Awful service! Unprofessional manager. Just drive a bit further to get to a reputable place! Don t deal with these people! UghThe workers are working their tails off while the manager is clowning around. Good grief, just awful leadership all the way around.I think the manager might be intoxicated! Inappropriate language and interaction with his staff. Absolutely obnoxious!

I came here 02/05/2024 to get new brakes. I ended up paying for brakes and rotors, which is fine, but my car started making all this new noise that got worse to the point I brought it back to them on 02/07/2024.They told me my motor mount was broken, and I was advised that I had to take it to a dealership because they had the part. I once again paid for their service, thinking that I just had bad luck.The day after that, I took my car to High Point Mitsubishi. Within an hour, the mechanic called me, letting me know that I have been driving on barely functioning brakes this whole time. Whoever worked on my car that first time had completely botched the job. He also let me know that there wasn't even anything wrong with the motor mount.I was given the option for NTB to tow my car and "work" on my car again, and I decided to let the dealership fix their shoddy work instead of risking a THIRD visit in one week.When I went back to NTB for a refund, I had to argue because they tried saying that because the brakes were under warranty, I should have let them tow it and fix it. Once I showed a picture the other mechanic gave me, the tone switched fast. Then I had to argue over the second day's refund: they were trying to tell me they fixed a "squealing" I had, which I didn't. I had grinding from the brakes, which I guess they didn't even bother to check and let me drive off.Maybe this location was great at one point, but I'm never coming back. I've attached the photos the mechanic sent me, so you can see for yourself. One picture is showing how the brake is barely making contact, and the other picture is how it wasn't even put on properly and a piece broken. NTB let me drive around like this, putting me in danger.

I really Appreciate the hearts and kindness of the people here. Everyone if you go here you will be treated with the utmost respect and compassion. They have been helping me after I was sold a lemon. They don't just charge you for anything, they actually explain to you what's going on, and what to look for. They do not take advantage of you and they care. Bobby is amazing as well as the guys that spend their time making your car right. I took my car to Precision Tune and all I did was spend money trying to find out what was going on with my car and got nothing. I came here and within 10 minutes I knew what was going on wether good or bad. I will continue coming back

I came in with a transmission issue that was the fault of another site. These guys immediately jumped on my car and try to troubleshoot the issue. They sat and talked to me about my options and what they found (very professionally). Honestly, I had no more anger in me to display but these guys expressed their deep sincere concerns for me and I appreciate their honesty.

I was there the same day as Laura Bubbles and Bob Barker the manager was not intoxicated at all. He has slightly slurred speech from a past accident. NTB on College Rd messed up my tire rods and told me to take it to Bob at NTB on Battleground because they are more qualified.When I got there (the same day as Bubbles who I saw Bob give a discount on her repair) Bob was apologetic to me for the other NTB s actions, said it was unprofessional of them and promised to get everything fixed. Bob actually had the other technician fired because he messed up my tire rods so bad and has sent multiple vehicles to him in the past to fix their mistakes.Walt is the mechanic that fixed my car. He went above and beyond to get it right. After talking with Walt I realized how knowledgeable and professional he is. Thank You for the good work!I ve decided to bring my car here from now on because of the excellent customer care I received from Bob and Walt.

I came in on a Sunday for new tires and let Jordan know I was trying to go out of town later that day. They were able to quickly get me in and install four new tires for a reasonable price. Walt, who worked on my car, let me know about my VW's lane departure system. He told me if I went through with the alignment as planned, it would impact that system and other sensors. They removed the alignment from my quoted price and advised me to take it to a dealer or specialty shop for the alignment. I appreciated Walt's transparency, and I was very satisfied with their service and efficiency. Thanks NTB crew!

Jordan was super helpful and accommodating! The service I received was done in a timely manner even with limited staff. I have been here multiple times before and will continue to come back! Highly recommend!

