Planned a windshield replacement and was encouraged by staff to schedule install first thing in morning before technicians got busy. At 9am I called because no one had arrived and was told the tech was helping in shop first thing and would not beout until closer to 10am. I would NOT use this company unless you have a half a day to wait around and not use your vehicle.

Not open till 5, I don't know why they won't update it. Open till they finish their work, usually 4 or earlier.Be sure to call in advance and don't just show up.

Best customer service I highly recommend this place. You don t see many mechanic shops that cares about customer service around triad.The receptionist JenniferShe was very nice and friendly also knowledgeable on windshields.She said off market windshield will look exactly like the OEM Windshield glass Honda sells and it does! I am 100% satisfied with the work and the serviceBig thumbs up to this place!!if I have any problems related to auto glass or my friends have then I would definitely recommend this placeThank you guys for awesome work! Ps.they also put their time to put my ez-pass back on windshield (in picture)

Had my rear window replaced this morning and the service there was fantastic! Extremely polite and I felt like I was back home in Florida at one of the local shops. Not only that, their prices were much more affordable than anyone else around and the quality of work was perfect! I would HIGH RECOMMEND using them for any and all auto glass repair. They will replace your glass but if you re looking for customer service and people that stand behind their work this is not the place then. Use to be a good place years ago but something has changed I cannot recommend this place, I m sorry!

Service was quick and easy!! Front staff was pleasant to work with. Only complaint was the 3% fee to run a credit card. Wish I would ve know that prior to going to pay.

Customer service determines if I do business with you.This family company is amazing!Before the appointment was even made, their consistent response time to my questions via email and text were amazing. Most of the time responses were under a half hour.Kaitlyn, the point of contact, is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This made dealing with insurance and the whole experience seem effortless.No worries about waiting for your work to be done, the customer wait room is spacious and comfortable with 2 large clean leather couches.So if you are in the Greensboro/ Triad area of North Carolina and need any glass work done, these people earn every bit of 5 star rating.

The customer service at Taylor Auto Glass is outstanding. The receptionist was the nicest person ever. I had a piece of glass I pulled from another car and wanted to see if they could install it. She went above and beyond and allowed me to send her a text with the images to show her team. The glass was able to work and they did it in hours. Jennifer and the guys were sweet as can be and I highly recommend this crew! Thank you so much for helping a kid that had no idea what she was doing fox her drive side window!!

Devin and Justin did a great job on replacing my windshield. They were personable and professional. From start to finish, the job was completed in a little under an hour. They came to my residence, so I was able to enjoy the comfort of my own home instead of sitting in a lobby of a garage. Very convenient. In my case, they were able to beat the price of companies such as Safelite, and also have a lifetime warranty. I would recommend Taylor s Auto Glass to my friends and family. I had a chip in my windshield I took it to Taylor Auto Glass. They were quick to accommodate me, assessed the damage, and reassured me. I highly recommend this local, family owned business that provides honest, fair, and friendly quality work. I contacted Taylor Auto Glass through their website. I got an almost immediate response from Kaitlin and within ten minutes and a couple of questions being answered I was given a very reasonable quote and we set up an appointment for just a couple of days later. Devin and Justin called to let me know they were on their way on the day of the appointment, got here just when they were supposed to, and immediately went to work. They were both polite and professional and did a great job on replacing our windshield. From the time I contacted Taylor Auto Glass through their website and set up the appointment with Kaitlin until Devin and Justin left everything went perfectly. Really poor customer service. I filed a claim for windshield replacement w/ my insurance company. I called the shop to confirm that they could install on the scheduled date. The lady that answered the phone was very rude & I felt like I had done something wrong by simply calling the office to better try to understand the process. I cancelled my installation with them & will find another company that doesn't act like I'm bothering them when I call.Service: Installation

