Had my tire blow up on Saturday morning, call them, and they said that they could help me. I came 10 minutes before closing, and guys were fast and were able to get me back on the road. Great customer service. Good affordable prices. Recommend.

Slow on repairs. Due to unorganized office, or sidetracked parts orderer. If your with Landstar better plan on loosing a weeks pay if you wait for the trailer. Drop and find an sos load.

Came to change tires on steering.To say labor was bad is to say nothing.After mechanic spin a wheel on machine he put balance and thats it. Normally its need to spin second time but he just take it off. I ask to check, he said its ok, but put back on machine and spin again. It was not ok with disbal 6 oz. After that I look how he put balances. And one just came unstuck. He even didn't use alcohol to degrease mounting place. Zero professional!!!!!And manager care nothing after I told him.Bay 1. 01/19/24

I needed the wheel Studs changed to a longer style, brakes adjusted and the Tag-Axle trouble-shot to determine why I was Dragging the Tag Tires as well as purchase 2 new Tires on my 1979 MCI MC-9 Bus.I talked to Jerry Hutchins after I had talked to other "Commercial Tire" Shops in Greensboro who didn't want to work on it. Jerry said bring it over I love a Challenge. I picked up my Bus on Friday 7/9/21 Snider had it for a little over 2 weeks (across the 4th of July) and it drives like a Dream.They trouble shot the Air System, found that the Tag Axle air bags were not inflating...fixed that, changed the Wheel Studs and installed the New Steer Tires.I want to give a big Shout-Out to Jerry Hutchins and his Crew for taking such great care of my Bus. Took truck off road for A/C issue. After $300+ we were told it was fixed. The next week I had to lose 2 more road days and nearly $800 to get it repaired correctly. No apologies or discounts for error and inconvenience.

Been coming here for years reasonable prices and very quick service. For semi truck tires this place is like a NASCAR pit stop. They can change all your truck tires in under 30 minutes. Unlike the truckstops where you ll be there till Christmas and it ain t even Halloween yet.

Had a tire going down and was going to be close to closing time. Paul worked with me and had the door open ready for me to pull in bay for repairs. Most places would say sorry we re closing, but they came through for me today. Thanks Guys!!

Snider Fleet Solutions are amazing to briefly put it. They let you know exactly what your problems are & they fix it the first time around. Very friendly staff & excellent costumer service. Went to Snyder Tire (November 2020) to have a complete brake job performed on my work truck. I received a bill for $2987.31 Needless to say, when i got my vehicle back almost a WEEK later, i had to go out of town and there was smoke coming from the rear of the vehicle. Upon inspection, the brakes were ruby red, smoking. I called Snyder and got the vehicle back to them. They claimed the wheel cylinders were leaking and replaced them for free. After a few days i got my truck back ...same problem again. They kept my truck for almost three weeks this time. I was told that it was the distribution valve, then i was told it was the ABS Control Module. They finally got it ordered but someone canceled the order. After speaking with the unprofessional/rude service writer (who lost my keys) i asked to speak with the manager. I ended up taking my vehicle to the Chevy dealership where i learned that all the work that was performed was incorrect, plus i never needed a distribution valve or an ABS Control Module. They agreed to pay $500 and i ended up forking out another $800 Snyder will never see another one my work vehicles again. They are horrible with communication about your vehicle. I also had to keep calling and going by there to find out the status of the vehicle. Poor communication skills and work performance means.. One and done!!!

We go there to buy all the tires for our trucks but if you have to do what the service writer his name is Matt your experience will be way far less than even okay. They really should replace him or at least demote him he has no customer skills and no customer manners evidently he thinks it's funny to put your company down because that's what he did as soon as we pulled up we had to go over his head to management to even get a complaint loud and then he denied the accusations we had two drivers there that can vouch for the way he acted it was very unprofessional

I've been using Snider services for 10 yrs now. They are fair and fast if you catch them at the right time.I like that you can get there early and wait for them to open and that they're never late opening.Plenty of space at this location for truck and trailer.

Brought E350 Ford Motor-home 2005 for tire issue.They replaced 2 tires and then I requested inspection of remaining 2 tires on rear dual axle.The next day a major tire failure occurred on the 2 remaining tires that I requested evaluation. I did not pursue replacement after being told these 2 tires were OK.Now I have damage to the vehicle as a result of the blowout, my estimate may reach $2000, this excludes the tires.

Snider ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us. No matter where my drivers tend to blow out or have flats, they are never too far away and goes that extra mile...literally. This is the ONLY place we buy our truck tires and our forklift tires.

Been going here for yrs. Can't complain. Friendly staff. They get u in and out as quickly as possible. Just need to watch the prices sometimes. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

Serviceman came from Troy,NC to change a tire, traveled total of about16 miles round trip and charged over$400 service fee. We will not recommend this company for any services they have.

Great place for allignment on motorhomes and good tire prices on Michelin 225x75/R16 for motornome. They were $75 cheaper per tire than Tire Rack.

Called and they said open until noon, get there at 11:35 guys says they are closed but can get me a tire for after hours price. Another big company looking to steal from the working person!!!!

Bluffton cap shop manager is lazy and doesn't do anything but sit in front office. And then they don't pay out for 80 hours of vacation time that I had earned. Put me in a very bad spot put 8 years in there and this is my thanks from there. Thanks alot.
