Great service. They service our cars with excellence. The Management Team there at Meineke on Wendover in Greensboro is professional, courteous and practices great customer service which is very important when having to service the publicRating 1 out of 10; this Meineke gets an 11 from the Islam Family. Had the most amazing professional and courteous experience in March 15, 2024 to get my car inspected. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness at this Wendover location! Bathrooms and lobby were super clean and organized! I will be back for future services!

Super nice staff, explained everything to me and corrected a dangerous situation with my car. Highly recommend Dan at the front desk, Stephen one of the mechanics also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will be back for regular maintenance for sure!

I needed my car fixed. The exhaust had fell off. Not only did they fix it in 1 day, but also fixed it for a fraction of the price than other shops. Thank you Dan and the rest of the employees at Meineke on Wendover. I will return to this shop to have my cars worked on. Thank you.

I have used Meineke car care center on w. Wendover ave. On/off for over 10/13 years. Servicing my 4 daughters cars and son-in-laws car and my boyfriends. Oil changes, new brakes, Inspections, new tires never have had any complaints on my end. Mr. Dan is always professional , honest and thorough. A mother couldn't ask for more,

I'm a woman. Generally that statement is bad luck at auto repair shops. Not all but quite a few. I haven't always had the best experiences. This Meineke is my shining exemption. Over all my visits to this store, I have been treated with respect and honesty. I've never been talked down to or oversold a service that wasn't necessary. The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They eased my mind about an upcoming road trip and I now feel safe doing the long drive. I'm thankful for this shop and I won't be going anywhere else. I typically fix my own car because I know how to do stuff like brakes and oil changes.However, when my car threw out a code for the evaporation system, I knew I needed a professional.A good friend told me about Meineke. At first, I was hesitant. I recently met someone who knows about cars and I figured I could save money by paying them to help me fix the part in my driveway.But my friend told me that the team at Meineke is incredibly honest. Although she doesn t know much about cars and could easily be ripped off, Meineke has told her when there are potential issues that don t require work. That was huge for me and I decided that it s better to potentially pay a little more for a franchise that I can trust.I m so glad I made that decision!It turns out that the problem was much more complicated than the error codes had indicated.If I had tried to fix the car in my driveway based on error codes from AutoZone, I would have wasted a ton of time and money. The question isn t how much it will cost to fix the car. Rather, it s how much it will cost afford the cost (in time and money) to figure things out myself.Now my car works great and I ve found an excellent mechanic who I know will treat me right!

Had a good experience here. Customer service was excellent. It was recommended by friends that had also had a good experience. I had diagnostic and a quote for services, turn around was fast. Would recommend.

Very reliable and dependable service! I called to get my car inspected and they told me the did them on Saturday but had no open appointments. The person I spoke with offered me the alternative of dropping off my car and they could squeeze it. My car ended up being done way earlier than anticipated!

I was very nervous when my vehicle started to turn off while I was driving. I didn't know who to trust. I was even contemplating on purchasing a new vehicle even though my finances didn't allow it. However, thank goodness I decided to take it to Menieke in Greensboro, NC. They put my mind at ease, fixed my vehicle and the price was fantastic. They were extremely polite. Thanks to them now I can wait one more year to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you very much.

Been coming here for over a decade. I picked my vehicle up this time and not even 3 mins up the street the check engine light came on. I live close to VA so I wasn t able to turn around at that time. Not sure what the check engine light is on for because when I initially took the car it wasn t on but was flashing something on the screen. Dan and Andrew are always so kind and helpful. But this time just wasn t my best.

I have been going to this Meineke for years on my different vehicles. Sad to say that today they have lost me as a customer. I waited over 2 hours today for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When I finally got my car back I noticed that the same tire with the missing valve stem cap was still in the same spot. Too many options out there to wait for 2 hours on an oil change.

Went there for an inspection. I only waited about 35-40 minutes. Check in and checking out was a breeze. Friendly staff and neat waiting area. Great experience.
