Quality service and fast. Had tires mounted balanced, installed a hitch and rough country power running boards which look and work great! Friendly and answered all my questions.

This place is TOP NOTCH!! Amazing customer service, I sent information in on a Friday night, received a response Saturday from Wes stating that they received my information, they were closed and would get with me first thing Monday morning. Wes followed through with everything he said, very easy guy to talk to, feels like you are working with friends rather than a company. The work was within a good time frame, and I was messaged from the owner Doug, on one of the Jeep forums after I had posted pics of the work they did!! I highly recommend using these guys for your projects!! You will not be disappointed

I looked into Outlaw after being disappointed in my old shop for multiple things. Everyone I spoke with at Outlaw was friendly and helpful. They worked with me on finding new options when the wheels I originally wanted were back ordered and gave me options based on how much I wanted to spend and what I planned on doing with my jeep. And overall their pricing was way better than previous places I ve been. The work done was top quality and my jeep drives great even with a 3.5in lift and 37in tires. I ll be going here for any future work I have done.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Awesome experience! They had the lift kit done in a day and were very accommodating with getting parts that fit my budget. I brought the jeep back after 500 miles for an adjustment, and they helped to diagnose and fix a noise that I had been hearing for quite some time. Excellent communication from beginning to end, and very friendly. Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance

Outlaw Off-road did a great job of helping me obtain the look I wanted by giving advice on my wheel and tire combination on my new Gladiator. They even installed my step rail that I had purchased elsewhereMy ride was ready when they said it would be. They always followed up with my many questions. Will work with them again.

I ordered my kit 2 years ago with this facility, when they were located off creek ridge rd. I haven't been able to get the rest of my money together to get my truck upgraded but the owner Wes, as well as the rest of the team has been doing a great job communicating with me for any updates as to when im ready to get my truck done.Until i have the money together and they still have all my stuff in one spot even though they moved to the bigger facility everything is still there. If its been two years and they're still working with me. I have nothing but the highest appreciation and respect for the outlaw team. Thank you all for being patient with me, cant wait until i can bring my truck in for its build.

Great service, great products!Doug Langford gives quality and detailed attention to your build.I've had quite a bit of work done at Outlaw Offroad and I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to all of my family and friends. The bottom line is this is the premier shop for Jeeps and trucks in the greater triad area.

Quite a long story short. Searched online for a company to help me build out my Tacoma for some overlanding heavy. Lift, wheels, tires, bumper, winch, skids, sliders. Rep told me (a complete novice to building up a rig) that my choices were rock solid. Quote seemed high, mostly the labor for the skids and sliders, so I deleted them. That left the lift, winch bumper, wheels and tires.Umm...the wheels and tires look cool.I was unhappy with the front suspension, they fixed it. Kudos to them. The rear suspension is a different story.Bumper trim was.....not done well.Alignment issues. Ridiculously obvious ones. Granted, they sub out this part, but they chose poorly.I want to elaborate, but would first like to give the owner an opportunity to respond.Sent the owner a long email including the folowing issues. Zip. Nada. Nothing. So here goes:Front Bumper Trim is amateurish at best. Not a professional trim at all. Uneven and excessive reveals. As proof, it was remarked upon twice before I even brought it up. And by the time all was said and done I was given different excuses for it, by different people. They were: I followed directions. and We did that because Tacomas have a lot of body roll. But they can t be both. Which means I can t trust what I m being told there. The front suspension was maxed out on the clip settings, both side. This meant that my newly modified trail-ready truck that I just sunk $10,000 into had to crawl over speed bumps of risk the death-slam of the front suspension. Would have been picked up on a test drive, right? The rear suspension, which I was told would handle a full overland loadout was sagging badly under the weight of the stock wheels and new spare. Certainly not as expected. Why did I just pay for the Icon AAL and labor when it s useless to me? It can t handle the weight. This is why weight has been a point from day one. Having one of your staff try to tell me that it s ok because it s a progressive AAL. I know it s a progressive AAL but it s not as if the rear end gets higher the more you load it. Another silly excuse from a "Pro".The alignment how in the world somebody could call that good is beyond me. Twice! I just had it aligned locally because I couldn t risk continuing to drive on new tires like that, and I can t afford to drive another hour just to have the same person put the same truck on the same machine and do the same test, just to give me back the same truck that pulls to the right. It would have been futile. It turns out that Outlaw Offroad installed my new UCA ball joints incorrectly, which is why the alignment was all messed up. Let that sink in. A critical piece of suspension was installed incorrectly, and never picked up despite re-work and two poor alignments. W.T.F.Upon return, your shop changed the clip settings on the front suspension, but not with the recommended difference in clip settings. Bilstein also recommends different clip settings, with the right 2 notches lower than left. That s what I requested it be changed to. Fail again. One notch difference. When the vehicle was given to me, after both alignments by whomever you use, there was rubbing on inside fender well. This could have been picked up during suspension install, right? After an alignment that actually drives straight, I still have some significant rubbing in turns, even with small bumps. Upon further investigation, I need a CMC (Cab Mount Chop) apparently a common, necessary mod with 285/70-17s. Again, something I would expect experienced modifiers to know.To be blunt, these guys are an unprofessional clown show and will NOT stand by their work. They are not the professionals they tout themselves as. They will throw excuses around like its cool and will not admit they messed up, even when it is glaringly obvious. They might know Jeeps, but if you have anything else (or if you care about your Jeep) stay away from this money grab.

