little faith but left happy Omar worked very hard to get me into a vehicle I came in for something a little older but Omar was able to get me into something newer a reliable and was patient with helping me I have bad credit but it was worth it ! Thank you Omar !

Ms.Twillyn definitely made me feel comfortable while test driving the cars she was honest it didn t feel like she was just trying to sale me a car. She made the car buying process so smooth and easy my son loves our car that we just got. The whole staff was a breeze to work with and definitely 10 outta 10 recommend

This is my second purchase from them. I was working with a woman by the name of Michelle. Her customer service is top Tier. She has been so helpful during this process. This is literally my second car purchase. The cars have great mileage and in great condition and there are a plethora of cars to choose from. She has made this entire process stress free and I m forever grateful. The deal she worked for my vehicle is great and fits my needs income wise. I will always continue to shop with this location whenever I m in need of a good reliable vehicle with also receiving impeccable customer service.

Horrible!!!! Stay away from this place. They beg people for these reviews in the beginning then all the car trouble starts. I brought a car to them to fix for my daughter which needed a motor. They reolaced it with a bad motor, knew it was bad and claimed the issues were for other reasons and I replaced them reasons they claimed for nothing!I purchased a car the ac didn't work they knew it needed a compressor lied said they replaced the compressor but only added freon. The car also need a cover under it and the owner refused to replace it. This place is horrible they steal your money and refuse to take responsibility for their errors. They are thieves!!!! Steal your hard working money for their gain. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a great experience. I had a total loss on a vehicle 5 years ago, which I didn't know until I went to go apply for a loan through my bank and was denied. Through it all and to sum it all up, Omar was great! Although it wasn't an easy process with me because of my credit, he was patient and worked extremely hard to find a vehicle for me. I walked out, pleased with the vehicle I got!Also, I didn't get the name of the lady who greeted me, but she was so warm and welcoming! Her aura will make you feel right at home

These people are awesome and generous, will work with you any type of way to get you on the road. They also do mechanic work. I had a slight issue with my ac, they fixed it with no problem at all for me free of charge. Wish I would've known about U Save Auto years ago, would've saved me a lot of trouble dealing with other car dealers!
