Couldn t have picked a better place or staff when I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman that I was dealing with Cam went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way from test drive to picking up the keys. Because of this experience I will purchase my vehicles at this dealership in the future. Thank you again to your great staff and Cam.

I had a hard time finding a Trax, I finally found one at Terry Labonte Chevrolet! Dhruv helped me out over the phone, Dhruv and I finalized a deal, he took a deposit, I came and signed my paperwork.The car was about two weeks away, Dhruv kept me updated throughout the entire process.Once the car got here at 8 am today, Dhruv had my Trax tinted, rubber mats put in, LoJack installed, and inspected ALL ON THE SAME DAY!!I came in, Dhruv got my keys, Dhruv had it filled up with gas! He was amazing and efficient. He walked me through my car and explained me the features, put my 30 day tag on and I was rolling in no time.Thank you Dhruv!!!!

Man oh man the car buying process has changed a lot. I had my 2018 Silverado super low miles and I was checking out some Silverado s online. I came across Terry Labonte Chevrolet and I got a phone call from Dhruv. He said he had 9 trucks that fit my criteria and that I should come in and he d give me an amazing deal.I was a bit skeptical but I rolled the dice with Dhruv and I went in.To my absolute pleasure I got the greatest salesman on earth. Dhruv Shah is one of a kind. He s smart, funny, informative, and kept everything rolling in a timely manner.I got there at 6, it took a while to get everything sorted out. But it was a joy. Not once did I feel pressured or anything.Thank you dhruv!

I've been searching for the right used vehicle that would allow me to trade mine in. I found it at Terry Lebonte Chevrolet. I called, and Lyndsey set up my appointment time. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Timothy Smith. He did an impressive job for me during the buying process. He got me the deal I needed. We are both veterans, which built a nice repore between us. So, for you veterans out there looking for a new or used vehicle, Tim Smith is the man to see. The entire team, Lyndsey, Tim, Chris, and Nick, were amazing. I appreciate everything they did for me and they went entirely out of their way to make my buying experience the best it could be. Dhruv at Terry Labonte Chevrolet is amazing!Dhruv kept us informed about this ZR2 Colorado coming in, the first one coming in to Terry Labonte s inventory! The FIRST ZR2 to come in to Greensboro.He told us it came in, and we went there with our BMW. Dhruv had the truck pulled up already, he showed it around to us. He knew every single feature.Dhruv worked up a good deal for us. But the reason for this review is how informative he is. How patient and easy going Dhruv is, Dhruv treated us very nicely and fairly. Me and my wife haven't bought a car in a while, we went to a franchise dealership and we had the pleasure of working with Dhruv! I went to Terry Labonte Chevrolet to get something a bit more fuel efficient. I worked with Dhruv he had the truck pulled up for me, I pre purchased the truck before it went through service, it needed TPMS sensors and new coolant. I told Dhruv that this was contingent on me purchasing the vehicle. He had it done for me and I had the truck after 5 days.Dhruv was seamless, transparent, and kept me updated throughout the truck being in service. Thank you Dhruv! I can not even begin to write all the wonderful things about Dhruv our salesperson! We only at first gave him 2 things we were looking for ( no white color and suv not large ) and he said I have the car and he DID!!!!!! From the start , his personality and not in our face attitude was the most perfect attributes that I knew looking at cars here would be a positive experience!!! Throughout the process he listened and answered every question we had (which were hundreds ) and he helped us with the computer system as we are not the most savvy computer couple I could go on and on and on but let me just say I WOULD recommend to everyone to come here and have Dhruv help them buy there perfect car !!! EVERYONE!!! Terry Labonte is beyond lucky to have such a top of the car ( haha ) salesperson , as well as a young man with all the qualities for a perfect salesperson, but as a person !!! He is rare !!! Thank you Dhruv honestly thank you is not enough , but one million thank you s for putting us in our perfect car and getting the absolute pleasure of meeting you !!! No one likes the car buying process, I hate it. DHRUV SHAH at Terry Labonte Chevrolet is the BEST salesperson ever!!!I ve been looking for cars for a while, due to my cars timing belt going out. I found a couple cars online on Terry Labonte s site and I went in.I originally was looking at a Blazer but Dhruv sat down with me and talked to me about what I really wanted. Due to some personal complications I was restricted as far as what I could get. But dhruv kept everything I wanted in mind as well as my budget.He came back to me after 10-15 mins and said he had my new car pulled up for me. I went out to check it out, he showed it to me super excited, and I fell in love with it. We took it for a spin, we came back and did paperwork. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Dhruv Shah at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. Dhruv is the absolute best salesperson anyone can ever ask for.Dhruv Is super patient, he has your best needs in mind. I traded my Colorado for my Silverado and this year I traded in my Silverado for my new Tahoe.I told dhruv what I wanted, what my budget expectations were, and what I wanted feature wise. Dhruv Shah and Terry Labonte Chevrolet gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.Firstly I had a lot of cars to look at, since their inventory is so good, and every one was available. I came in looking at 5-6 cars, Dhruv was as patient and as friendly as possible.Dhruv knew EVERYTHING about those cars. Every single one he knew everything about it. I wasn t looking at only GM, I was looking at a few brands.Dhruv surprised me by how well he wanted to help me, I told him what I wanted and he showed me a car that was never on my radar, but Dhruv said give me a chance, I promise you ll love it. Great place, trade in was a deal each time, totally worth it, and awesome customer service. This is my third truck that we have bought, this time we just made a phone call to Mr. Bobby the manager at Terry Labonte and he sent us every option through text and a phone call. We really wanted easy and quick . Then our sales consultant Joey had all of our information and paperwork ready when we came in. Sign and go, on a Saturday no longer then a 1hr. Joey is very helpful and professional, there was no pressure. Honestly it only took us a hour just because we wanted to check another color before signing. As a business owner I appreciate that my time was respected and the price was fair. All sales consultants at Terry Labonte are professional and not pushy, I just prefer the two that helped me buy my first Chevy baby. Normally at car dealerships I m used to the sales people being annoying. Maurice Winstead Reese was a wonderful sales person. He was professional and took care of my needs. Dhruv at Terry Labonte is the best. Let me tell you why!I been looking for cars for a while, and we came across this XT5 at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. After looking at a few of them I knew I didn t want one that smelled like smoke. So I asked to verify if it did or not. To my pleasure Dhruv sent me a video of the car, showing it s here and confirming it doesn t smell like smoke.We drove to TLC the next day to check out the vehicle and got there around 10:30 and we were rolling in no time. Dhruv had the car pulled up for me. We went on a drive he showed me everything and I fell in love with my new car.It was raining but Dhruv didn t mind, he got it filled up with gas and detailed and he even put a bow on it.Thank you so much Dhruv!

I had a great experience. My salesman Will Kelly was awesome. Very kind and super helpful. No pressure sales tactics. Will definitely go to him again when I m ready for another vehicle. As for financing department, Sinisa Brkic works his magic to get you the vehicle you want and keeps the payments in your budget. All in all. I highly recommend Terry Labonte Chevrolet!!! My visit to Chevrolet was fine until , my car was not ready when said. Brandon said it was time take two hours, l call two and half late no one could tell me my car was ready. They said they didn't where Brandon at was don't his phone. l had a whole hour still no one could tell me was my car ready. Had appointment at 2;30 Brandon find call me 2;40 . They was very friendly , appreciate to me when check in the only problem l had when was my was ready. lf l need your service again l will come back as long if know what will car will ready.
