Stay away from this place. They will misdiagnose your truck and will not take accountability for it .. its just about the money they can bring in. I'm sure it will be another post of another driver soon. He truck was there last month and back again already. Do better. Ypu need zero stars. Nobody reads work orders Tech just do what they want. This location has lost lost my business.

They have had our Truck since Wednesday the 10th. We have yet to get it back, they claim it was a fuel rail sensor & two fuel lines, yet they order the part wrong twice. Tired of getting the fking run around from these idiots

We have 3 26 KENWORTH box trucks, making downtime extremely impactful to our customers and drivers. TLG Peterbilt s mobile technical service has helped us reduce unnecessary trips to their facility and arranges to do diagnostics and minor repairs on-site when the trucks are no longer needed for the day.They have been accurate, responsive, on time, easy to work with, and helped us stay on the road more than when we used other dealerships. Bought a 2018 Peterbilt 579 out of a small fleet in January from y all and have been happy with it!Was happy with Mr. Robbie Atkins, he was a great salesman! Wasn t pushy, was knowledgeable of the truck, its previous owner/ work history, and it s maintenance history. Also very helpful with the Red Oval warranty info & getting me set up with it!As I told Robbie, I definitely look forward to my next purchase being a new Peterbilt & working with him on that deal too!Thanks TLG Peterbilt & Mr. Robbie for a beautiful ride and great purchasing experience!*Slight issue I had was not on y all s behalf but more so the previous owner ,their shop & how they sealed the cut outs from the apu hvac system in the sleeper.Had a severe leak under the bunk but it s sealed correctly now.

My truck was in TLG Peterbilt for 2 months in Feb (originally shopped Feb 4th) and Mar 2022. Among my issues were fuel rail pressure and crankcase pressure. When I originally picked up my truck on Mar 25th, when I was getting on I-40 less than 1 mile from TLG Peterbilt, the fuel rail pressure code came back! I immediately returned to the shop and left again on Mar 30th with a new fuel pump. Even though I had explained to Service on Feb 4th that I had changed the fuel filter and the code had temporarily gone away, TLG simply changed the fuel filter. Smh. I also NEVER received a copy of the invoice even though I gave 2 different people my email address... ended up getting it from my company in my settlement weeks later.Now, I stopped in Sawyer MI last night to change my crankcase filter. When the mechanic opened the crankcase filter housing, there was NO FILTER!!! SMH.Why should I go back to TLG Peterbilt, especially in Greensboro?

Not even sure where to begin.(As it's all positive news.) These guys had a lot of patience with me and the ridiculous extended warranty company that I had on my truck. TLG went above and beyond for me, giving the warranty company everything that they asked for. (Believe me, they asked for a lot, including a picture of the front of my truck.) Michele was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress on the warranty's decision on approving the repairs on my truck. (The VGT actuator needed to be replaced & the warranty needed many different components in order to make a decision.)I am an OTR driver. I was surprisingly in and out within a day. It may have been quicker if the warranty company didn't drag their feet. I had a critical load that had to be delivered before the weekend/NYE. They made sure that it was possible for me to leave safely and efficiently. Definitely no complaints here, it was out of their control on the warranty's decision.Everyone may have a different experience, however, if you approach service men & women with respect and honesty. They will definitely help you out and may even go above and beyond for you.Thank you a million, TLG. It's a 5 out of 5 from me. I am extremely happy and pleased with the quick service.

I ve never gone here for service but their parts department is very good. Every time I go in for parts it s in stock or only a day away. Staff is friendly and informative

My truck was giving me some issues. I took it to TLG and they got on it right away. The guys was very professional and extremely nice. The lady at the counter (Jennifer) was extremely nice and very professional.She went above and beyond for me as a customer. She answered all my questions and kept me updated on everything. I will recommend TLG Peterbilt of Greensboro, NC to everyone. Thank You TLG for your professional service.

Jennifer in the service department was very nice to work with. She went above & beyond in helping me out. I was waiting on phone for my bank to open up an additional credit line & she pulled up a chair on other side of counter for me.She was very professional in doing her job.When I return for additional work to be done on my truck I will ask for her to help me out in service.

I have decided to stop using this place had to return for same problem 3 times to get one problem sorted cause they just part replacing and not diagnosing the problem Had to speed moved up. Quoted 185.00. end up paying almost 400.00 for all the years I have been using this location they have finally lost a repeat customer and a few others

Service is a hard thing to find these days. But this place has two men that stand out with their customer service. If you ever need to see that good people are still around you, stop by and see Lloyd in parts or Johnny in service, two class act guys!

They're very accommodating. I'd call Monday and let them know my needs and they would always get in for service later that week.They have a nice truckers lounge. With a hotel next door if you need to stay over.

