We brought a 2016 Mercedes in to get the tires changed on the car on a Thursday, the next day NTB called and said they wouldn t be able to change the tires due to the tires being cross threaded. When we get there to pick the car up 3 lug bolts were broken on the car on multiple tires. We told them that s not how we brought them the car we want those replaced since they broke them. They said that would be an extra day. On that following Monday we get a call that the car is ready, Olivia states how the car needed new brakes and rotors in the front as well as the back she said they went ahead and changed the front normally they would do both sets but where the tires had been cross threaded they only did the one set. She also explained how they zip tied the dust shield onto the tire because during the process of them changing the brakes and rotors they broke the dust shield. We asked was the car safe to drive Olivia reiterated more than once the car was safe to drive. As well as Robert the Manager of the location said he had drove in from Charlotte took a look at the car and said the car was safe to drive. When we finally went in to pick the car up we called Robert and he let us know what all he would try to do to fix the situation that had happened which he said he would have the store order a new dust shield and we could either let that location install the new one or we could take it somewhere else and he would pay for them to put it on. Today (following Saturday) we go to take the car to a prior place that it had been taken to that had cross threaded the tires, it was our 2 children and 2 adults in the car the driver wheel rolled off the car in 4 lanes of traffic on the interstate. Once we get the car towed we call Robert the store manager send him pictures of the incident text him and no response. We go to the store location, Olivia has an attitude and asks me well what do I want her to do about it and I asked her to give me the dust shield that Robert had them order. She says well where is the car. We said we do not want you all to put it on the car. You all have done enough damages just give me the dust shield. She calls and texts Robert he responds to her right away. Mind you when we called and texted to let him know of what happened we never got a response. He let s Olivia know that she needs to tell me he will not be paying for someone else to install the dust shield, after telling us he would pay someone of our choice or they would do it for free. This has been the most unprofessional, unethical, and improper service I have ever received. With blatantly disregarding the safety of the passengers as well as customer we could have been seriously injured.

I give this location a 5 star review for several reasons. The counter associate, Matthew B was excellent at communicating how long the job would take, how much the job would be, and why my vehicle needed the service it did. He was friendly, courteous, professional and assertive. While I waited, I noticed how the rest of the team members (technicians) worked proficiently, efficiently, and were polite to customers and team members around them. I couldn't be happier with their services. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing their services. Kudos guys. Management should be proud of you!

Olivia was really sweet about explaining the differences in the types of oil choices and quoted me a price that was way better than what I have been paying! She informed me about several services that the company offers and I was really impressed to see a female in charge! I will be returning here for Olivia to help me when it is time for my oil change again! Way to go Olivia! Thanks for making this easy for me!

I got four new tires on my SUV. Olivia and the whole staff were very helpful and friendly. When I need tires again I'll be back. Thank you for great customer service and a smooth ride.

The people that work here are always nice to me and don't mind that I'm completely ignorant of car things. They don't try to screw me over because of that either. I will always bring my car here.Update-12/14/23 I still really like this place. It will remain my go to place for all car stuff.

I went to this location on last Friday and Olivia provided me with great service. I was shopping around for the cost of tires and she quoted me a price which has beaten all the other competitors I ve called. Olivia has such a bubbly personality - serious and matter of fact but very kind. It was evident that customers that walk through the door are a priority. I will admit that the place looked horrible but she was cleaning when I walked in. I went to the restroom before I left and the place was looking and smelling good! It most certainly did not smell like tires in there. I am definitely coming back on the days Olivia works because I could tell she means business!

Olivia is outstanding!!! Her attitude and how much she cares for her customers is GREAT! I went to the NTB that is now closed off wendover and she was able to fit me in for a tire rotation. Had me in and out in 30 minutes! Definitely coming back for her! She has a loyal customer!

Finally, I've found a great place for the care and maintenance of my car here in Greensboro, where I've recently relocated to.Great service and knowledgeable staff. They addressed all of my concerns and look forward to doing future business with them.