I had to have my windshield installed quickly. They worked me in and came that afternoon. The guys installing the windshield were nice, friendly, and explained the whats and whys. Unfortunately I came up with another leak. So I went to their business to see what was happening. It was something else contributing to the leak which they explained and showed me what the problem could be coming from. Leaves built up and such. The girls in the office were so nice. I contacted Taylor Auto Glass to have a sliding rear windshield installed on my 2015 Ram 1500. The owners Tony and Jennifer provided me with a detailed written estimate and arranged for an appointment within just one day. During installation, they did not like the quality of the aftermarket windshield. When they could not reach me by phone, they upgraded the rear window to a factory, original equipment part which fit perfectly and looked great. I offered to pay them for the difference in the cost between the aftermarket and factory glass but they politely declined and stood by their estimate. I have operated my own small business here in Greensboro for many years and the people at Taylor Glass (owners and employees) treated me the way I treat my own Clients. This company impressed me with their attention to detail and quality customer service. Had the windshield in my brand new truck replaced and Taylor's did a fantastic job. Took care of negotiating with the insurance company for an OEM replacement and not chinese made junk. Only took them a couple hours for the replacement and all of the safety feature recalibration. Will definitely use them for future glass needs.

Taylors Auto Glass was recommend by the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. I read reviews and proceeded to call for a quote on my 2015 GMC. They were half the price of Safelite and they are a local business. I happily canceled my appointment with Safelite and booked with Taylor s. The work they did was very professional, office staff as well as technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. They stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty.Can not say enough about this company, they are very reasonably priced and do great work. Highly recommend for all of your glass replacement needs.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This is why small businesses are so successful when you go there they treat you like family everyone from the receptions to the installers are all friendly and willing to help or answer any question you may have they're bigger companies out there that offer time convenience these guys are the real deal this is old school business philosophy of taking care of the customer and I will always use these guys business and personal

Got me taken care of and worked with me to address my needs after i changed my appointment like 3 times lol. But they understood and got me taken care of in good time. My window replacement was for a semi truck. They do windshields and windows. Great customer service from my experience.

Professionally replaced my windshield in a timely manner. Customer service was above and beyond: while sitting in their waiting room with comfortable leather couches, I was updated on the status of the job every 15 minutes. Every employee was friendly and offered me not just progress updates, but also offered beverages and asked if there was anything else they could do to improve my wait. Highly recommend!!!

Extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable technicians and very competitive pricing. They took their time replacing my windshield and in my opinion went above and beyond the scope of their work to even clean under my weather stripe. Haven't actually had service performed yet but so far the customer service has been great. Spoke with office and was provided very detailed explanation of the process to replace windshield. I anticipate being very satisfied once work is scheduled and completed.

Had the pleasure of doing business with Taylor auto glass today. I say pleasure because as the techs were installing my windshield my heater hose blew and proceeded to dump my coolant onto the pavement. The owner was there and quickly got on line to the local freightliner dealership down the street. They had the parts I needed so the owner loaded me up in his personal vehicle and drove me to get my parts. Then he helped me fix the truck once we were back.thats what I call going above and beyond anything I could have expected. I will only use this company from now on. FYI... They have the glass you need in stock also, so save yourself a trip ,call Taylor auto glass first.Service: Glass installation

My employer needed the windshield replaced on one of the work trucks. Trey and Alex came out and extended awesome customer service. They were on time, quick and did an excellent job replacing the windshield. Because we are so busy it was a huge convenience to have them come to us and make the repair. I will be calling Taylor's for future glass repair!

Hit a deer going into work at 5:30, took out my windshield and side glass. Got to their shop right after they opened at 8 and they had me on my way with a new windshield in 2 hours. Came back another day to get the side glass done after I had the door fixed up, and was out of there in an hour.Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and fast wifi and a nice table to work at. Work was done quickly and correctly with no hassle. Price was a little high compared to other places around but as I said it was done right and fast so I don't mind.

Tony and his team are the best! I have used their fast in-store service for a couple of rock chips my wife and I had in our windshields a few years back. I recently used their mobile service for a windshield replacement at my office, while I worked, uninterrupted.

Tony & his crew do fantastic, timely work at an affordable price. You couldn't meet somebody nicer who has so many years experience fixing auto glass. I've seen his repair work on both small, personal cars and larger, fleet vehicles, and everybody who I have referred to him has been 100% satisfied. Can't ask for much more than that!