Doug and they guys over there do a fantastic job. Inquired about doing some work on my 4runner and they were much more than willing to offer multiple suggestions to stay in my budget range. Great communication and service and gave me exactly what I was looking for. If you need some work done, take it in to see these guys!

Outlaw Offroad Greensboro has done every upgrade to my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL unlimited Rubicon. Multiple lift kits, several sets of tires and wheels, driveshafts, two different sets of gear ratios, and various other bits and bobs and goodies. Outside of myself it s the only place I trust to have any type of work done

They do absolutely fantastic work here. The technicians are incredibly skilled and the owner Doug Langford really knows his stuff. Ask Doug about any parts and he can recommend you the best gear to have. If you're in the market for offroad parts, go here! They've done all the hard work to my jeep so far and it has, as their motto says, been proved on the trail!

Firstly, I have an '07 Grand Cherokee awd that has a salvaged title. Not the perfect vehicle but it still runs like a champ.I got an opinion from another shop that said my front differential needed rebuilt or replaced. I brought it to Outlaw to get a second opinion. They weren't positive it needed rebuilt so they asked to do their own diag. on it before tearing into it.Turns out the diff bushings were shot so they quoted me on that. I'd like to add that was much cheaper for me. After the work was done there was still a small clunk but nothing near how it was. The vehicle has always had an issues with downshifting from second gear so after removing the major issue it would seem the trans is just getting tired. (200k miles)They were kind to me and my paranoia with the vehicle by looking at it again, but everything is tight and buttoned up. So it's internal and not a huge deal at the moment. I know some about vehicles and speaking with Outlaw they seemed genuine and honest.Job well done with professional attention that catered to my concerns. For sure bringing back the Jeep if it needs tlc I can't do myself.

Scheduled installations of tires and lift over a month in advance. Dropped the truck off at 0830 in the morning on a Friday. At 1529, I got a call to say that they the shop was only half way done and could not get an alignment today (was scheduled to be done with the truck) do to the alignment shop closing and because another vehicle had been waiting for parts I live 4 hours away, and the only option I have is to drive over 300 miles on new tires with no alignment. I will never return. Service was done correctly and I do have faith in the staff. Unfortunately, I will not be back in the future and will refer others elsewhere.

Initially my experience was excellent, I had a lot of things added to a jeep gladiator and the work was fine. I ve been trying to get an appointment to fix some issues for the past two months and I cannot receive any communication when I do get a call back it s always will get in touch with you Monday or Tuesday in that never happens. If all you care about is the initial installation this place is fine don t bet on any service after the fact

Got my 4Runner done at outlaw and after months of having issues with it I find out they scammed me out of a couple thousand dollars just to give me the bare minimum of work to my car. They had even admitted to messing up my lift kit the first time I brought it in and in return gave me a tshirt and sweatshirt like that was going to make up for the time I had to take off of work or the hard earn money they were scamming me out of?? I had even met the owner multiple times before considering getting work done and thought surely this company wouldn t take advantage of me and they did. Ladies, do not go here!!!

Had my Jl Rubicon lifted here about a week ago. They were awesome to deal with and actually had some suggestions that saved me money (which is always awesome). They also did a great job on the install. We put a 3.5 inch teraflex lift and 37inch tires on. It rides and handles as good as stock. They did great job and they will be getting more of my dollars. Thanks

Mopar Jenny as most know her is amazing! She helped me get the lift kit I wanted for my truck and made it no hassle at all! She explained the process to me since I'm new to getting a lift kit done at a shop. She made me feel very comfortable in my decision to use Outlaw Offroad for my lift kit! Thank you again!

Doug has been great to work with. He s taken the time to answer lots (lots) of questions, and his recommendations for lift, wheels, tires and sliders were spot on. My JLUR is now a beast on the trails with almost no compromises to everyday driveability. Lead tech Shane takes great pride in his work, and when the spare tire carrier that Doug initially recommended didn t do the trick, he took it back with a full credit and found one that works great. I can t recommend them highly enough.

Doug was more than helpful with what I was looking for. He's always willing to provide his experience with different components and help guide your purchase towards the direction you want. When the time comes for me to purchase a kit for my Jeep I'll reach out to Doug and the team at Outlaw Offroad first. He's tried and proven what works and what doesn't.

They did my gears on my 2022 Gladiator and honestly they did a good job and had a good price but I started having steering issues and ended up going to Xtreme Machines where they brought me into the shop immediately after pulling it in to show me the bolts that hold the bearings in the front were all loose about to come completely out! I ve driven the vehicle for more than 4000 miles since the gears were put in and it s just a miracle something terrible didn t happen!!!! You FN with peoples lives so it s pretty damn important to double check all the bolts!!!!!!! The guys at Xtreme Machines were awesome and will be the only people I deal with going forward!!!

I went to Outlaw to have 2 front struts replaced on my truck. The install went well but the alignment (which was performed by another shop offsite) was done so poorly that I had to take it to another shop in Raleigh to bring it back into spec. I provided documentation to prove the truck was out of alignment with an invoice and asked if I could be refunded the cost for the alignment. I was denied a refund since I chose to take my truck to another shop located near where I live instead of driving back to Greensboro and taking it back to the shop which did the job so badly to being with. No effort was made to make things right or even give an apology.