I had the best experience yesterday at NTB. Matthew and his team were very thorough and explained everything that was going wrong with my car. They actually found an issue from a prior mechanic. They wereefficient in getting my car fixed in a timely manner. I was out within a hour. They have great hours for customers and were able to get me in on a Sunday. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

We're new to N.C. and have been having trouble finding good service and good prices for auto maintenance. I found NTB and am incredibly pleased as a retired automotive service manager. I found all their people outstanding. My advisor, Chris, was pleasant, well-informed, and thorough. I was given a full list of our future maintenance needs with parts, labor, and a timeline as to the urgency of those services (Outstanding). Chris is a young man who could go far in the industry should he choose. Additionally, I spoke with a young woman (ALWAYS love women in the automotive industry). I believe she was the service manager she was professional, polite, and engaging.This is a well-built team, and they should be recognized as such.This NTB is an excellent place for your automotive service.

I had such a great experience ! This was my first time here and they got me out within 2 hours for an alignment and replaced my tires. I was given great prices and also greeted with kindness. Charles was also A GREAT HELP , he helped me with questions I had and also the staff made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be back !!!

Very pleased with everything! I found a nail in my tire and was right near firestone and they were packed and couldn't do anything for me yesterday. I called ntb and Matthew was so helpful over the phone and they were able to take me when I arrived. Everything was so quick and easy and Matthew is an absolute gem with a great personality. Will definitely be back. Thank you for helping me on a holiday weekend.

Olivia at the Guilford college location was amazing. She worked with me to get me tires I needed during Christmas time and showed me kindness. Amazing customer service!! I'll definitely be back to this location when I need more service because of her!

Always great customer service at NTB on College Road. They checked my car for a leak and gave me an idea of what was happening. They did not charge me and the technician was very informative about next steps/ options. I ve been a regular customer here for over 20 years and always trust them to be helpful!

I have had several oil changes at this location and have had great customer service. But today 5/23/23, I came to see if I could get a oil change and was approached with the most unfriendly and unwelcoming person ever. It kind of scared me to the point that if he would have said they had availability I wouldn t have stayed to get the service. If I could give 0 stars for my experience today I would. Didn t get the young man s name. Don t think he had a name tag on!!!!

Great tire prices! Pleasantly surprised. And unlike some of the wholesale stores that buy tires in mass quantities at the beginning of a season, NTB replenishes their tire stock weekly, ensuring that rubber is fresh, lessening tire rot. The store manager, Mr. Bittle, handled our tire purchase quickly and found a road hazard discount too. While the waiting room is adequate for a vehicle service shop, we dropped off then picked up our vehicle, as there isn't much in this area or at this intersection to occupy wait time. Would recommend this store for tires.

Matt and Chris helped me so much with repairing my tire. They walked me through the whole process and told me exactly what I needed and didn t need to do moving forward. Would definitely come back if I have any other future problems with my car.

This location replaced my tires and did a safety inspection super speedy. I used the online reservation system to reserve a time that worked for me. The crew was very knowledgeable. I will be back for other car concerns.

I was a little concerned when I saw that the managers had changed but I didn't need to worry. Olivia was great and very professional. When I told her that the technicians usually put plastic on the seat and on the steering wheel, she immediately got Tyrik to do it. Tyrik was wonderful as my car was making a squealing noise and he checked everything that it could possibly be. It was dust from the brakes. Noise is gone! Good thing he also checked my battery because I forgot it was 3 years old and it needed replacing which I was able to do at that time. Matt was also helping with my car. Wonderful customer service!

Please ask the price first otherwise you ll be scammed by them, because they didn t tell me until they finished my car and they increased the price two times after my last visit for my other car just two days ago. when I said I just did my other car two days ago he said we are not NTB no more, so why you didn t tell me first and you waited until you done my car.. to me that scammed and it bad reputation for NTB..