I travel for work and noticed that my car was hesitant to start. It had enough juice to start but need a battery badly. I cailled the store at 4pm and asked if they had my battery available and they did. There was no way I could get there in the morning so he said if you can get it here by 6 we will help you out. I arrived at 5:50 and they were able to help even though they were closing up. Thank you to the whole team for great customer service

Noticed my brakes were making noise and made an appointment for NTB on battleground. It was brought to my attention that I needed more work then thought. I had recently replaced all 4 tires at another shop and was never informed that I needed brakes. Due to this it caused damage to other things. I had a set budget as I have multiple children and a special needs child. Megan and Dennis went above and beyond and got me on the road again. I am extremely grateful for all their help as they took alot of time to do everything they could to get me on the road again where it was safe for me to drive my vehicle. Edited to add that Walter who worked on vehicle was a great technician. He really went the extra mile to make sure the car was safe for driving.

Open on Sunday! A quick call before coming in to make sure the tires I wanted we in stock. Once here they got to work quickly replacing 4 tires and an alignment since I just replaced the tie rods on my Yukon. Much better than another location I visited before.

When I arrived, Denis stopped what he was doing to greet me. He listened to my poorly explained issues I was having with my car till the end, and did a thorough check up before coming to conclusions. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Great, honest service. Went in to replace a tire, and they found the cause with no actual damage to the tire. Didn t even charge me for it! Will definitely be coming back for future car needs.

Bobby was the best tire man I have ever meet in my life he was so helpful and understanding to my problem he helped me and I was pissed off and calmed me down and made all my worries go away I m telling you if you want good fast and understanding in your experience head his way asap

I had a brake emergency on a Saturday morning and came into the shop. NTB was able to work me in, quoted a fair price on repairs, and got me on my way. I highly recommend them!

This place is amazing, the customer service is the best i have experienced. They take very good care of all of their customers and treat everyone like family. Matt and Megan were so helpful with helping set the appointment up and helping get everything done in a timely manner! This will always be my go to place for anything i need when it comes to servicing my car!

I drive a 2020 Chevy equinox. I bought the SUV brand new. The only thing I ve ever had to get done was change the oil I am the only driver of this car I use this car for work. This is how I make my money. My oil life is at 67% every time I get a oil change they check the car to make sure there s nothing wrong with the car.These people got me to leave them a good review before I even got into my car to check my brakes out. I just deleted that review when I left this place my bright lights came on again and it stayed on for four days. I came back to this company today which is 8/10/2023 to have them turn off the brake assistance because I just pay for brakes four days earlier so I should not have an issue there. These people told me they did not know how to turn it off. Wanted to things happened they did not do the brake job, but they stole my money, or they really did not know how to turn the brake assistant light off so I left had a client in the car with me and my car started jerking basically stopped in my check engine light came on now my engine light is on. I took a video of this and with the client in the car, witnessing what he just witnessed I m now back at this business for the second time today so that they can fix what they have messed up on my car not even fixing the brakes in the first place losing money all day. Now I m here again losing money because I cannot drive my car because of what they have done to it. This is a horrible company and horrible workers. They had me here two hours the first time I came today try to figure out how to turn the bright light off. Have they done the brakes in the first place, the lights would not have been on steel, it s not like when you change your oil and you reset it no, you have to actually do the work on the brakes in order for the bright lights not to be on they did not do that and now my check engine light on my car is jerking and stopping and having all of these issues

Had some issues with a technician here charging/overcharging for work and not performing the job. The manager Matt, helped us out, made it right, and done the job well. As long as he s working I feel comfortable about the job done. Thanks!

Matt, the manager, is HORRIBLE! Don t do business there! They don t stand behind their work and they try to make you pay for THEIR mistakes!!! Save yourself the time and energy. Go someplace else! Matt is terrible. He will cause them to lose business.

My daughter was visiting last week and had an issue her car pulling to the right with a vibrating steering wheel at certain speeds. We had only two days to get the issue resolved. Turned out to be an alignment and tire issue. Mike and Megan were great in getting this work done; very personable.

I really can't say enough about This place The price is extremely fair and the service is even more amazing.I had an emergency situation with my car. Megan the assistant manager and her team got me back on the road quickly at a great price in no time!!!!!!!! Thank you a million! I will definitely return for their services in the future as needed!