Here is a real review about this dealer on the service . I called to get an update yesterday on our truck that has been there with a list of things to do for the past two days. Yesterday I was on the phone with a nice gentleman that went over the list with me and told me that he would get the truck in the shop after 2 jobs that they had to finish and that it will either be that day or next morning. Today the next morning came but this time we have a cowboy in the service department that thinks that he can speak on behalf of the entire company. I was talking to a another person in service where in the middle of our conversation this guy takes the phone and says "This truck has a big list and wont be done for 3-4 days so its not done" I never even asked once if it was done I only called for an update. I called once in the morning and was told that they have to check on the status of the truck, after a few hours of no communication and no call back I called to check again on the status. I did not know that customers who buy new Peterbilt cant call service for an update on their equipment. After I told the second guy on the phone that I was not even calling if its done or not done the only reason I called is to check for an update he kept on being rude. He told me exactly this " If you will keep talking like that than your truck will not be worked on at all" that is after I told him that Im a customer and I have the right to ask questions since I have no updates. Who is this guy? why is he employed there? why does he hate his job so much? My next call is to Matt Brodi who is the Branch Manager for that facility lets see if he allows his people to talk to customers this way. Simply WOW I have a fleet of trucks but not a single time in my 12 years in this business have I been told by such a big reputable group that I can pick up my truck and it wont be worked on. Thanks to guys like that I simply refuse to buy any more Peterbilts period.

I have a 2020 Volvo with a Cummins in it,these guys took me in right away. Bear in mind,Volvo North America headquarters is literally a mile away from here with a Volvo dealership right next to it and they wouldn t take me in,not even to try and see what seems to be the problem. Great dealership with great employees. If you were unhappy with other dealers and If you need work done I strongly suggest you give these people a shot. 10 stars!!!! These guys understand what the customer service is all about even though,sadly,I don t drive their fine product.

I bought my 2014 579 in December of 2018 and since then I haven t been able to keep it out of the shop due to after treatment issues (16th time in 16 months) . Thank God for warranty cuz all these shop visits are expensive (motels/downtime etc)I stopped at Piedmont Peterbilt on Wednesday night (2/26/20) and they got me into the shop Thursday morning . Carl (the mechanic) went though the entire system (and then some ) and found the guts inside the dpf filter had broken loose and were moving inside the filter , causing pressure readings to be crazy) . The wrong filter showed up Friday but they had the right one there by noon Saturday and they had me by 10am Monday ( They are open til 4pm Saturdays and not on Sundays) . I hoping this solves my problems and feel confident Carl gave the system a good check-up .Thanks to Carl , Anthony and Will ( and the entire staff) for Hopefully solving my long-term problem. Anthony actually called today (3/10/20) to check to see how the truck was doing after they worked on it - Not used to a shop making a check-up call but it was appreciated ! If I need help and I m in the area , I ll be back . .

Got me fixed up real quickly. Just wish it was a 24/7 shop. FYI they will not diagnose or repair engines that have been deleted. For that I give them 1 star.

Let me start by saying I bought my truck from piedmont peterbilt July of 2017 awesome sales department,This month my truck derated and I brought it in to get it looked at and repaired along with another list of repairs. When I called Monday morning they said they couldn t get me in till Wednesday ok that s fine. I call Wednesday late afternoon and was told it was getting windshield installed and waiting to get it back to figure out what s going on with it they d let me know when they figured it out ok fine thanks. Thursday late afternoon I call again and get told that there working on it ok thanks. FridAy late afternoon I call again and get told I have to fix a few things before they can diagnose what made it derate so they tell me the estimate I said ok fix it and was told that they were goona start working on it and would work on it saterday ok thanks. I call Monday and get the run around with no answers on that s goin on Tuesday comes and they tell me it s in the shop there working on it. I go there Wednesday and it s outside the bay door and the machanic is working on it outside. So I finally get the call that the truck is done I go there to pick it up and notice they didn t change the windsheild which I was told was why it took so long to get in shop cause they were waiting for the body shop, they lied to me. I will not be doing business with them again. If your to busy to get a truck in you should tell people and not lie to them. Oh and by the way here I am 500 miles later and truck is down again because your shop didn t diagnose what was wrong with the truck and just cleared the codes and overcharged me for labor. I usually don t leave bad reviews but people beware.

after waiting over 30 minutes, they pick up the phone and instantly just hang up on you, and will do it several times before answering with a very bad attitude like they dont want to do their job and then put you on hold for another 20 minutes to say they dont have it

Really, really good service techs and reps. Couldn t be any better as a company driver. Trucked got towed and repaired within 2 days. Surprising with how crazy busy they are. Thanks
