Manager is very nice but they do overcharge you and do more work on your car than you approve. So you think you re paying one price but you paying much more. And they refuse to refund you when they owe you a refund. Definitely will not be back. What happened real businesses?

If I could give 0 stars I would !!!! First thing first , the staff are nice but they lack PROFESSIONALISM, THEY TELL LIES ,THEY GAS LIGHT , AND HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION !!! I have dropped my car off to that shop on 25 November and we are almost a month in and my car is still not ready. I ve been told several times that my car will be ready and each time that I check up on the status of my car I get a different answer and until this day I still do not have my car back And it s not Fixed. I I called HR/ customer service recently and they did get the ball rolling by getting my car INTO the shop but when I called today to check on the status they told me the same answer and said the hood is up and added ; about the mechanic being out sick (told several times and told also he has two cars ahead of mine) !!!! When I tell you, I can write a book about my experience so far, it s been a nightmare! Please do not take your car here. The staff are nice but that s all they can offer.!!! I am currently waiting for customer service to reach back out to me as far as getting a resolution to my car! I m so upset

good service at a reasonable cost, employees are knowledgeable and answered my questions well. i live within walking distance, so i drop off my car in the morning and it is usually ready by EoD.Update: the last time I was there, a few days ago, they told me I couldn't bring my own parts to get fixed in the car, I had to buy the parts through them (which can be easily $50-$100 more per item than if I bought it myself and took it there)... "Company-wide policy".... This will make me reconsider the next time I need to get something fixed in my car...

Good service. If you're getting a safety I section to register your vehicle it's only 2 minutes away from a license plate division location. Friendly staff...very professional. We trust these guys.

I absolutely will NOT take my vehicle anywhere else. Dallas and his staff are amazing people. They are willing to work with you on payments and such. Also, they explain thoroughly what is needed to be done without hassling you to get more work done than is needed. I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for almost a decade and will continue doing so. The woman at the front desk is very personable and friendly. I give Precision Tune a 10 star rating. Thank you all for your wonderful work and kindness towards your loyal, and also new customers.

When you come to precision you get precisely what you pay for! They will not steer you wrong. The team here is well put together and knowledgeable about many vehicles. This business is always on top of their game! Regular season and playoffs! Also when it s time for the finals they never go Seven games. If you need an oil change, brakes, or just an inspection. They will get you in and out in a timely manner .

The service men were super nice! I did inform them in store that I would have to leave a not so good review because I was misquoted on the price for services. No one took ownership of the issue but instead I had to pay $115 over what I was initially quoted and told I would pay, by the store manager might I add, who conveniently was not there when I arrived. A few dollars for taxes or labor I could have understood but that was unsatisfactory.

I only get my oil change by them! They are fantastic, but you do have to wait a while if you don't get in really early

The staff is friendly but that's about as far as this place goes bc my vehicle doesn't run any better after them having it a week and actually has more issues now then it did beforehand.

Although the person at the front desk apologized and was very kind. Staff at this location fabricated false information. Dropped off my car for an alignment and they told me the car s strut broke and the car was immobile. They also overcharged by about 120% of what the repair ultimately cost me at another location I trust. The car is also still drivable and they lied to me and told me it could not be towed. I called triple A since I have a membership, they came and towed the car. Everything they said was completely wrong and overcharged. Luckily I did not pay anything but it was quite the hassle to get them to move the car off their alignment rack. Don t go here, the place is a complete scam. Go to OIL EXPRESS on WESTOVER. Much better prices and faster service.

DO NOT have your car serviced there. New store manager, very rude , unprofessional and she needs to learn how respect customers. Old staff were so friendly, they lost my business , I brought my car for an oil change , they damaged the oil plug drain , I was accused that I denied to have it replaced in the morning I found this oil leak !! Even the invoice and evaluation had mentioned nothing about any part needs to be replaced. Shame on Precisin , hiring unprofessional employees !!

My car was serviced about 2 weeks ago for a tune up and oil change. The service was pretty quick and everyone was very friendly and professional, especially Dallas! My service light came on the day after, so I called to bring it back in the following weekend. The second visit Noah reset my maintenance light (as well as my tire pressure light which was also on the first time I came in). Both gentlemen were very helpful and apologetic. Terrible. Stay away unless you want to clean oil off your engine. They took 2 hours for an oil change and didn't put the oil cap back on. 40 miles later, I've got $533 worth of repairs to do on the car and it smells like oil inside and out. The store claims corporate will cover the costs but I've yet to hear from them or receive payment for the damages.

Precision on west market has got to be by far one the BEST places I ve been to and have had work done. Let s just start by the phenomenal customer service that s offered by all of their employees! Dallas is by far one of the best to do it. He has always taken great care of me any time I have brought my Chevy Malibu up here for customer service. He s about doing what s best for the customer in addition trying to help you save as much as possible. This last time I brought my car out Tony stopped what he was doing and went out to my car to look up the codes and even help me find the actual parts so I could have them to show Mike once he came in to work on my car. Mike has been a huge help in getting the engine light off in my car (with some assistance from Ray, who I was informed was the EXPERT around there and knows everything a person should know about fixing cars, thank you Ray for helping Mike officially diagnose my car) Mike allowed me to watch him as he changed the parts on my car while also teaching me about certain parts underneath my hood and their function! Did I mention that Mike was cooler than a ceiling fan!!! I was also privy to engage in conversation with Noah, Wayne, and Tiffany (the only lady I ve seen in here getting her hands dirty in a man dominating field, she s sweet and pleasant as well). Noah and Wayne both are also knowledgeable in this field and pretty open to assisting in anyway they know how as well (they re cool and down to earth as well) If you re looking for a place that has camaraderie, very friendly, and knowledgeable about cars then Precision Tune AutoCare on W Market St. in Greensboro is the place to go!!! I promise you won t be disappointed!!!!

