Great group of people, all of them were worried my exhaust would scrape because of how low my car is and they did an amazing job on my cat-back exhaust system! Very happy with the results and I definitely recommend.

This Meineke Car Care Center in NC was amazing. I had my catalytic converter stolen while traveling, and they were not only able to work me into an already full schedule for that day, but they also completed all of the work and had my car ready before the end of the day. They also checked with me regarding the replacement parts and costs before completing any work. A huge thank you to the Meineke team, in particular Ken who was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the status of my car! I would highly recommend this Meineke Car Care Center!

Had a real problem with one of my wheels brakes grinding when I applied the brakes. Got to Meineke at 7:40am, they diagnosed the problem, got the parts: left rear caliper, left and right rear rotors and brake pads and got them installed and me out the door and on the road by 11:30am. Very glad they were able to do the repair and get me back on the road. Thank you Meineke!

I took in an older car that sat up north for a while that had rust causing an exhaust leak. The manager there worked with me on looking at all the different options. They know what they are doing and did great work on fixing my problem for a reasonable price.

Had a 9am appointment. It's now 1:50 pm. All they were doing was replacing 3 gaskets on the exhaust. Haven't seen anyone even near my car for over an hour. Stacy in the office is nice but this is getting ridiculous. An hours job (if that) is now coming up on 5 hours. Every time I look in the shop I don't see the mechanics anywhere. Came here because of the good reviews. Have wasted my day off. I would have left the car had I know it would take this long. Be sure to pack a lunch if you're using this place.

Phenomenal service and excellent communication. I was able to get my Kia serviced within a few hours the same day without an appointment. I would recommend anybody who needs their car fixed goes to them.

They were kind and very efficient. They were honest about my car and offered additional services without being pushy. I used to use Precision Tune on Market St, but they stopped servicing BMWs. I m glad to find this Meineke on Market and will use them from now on.

We came in from out of town having a bad break issue. We came to them early Monday morning and by 1:30 our van waz fixed with new rotors and pads, we were on our way. Very polite employee made me feel really welcome. Thank you again.

Catalytic Converter theft sucks - but Meineke was a pleasant surprise. Insurance company process was challenging, but the people at Meineke were excellent through the whole process. They even installed an anti-theft guard (that I provided) at no extra cost.

Experienced a painful and expensive repair of my old car - computer, catalytic converter, wheel bearing.The job and explanations and updates were all handled very professionally by the staff - especially Logan. I was really impressed with the manager, CJ. He kept me advised of all the needed repairs and even showed me pictures of why those repairs were needed. Goodbye Acura hello Meineke! The car is running better than it has in some time. I also appreciated the wiper fluid at no charge. Rarely are repairs done with such concern. I went there on a Friday after work. Made an appointment for Sat. morning. I showed up and they fixed my exhaust system in no time. They gave me a couple of options and I picked one. It was completed in a professional manner and I was on yhe road in a short period of time. The woman at the desk (Stacy) was very nice and professional. All in all I had a great experience. *BEWARE! CROOKS!*I called meineke a couple of weeks ago to find out if they did car repairs rather than just oil changes and such. I explained that I had a mazda 5 that had started jumping and would only do 10 miles an hour even when floored. They said they did do all kinds of extra car maintenance and so I had it towed over. A man named CJ said he'd call and ket me know what they found out once they looked at it. He called later that day explaining my battery was dead and they needed to put one in so they could find out what was going on. Made sense so I told them to go ahead a get one in. The next day CJ called back and explained I needed new brakes and a master cylinder ( as that what was causing the jumping, etc... ). I asked how much it would cost to fix it and was quoted $2319. As this is the only car my husband and I have I told them to go ahead and fix it. Fast forward to this morning. My husband and I went to go pick up our car, paid and were on our way home when lo and behold if it's not doing the same thing. Jumping, idling and slow acceleration. As soon as we get home my husband called meineke and he was told that CJ said all we wanted fixed was the brakes and master cylinder fixed. Of course we did! That's what they said was causing the problems! Now apparently there is something more to be fixed that CJ never mentioned and as he's no longer there I'd have to take it back to have something else fixed???? $2300 wasn't enough? THEY screwed up so I have to pay more? How do they get away with this??? Now I need to find a decent mechanic ( suggestions welcomed) so I can hopefully get my car fixed correctly and look into a lawyer and/or small claims court for scamming us.To anyone reading this needing car repairs. I'm sure that they're OK when it comes to basics such as oil changes.tire rotations etc... but please DO NOT get your car"fixed" there. You'll just be giving your hard earned money away and still not be able to drive your car.Reply to owner,I called y'all about fixing my car after the shop that had it for a week and a half & still hadn't looked at it. I called and talked to CJ and he assured me y'all would get right on it ( which y'all did). I explained that the car was jumping and there was no acceleration ( I had it floored and only got to 10 mph.) I told him the instruction manual said it was a brake problem , which i told him needed to be replaced. The brakes worked the last time we were in the car. I knew the battery died so theres no issue over that. CJ told me he'd call as soon as he looked at it. He called awhile later saying I needed a battery so he could read the codes while the car was hooked up. I told him to get the battery and we'd go from there. A couple of hours later CJ called back saying I needed a master cylinder. I asked if that would fix the jumping and acceleration issue to which he said it would. We came to pick up the car and didn't make it two blocks before it started jumping and lost the acceleration, which was my main complaint about the car. We got home and my husband called to let you know that it still wasn't repaired and what it was doing. Whoever he spoke to told him I told CJ not to worry about fixing the jumping/ acceleration issue. Please make that make sense! He never said bring it back in and we'll make this right or credit us some money back. A mechanic came to our house and looked at our car. We took it to Auto Zone where they hooked it up and found we needed a tune up and a coil pack. All of which was fixed in my driveway ( and cheaply i might add). Shouldn't your mechanics have caught that? I can only wonder if i even needed a master cylinder ( which y''all wouldn't have made that $1,100. when replacing the coil and getting a tune up would only cost around $400). I feel like we paid for something that wasn't even fixed. The disdain from your repy (duly noted) makes me wonder if this is the way you treat all your customers or just the ones with expired tags. By the way, we didn't received a vehicle inspection report and a note, just a large bill !Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto brake repair, Brakes

I went it to have a slight wireing problem fixed because the temperature gauge on my dashboard wasn't moving and there was an error being displayed whenever I start up the car. They told me it would cost $95 just to diagnose the problem, which they said was my engine overheating (not even close to the right answer) and it would cost even more to fix. I still get that message even when it's below freezing outside and I hadn't even started driving yet. At AAMCO, they offered to diagnose it for free and they actually listen to what I had to say. The guy at the counter here, on the other hand, was rude and condescending. By the way, their "Free A/C Check" coupons don't cover A/C checks, only freon level checks which they said would take nearly 3 1/2 hours, so their guilty of false advertising, too. Overall, I would not recommend going here.

The manager was thirty minutes late and was not apologetic about her tardiness. Her disposition was one of apathy. I also had to call to ensure my vehicle was finished. I usually really like this location but I m not a fan of the female manager or whatever her position is.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. My car needed a new engine and these guys were able to get me my car within two weeks. It would have been less than that but they had to wait to receive the engine from my warranty company. All I did was drop my Car off and they did everything else. They kept me up to date with everything. My new go to car repair shop. Fast and professional. Beautiful experience.

Good service. Waiting time is no big deal since I realize they're busy often times I make sure to bring my phone charged. They update you when your car is almost ready. Convenient location for me and they're always straightforward and helpful with any questions. This was my second time here and I'll definitely come back for an oil change if I ever need one in the future. Thanks.Service: Vehicle Inspection
