Love this place. They work quickly to get your service done, very friendly service techs. Don't feel like they take advantage of you. Trust them with my tires, oil changes and any recommendations for other services they can't do at the shop.

I was in Greensboro for business from out of state and the Car starter gave out on Sunday morning. Spent the night with hopes of finding a mechanic on Monday morning. The first shop I called told me they were booked until Wednesday however they recommended Randall' Tire. I am so glad the did because Michael at Randall's was able to get me in that morning and on my way home by the afternoon. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

Had a really great experience. They were quick knew what was wrong with my car and keep me posted on their progress. They have a friendly staff and they all know my name when I show up. What a nice touch.

The person I met and he s very polite, professional and nice. He s very helpful. Unfortunately, he wasn t able to help me with tire issue. But he referred me to another store I went that can help me out with tire. I was surprised he gave me a name of business where anyone can go, base on their tight budget, or type of used tires we need.In south Florida, when it comes to any competition of business, they will not reference to another store, it s alike they will lose their clients or the money for send someone else to other businesses.I thanked him for his referral and polite service and send me to another place that was success replaced one used tire. It made my day and saved my day!!

Noticed a screw sticking out of the side of my tire the other day and knew it wouldn t be able to be patched/plugged. Just had them replaced 6ish months ago and didn t wanna buy two tires if just one would work. I called the shop and inquired about this, and they were able to get my specific tire there the same day! The guy on the phone (Michael I believe?) told me it would arrive by 2pm but it actually got there at 12. I went by the shop at 2 and got my tire replaced just in time to make it to work at 4! The fact they could get the tire there same day, squeeze me in on a Friday, and were so professional and courteous about it speaks volumes.

Randall's Tire is always honest and cares for your car and you the best. They have replaced belts, hoses, tie rods, master cylinders and tires for me. I would trust them with any automotive issue....always my 1st go to.

These guys are great, and I would suggest them over a big chain any day. I've always been totally pleased with their service. I always bring really tough wheel/tire combinations to them, and they've never scuffed a wheel trying to cram monster low profile tires onto wide wheels. (245-30/20 on a 8.5" wheel, 265-35/19 on a 9.5" wheel, 315-35/19 on a 10.5" wheel, etc.)Once you come in a time or two, they already recognize you. It's a personal touch and there's never a feeling that they're trying to sell you something that you don't need.I'm a guy that generally does my own general maintenance, and helps out friends do the same, but if I don't have time to deal with it, this is where I send them. Every time.

My son and I have had alignments done here on three vintage cars. We're both 100% satisfied with the results. George is also a classic car owner and treated the car as if it was his own. He also was very accommodating when we asked him to use custom alignment specs. The whole staff was very friendly and professional.

This place really stands out. First of all a real person answers when you call. They also call you back that day. They have such a pleasant and non-creepy vibe when you go in and I actually was so moved and encouraged by this atmosphere because it's not just about money. Those are really refreshing qualities in a business! They took good care of both my cars in a very short amount of time, which I also really appreciated because they weren't stressed or making you feel bad about their time even though they were busy. I am grateful for shops like this! Highly recommend.

As usual, Randall's took the time to talk to me about my issue and recommended a path to follow towards a solution. The path was logical and ensured my issue was corrected in the quickest time possible in the most economical way

This place is great. Took my car in with a noise in the front end, sounding really bad. Thought it was gonna cost a bunch of money. After the folks, their test drove it, then got it on the lift. It turns out it was just a heat shield loose. No parts needed, just some labor. Cost less than 100 dollars. They could have upsold me on some things since the car is 8 years old. They also told me about some things that need addressing but not needed right now. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs. They also do tires, among other things. I will be back.

Randall and his professional staff of mechanics and front desk personnel have met and often exceed my expectations time and time again. Not only are they professional but they re skilled in troubleshooting problems and finding solutions that are affordable given the situation. I travel 20+ miles passing many auto shops along the way to have my family s vehicles serviced because they have integrity and genuinely care for each customer s needs, treating you like your the only one in the shop and not just another service ticket.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. All they wanna do is find things that don t need to be fixed and tell the customer this is what s wrong hoping the customer will approve it so that they can make a dollar not only do they charge three times the price of other shops.

I just bought a brand new set of tires and went to Randall tire to check the alignment even though the car was working fine. After the alignment my car started pulling to the right which it never did prior to this. When I brought it back, they said in order to recheck it. I would have to show up as early as 7:30 am the following day which I did. They rechecked it and said there was nothing they could do. The problem must be in the tires. I brought the car back to where I bought the tires they checked and rotated them the tires and found nothing wrong. After that I drove my car it kept pulling to the right so it was obviously it alignment problem. So I m out $155 for the alignment my car is worse than when I first brought it in to Randall s. Not sure how they got such great reviews but I m really disappointed because I went to their shop twiceso it was a waste of my time and money and my car is worse off than when I first bought it in to Randall s tire.

I found this placed on google and I read the reviews and I like the reviews so I decided to give them a try and I can say I would definitely recommend them. They are welcoming , helpful and let you know if they see other issues if they see something that s wrong.