Dallas and Mike were absolutely phenomenal. I was in Greensboro for a few days and they squeezed me in and handled my job repairing an old work truck. Mechanics Tony and Noah were very professional and thorough. Showed me a leak in my transfer case and identified a leak in a tire plug that was just done 1 week prior (different tire store). PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a brake repair which seemed like a great job but right after I received my vehicle it could not stop and the caliper piece broke into my rim damaging my vehicle. The piece was never secure and I never received an apology. This has led to other problems which were all caused by the mechanics faulty repair and the manager Dallas is now blaming the accident on my vehicle. I am begging everyone to stay away from this store. The reviews are all a lie the mechanics ask you to put in a good review only to damage your vehicle.

The slowest service I ever had. I was there for oil change, alignment and tires balancing. After 30 minutes or so they told me the rear tires are bad. 30 minutes later, your front brakes are bad. After few minutes, right front tire is bad. Then no, it's not the tire, it only needs balancing! So. Have you done the balancing on them? No, we kept trying but the machine is broke! So, they took about 3 hours just for 2 tires change and oil service + rude mechanic and not professional and not nice at all receptionist.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The guy at the front desk on Saturday June 9th never acknowledged my presence. He never even spoke a word to me. I waited about 8 minutes which felt like 15 minutes but he had the worse Customer Service. He took a phone call and still didn't welcome me or tell me he would be right with me. I work in Customer Service and if anyone does, you know to acknowledge the customer right in front of you before you take any calls. I eventually left without the service. I won't return.

Woman at the desk (who is also a mechanic) was very nice despite some rude customers who were too dumb and impatient to see that she was running both sides. She maintained her professionalism. She informed me of the issues of my vehicle: I went for a wheel alignment and synthetic oil change...She informed me that my tires were dry rotted which is why they could provide the wheel alignment (it was close to closing). I received my oil change. She told me to come first thing the next day to get that taken care of (replace tires and wheel alignment).I was very pleased with my service!

Absolutley terrible wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I went for tires and there is a guy there I think he the new manager and he is very good and he gave me a quote for my two tires and the next day I went back to get this done. Unfortunately no one can read and understand the quote they gave me from the previous day. And the person I spoke with out on that day, so if he is not there nothing will get done.And lady on the front desk need a class for customer service she is really bad.

I am more than satisfied with this Precision Tune location's work and customer service. I've had other cars repaired at this location and never had any issues. On my latest visit my car needed a repair and Dallas went above and beyond. He assisted me in contacting Ford regarding my car's extended warranty. I know this was a loss for the business but, he helped me anyway. This says alot about his character and professionalism. If I am ever in need of more work done that is not covered by my warranty I will certainly be back. I greatly appreciate the extra time and care he put into helping me. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of car service / maintenance. Ask for Dallas.

First and last time coming here. Will never do business with this company again tried to charge for an alignment and never done it watched them the hole time. And on top of that it took them three hours to put 4 tires on my car. They are a joke

short version: customer service is nonexistent; work-time estimate is laughably wrong; and they don't check to make sure they have all the materials needed before starting a $1000+ job.longer version: they're one of the few places in Greensboro that can repair or replace a clutch (stick-shift transmission materials). initially told me clutch was fine and just needed a new connector, this was after sitting in their office for 5+ hours on two days (mon-tues). they then discovered the clutch needed to be replaced and blamed me for bad driving since it's only been 4 years since the last replacement. they said they'd have the parts and install on friday, a 6-7 hour job (they're open 10 hours per day). my friend was able to pick me up but they were nowhere near finished at the end of the day. saturday, said there was a part missing from the clutch kit. which they discovered half-way through the job. couldn't get the part delivered or borrow it since a lot of other shops are closed on saturdays. they're closed sundays. monday - assured me it would be done in early afternoon. at 1:30 it wasn't done and they still have to test drive it after being done. at 5:45 when my friend dropped me off (they close at 6), it was finally done and i paid and left. the clutch works, but they forgot to reattach the speedometer and odometer, so i had to return tuesday morning to spend another 45 min waiting for that to be fixed. also throughout this experience, every time they said they would call to update me, that didn't happen and i had to call them. two different times when i called they put me on hold for 10+ min.Service: Transmission replacement

It was my 1st experience with this company. I appreciate the service techs and was satisfied with their willingness to assist me, however, I do wish that I would has gotten more clarification regarding a few " notes" concerning some checks made. I called them later with my concern and was pleased that John stated he would make any corrections needed or requested with no problem. That really spoke volumes and I am pleased I chose them for my vehicle service. I hope things continue this way.
