My experience with RNR. Mike is awesome and went out his way to make sure I was satisfied and worked miracles . Didn t force me into anything made suggestions and all around a good man and asset to the company. Even his assistant was helpful and supportive. Kudos to RNR on gate city. Greensboro. They was not about the money it satisfaction of the customer needs and wantsHighly recommended

Great Customer Service.. Shamar and Mike was able to answer all my questions. It didn't matter how many I asked ,they gave me the answers. I was at Discount Tire on Gate City when Mike returned my call with a better deal on my tires. Thanks Mike for the better deal and keeping money in my pocket you have a New Customer RNR..

Mike was very patient with me as I was unsure what I actually wanted upon arrival, he also took his time to see what best fits my needs as well as giving me his recommendations for my vehicle and not just trying to make a quick sale! Great job Mike you ve made my experience fast & easy as can be! Definitely recommend this location & ask for MIKE! The entire staff was awesome & the work quickly!

I can t say enough positive about this place. I showed up with a flat tire 30 minutes before closing and they got me in and out in less time than they. Great price, great service, great people. Thank you!

We have purchased several sets of wheels and tires from RNR in the past 5 years out of West Plains MO and we are currently away from home. I contacted this particular store and spoke with the manager Derrick and he truly was awesome. He got my wife set up with a fresh set of rubber on her truck that will keep her safe.The professionalism by his staff was just great. Keep up the amazing work.

What can i say about RnR on West Gate City location, 1st great selection of Tires and Rims if they dont have it they will get it 2nd great prices on both or either 3rd Shamar and Mike both assisted me in my purchase of Rims and Tires for my wifes new jeep wrangler both guys are extremely friendly and awesome to work with they didnt pressure me to buy and gave advice on the sizes that would work best for the jeep with the help i received from them gave me a happy wife which gives me a happy life lolBut all in all great place great prices and awesome guys that work there thanks Shamar and Mike

This is the second time I have come to RNR Tire Express. Both times the service was fast, friendly, and willing to work with me. The wheels and tires on my 2008 Saab 9-3 look awesome and I couldn t be happier with them. Big thank you to Mike and the RNR team!

First off!! If you are going to get Rims or Tires!!! Do Not Go Here!!! I repeat!! Do Not Go Here!!I m getting ready to tell you why! First of all I got some tires from here that cost $900 dollars but end up paying $1800 dollars, because in the beginning had the sales guy explain the contract correctly I wouldn t have Never open and account with them! They are untrained and don t know their own rules & policies!! They tell you one thing and do another! Then if you miss a payment they threaten you with the police! Then after you pay your tires off! The only thing they off you is flat repair and a tire alignment that s all!! But as much as I paid in if anything happen to my tires I should be able to get a free set since I paid for two! Don t be cheap!! Go to a rim shop that s not them and buy them straight out or save your money!!!! Because this place ain t it!!!

Before or vehicle was broken into without them notifying us: Overall not a bad experience. There was a delay with receiving our tires then some back and forth when it was time to pick up our vehicle. At the end of the day, we would go back.Present:We lost money by dealing with these guys. They had our vehicle for a week and the only communication during that time was outgoing phone calls from me to then. One day in particular, I called to inquire about the status of our tires and wheels only to be told by Mike we regret to inform you the vehicle has been broken into as in broken door and broken window. At this point, I have had numerous back and forth calls with various employees including calls from their corporate office. I didn t think we were asking too much to have RNR pay for the damage to the door of our truck but hey if that s how they really do business we will spend our money elsewhere. I work with 80,000 people, we use various social media outlets, the word will get out that this is not the best place to deal with.

Very friendly atmosphere friendly staff. They help all your needs and will assist in whatever you re looking for and will get you in and out in a timely manner. I ve purchased two sets of tires for them and am very satisfied with the service.

Um they Really great with me on what I need for my car Help me unstand everything on what I was getting .Now the rest is up 2 me 2 do my part right and honest if I can't then I return what's not my if I can't afford it but that want happened as long as I keep my Job And Let them no IF THAT'S A PROBLEM ON MY END .2 Anyone OUT There Thats WHAT WE ALL NEEDS 2 DO OK .SO GO AND CHECK THEM OUT OK SEE WHATS RIGHT FOR U AND YR RIDE AND POCKET OK .

My tire order arrived at the store on the expected day. The staff was very helpful and explained the contract to me. The install took a bit longer than what I was told it would but the benefit and piece of mind on the highway far out weigh the extra wait time !!!Thank you RNR!!!

My service that was super awesome. I went this past Saturday (6/11/22), and Mike went above and beyond to help me, he showed me several different rims. He offered his expertise, and I were able to make my choice. Mike ordered everything for me, and Monday (6/13/22), he called me and I have my rims on my Wrangler. What a great choice. Mike, you know your business. Many thanks to you. Not only I got my Jeep Wrangler, but it so Good . Thanks everyone at RNR. All I can say is, nothing but the best.
