I don't know where to begin! The service I received was the best yet from any mechanic I have ever done business with! Travis went above and beyond to help me and I can't thank you enough. He returned all my calls and kept me posted. My car looks amazing! They give weekly text updates that let's you know the status and price of your vehicle. They even washed my car to top it all off. Travis has a heart of gold and a true God send! Everyone was nice and friendly. I am so grateful to Travis and his team for fixing my car. I just can't say thank you enough!!! I highly recommend this place. They will do you right and the prices are very reasonable! If you go anywhere else you are doing yourself an injustice. I couldn't be happier!! Thank you again Travis! I will forever be grateful and recommend this shop to everyone I know! Job very well done!

Really friendly staff, quick service. Only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because the work done on my car was a bit sloppy & I'm not sure it's because of the parts or the labor. My side mirror was swiped & the base of it was brand new from a previous accident. The base of the mirror was taken apart with a tool that really messed up the seam of the two pieces & it won't stick together anymore. Went back to get it fixed & they were more than willing to help, unfortunately it still looks terrible. I've given up trying to fix it & just hoping someone knocks my mirror off again

I had to get minor repair work on my car and they did a wonderful job. The employees there are friendly and were clear on what needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would take for it to be fixed. They kept in contact in regards to when the replacement parts came in and when they were finished fixing everything. They even washed/cleaned my car which I definitely didn't expect since my job wasn't a very expensive one.Thanks so much.Service: Body & Trim

Midtown did some work on my wifes car from a wreck. They did a great job, very nice to deal with. They are very reasonable and helped us with everything from the start through the end. Car looks great, would never know the damages were there before. Communication was wonderful as well. You can stop your search! Mid Town did an amazing job with my Ford suv. I got prompt service even with them being understaffed! My car was restored back to its original condition and it was so clean, inside and out, when I picked it up. I give them 5 out of 5 for professionalism, service, and delivering great work from the entire staff. I m so pleased! God bless you all!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great company, I had the misfortune of my vehicle getting in an auto accident. Midtown was a no brainers as they have alot of excellent reviews online. They were able to get my vehicle completely taken care of in a very timely fashion. After receiving my vehicle I had an issue from the insurance company not completely assessing the vehicle correctly and that lead to a part not being replaced that should have been. I told Travis about the issue and he took care of it and ordered the part the same day. I now have my vehicle back and I could not be more satisfied from the results. If you need any collision help or paint work done this is the company that you should go to. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are professional and treat every customer as if they were they're only client.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The entire staff is amazing. You feel like family from the first "hello". The repairs are right, they pay attention to detail and return your vehicle in much better condition than when they received it. I love the complimentary shuttle service and car wash. Even the hold music and candy is great. I will be a customer for life.

I smashed my passenger door rear view mirror leaving my garage. Ugh! Very expensive to replace on my Lexus SUV. Travis was awesome but of course Dennis is the bomb! Thank you for cleaning my car!!! Best body shop in the Triad. Waited 2+ months to get our car fixed here over other shops because of the quality of service. Been going here for 12 years for any car repairs.

A few months ago, someone backed into my back bumper and pushed it in. Mid-Town Body Repair Greensboro NC had it replaced in 2 days! They even detailed the car inside and out and threw in a small container of touch up paint! Once again Midtown has done a awesome job on my car. You can't even tell wat was wrong with it that's just how good they are. They also washed and vacuumed my car I mean Wat more can you ask for. The customer service is always on point from the time you walk in til time you leave just professional at all times. So again ty and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a body repair shop check the out.

Brought in my car with a large amount of road damage on the front hood. When they quoted me a cheaper price by 500+dollars from the next place I figured it was worth leaving my car there.The hood looks like new and for being a blue pearl paint they did a hell of a job. Best price and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even got a ride back to my home from the owner so I could leave my car. Will go back whenever I need body work done.

I walked in with a primed fender and a difficult project. Matching color to an originally red 07 tacoma. It had a range of oranges and faded reds all over the body. I asked Jason Lewis if he was confident he could match the faded color instead of the much darker factory original red and he said he would give it his best shot. I was amazed at his first and only attempt. I left the fender with him and came back 4 days later to a perfect match. These guys are friendly, know their craft, ad well worth what they charge!

Never got a call back, even after emailing the estimate to Travis. My insurance company wrote a new estimate after I sent in Mid-Town estimate and was told that 3600 was expensive. I had no control over what my insurance was willing to pay. I followed all the rules and sent in all the necessary paper work but still nothing; silence. I thought, maybe, they were busy and gave them ample time to respond back; It has been 2 months! I gave up!! It's a darn shame really because my insurance adjuster used to work at Mid-Town and told me that Travis will take care of you; he also had told me, he knew Travis since he was a young boy. Information, such as that made me feel at ease, less stressed! Also, I have a minister friend and her father that is a pastor and they both preach at the same church; recommended this place to me. I had never been in an accident( Accident details: was that I scrapped my truck up against the gas station, upside down-U shape barracade, I know, I m not the only one) but I had no idea where to go or who was decent and who would do a great job. I just did my research, read reviews of different places and asked around. My friend the minister, her dad(a pastor) and the insurance adjuster, all gave this place praise, yet in the end, I was the one that got dooped! SMH!! Thanks, a lot Travis! Not!

Our car ended up being totaled but the lady at the front desk was great. She was very helpful and friendly. If we ever do need car repairs we will definitely bring our car here.

I m very particular about my vehicles and it s hard to find businesses nowadays that pay close attention to detail. Mid-Town body repair has the attention to detail you want when someone s working on your vehicle. Travis took the time to explain everything to me and really went above and beyond!

Thank you Mid-Town for bringing my baby back to her normal self again! I was distraught when a lady sideswiped my 2005 VW Jetta but Mid-Town came through with the assist and saved her. Was not expecting the detailing and vacuuming work ya did. I appreciated that a lot! Travis, Diane and the whole team there rock!

This company came highly recommend to me. My wife's mazda CX-5 had some damage to the front of the hood from road debris. Jason took fantastic care of us and I would also like to highly recommend Jason at Mid-Town Body. You won't be disappointed.

Travis was super sweet. Even took a few dents out just to help me out. Fixed my door with his amazing man power. It was pretty amazing! If I need anything like that again Ill be seeing him!

Mid-Town is the place to take your car!! I repeat Mid-town is the place to take your car!! I have been here twice. And each time, the men do a great job restoring my car. They even clean every inch ofbthe car, both inside & out. The cleaning is so detailed, it makes me want to clean the uphostery!! Thank you Mid-Town for all your awesome service!

Had someone hit my car while my wife was on errands. Mid-Town gave us an appointment and a fast, fair quote. A very professional, reputable business. Highly recommended.
