My son needed a headlight for his car. We went to this O'Reily Auto Parts to purchase the headlight. We asked the salesman if someone could install it for us. Little did we know that this favor would take over an hour to do as the location of this light is in a difficult location. Basically we needed a dealer to do this job as the car was manufactured to make it almost impossible to do it yourself. This salesman stuck right with the job and even at one point asked another employee to help him with the job. Both of these guys worked the entire time, never complained or told us they couldn't do the job or recommend that we go to a dealer. They helped us with no questions asked. They were both patient, kind and wanted to help us. The service we received was above and beyond! I totally recommend this O'Reily Auto Parts Location. They are top notch!

The customer service was nice...but they couldn't find the front blinker light for a 2016 dodge charger....I felt like every car needs bulbs sooner or later.

The manager at the E. Wendover location,Alex, is the true meaning of GOOD customer service!!He went above and beyond for me,so I made sure and let the corporate office know about how wonderful he is!! Also, the other fellas had a good team effort!!

Very friendly staff. They asked several times during my visit if I needed help with anything and they were very courteous. They seemed happy to help, not doing it just because the company wants them to. I shop there because they have a local warehouse which means they contribute more to our local economy than just having stores here.

Really great customer service - specifically by Gerardo. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with great detail. He went above and beyond the norm by offering suggestions and products that would aid in fixing my specific issue. Thank you!

The service or lack of customer service I received this evening was horrible, disrespectful and unacceptable. All I needed was help with a fuse or window motor to roll up my power window since it was down and I couldn't get it to roll up. If I had the manual I didn't need help. I got a clerk that was smart mouthed and a nasty unprofessional attitude with no interest in assisting me. I promptly contacted the appropriate people by chain of command and I hope this type of service never happens again. The clerk didn't even attempt to help but as I left and saw to my left an employees SUV just like mine which made it worse and obvious. You knew what I was asking and had the means to assist but clearly didn't care to do so. I also saw another clerk go out the store and walk with a man of a different origin and helped him. Really?!? But I a female get a smart mouthed clerk and I didn't even have an attitude until later when I saw these things. The clerks need to be trained better and customer service needs to be improved! A whole star is still too good.

I bought a new car battery from this place but it did not work, it was late so I took it back the next day to get a replacement. The clerk (Imran) said that they have to test it first and I was told to come back in 1 hour. I told them what s the point of testing a new battery if it doesn t work? That mean it s bad. A new battery is supposed to be charged. They said there s nothing they can do about it because that s the policy. What kind of policy is that? Turns out the battery was bad, I have to use the warranty to get a replacement. I ll never come to back to this place, waste of time. Rude clerk.

Great customer service! They went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. They ask me what I needed and they went and got everything and brought it to the counter. I couldn't believe it. Great experience!!

Edgar is probably the worst employee ever. You will be fine as long as Edgar isn't helping you. He will have you making unnecessary trips to and from the auto part store with his lack of knowledge navigating a computer to find the right part. Even if your mechanic calls ahead to verify that parts. His coworker suggested that maybe he practice using the computer for better results...he laughed and said whatever

They stock low quality parts. They off lifetime warranties on their parts, but if that part fails and causes further damage, they will not do anything unless you opt to pay hundreds of dollars in labor, for a shop to do all your work. They part stores "encourage" DIY, but are quick to turn their back on you.

They were ok, the tec had trouble locating what he needed to perform the task at hand, but he was persistent. Time was kinda on a scale....but it got done . better organization would have been better , but I guess we can't have it all...

When I m on this side of town and need an auto parts store I always go to this place. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient with all my wannabe mechanic questions. Keep up the good work!

Needed same thing as last time. 3 ft of heater hose. They charged me more and shorted me a foot of hose. Other than that I'll have to give it to them. they seem to have accessibility to more older parts than some other auto parts stores.

They had my part in stock while nearby competitors did not. I was served quickly when buying the part and when returning the old one to be reimbursed for the core charge.

If you're a woman do not go here. They will assume you don't know what you're talking about, will lie about what they have in stock to get you in the store, and then will try to sell you B.S. Experienced this today while buying motorcycle batteries.
