I bought from here a year ago and i'd say they definitely take advantage of WOMEN because they're too cowardly to keep that same energy with MEN. And after u buy that car, they go ghost with any inquiries you have about the car like you never even bought the car. Beware that they'll beg u to write a good review while purchasing. SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

Inquired about a Camry online, told the guy I was 5 hours away and I just wanted to know a few things. Asked him simple questions, clean car fax as in no accidents. He reply s with clean car fax and small accident. So he goes on to try to work the deal. I call my local buddy to have a car fax and a value report done just to make sure before I drive that far and the car fax is absurd with damage all the way around. And lied and said he never told me clean car fax but text don t lie.Dishonest from the start do not recommend.

This company has good used cars the problem is they don't communicate the best and there sloppy and they sit on there phones and no there wasn't alot of people that day maybe 1 or 2 there time consuming I got there at 1:50 pm left 10: 25 pm I new what car i wanted at 3pm my very first car it had 44 thousand miles heated seats sunroof and all but we had a couple of problems the owner tried to get me to bring my car bk after putting 3700 down payment and buying insurance for 510 and signing paper work in same day so again I was new didn't no alot about cars he didn't give me copy of paper work the oil in the car was black I asked if he wanted me to pay or would he change for free he said yes for free and didn't and the tires needed air asked he didn't I didn't realize till I made it home the next day it took one last 3hour to get a inspection I was sitting beside her she told me she usually go somewhere else but they was closed

When I tell y all my experience was too easy, now mind u I got financed through the credit union so it s just a much easier process period. James and the other guy forgot his name we re so helpful, patient and knowledgeable of cars. I highly recommend this place.

This place is an absolute nightmare! If it were possible to give this establishment a negative star, I would. My 20 year old son purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger on 12/6/2022 and paid cash - in full for the vehicle. Unbeknownst to him, there was a bad fuel sensor causing the check engine light to come on. The dealership told my son that there was no need to worry about the check engine light it was because it needed gas and they therefore, erased the code. The check engine light came on during the drive home from the dealership. We ran the code to determine the cause of the engine light, and we were told by the Dodge dealership in Durham that the fuel sensor needed replacement. We called Maximus Auto. Initially, Maximus offered to repair the car (after much painful deliberation). We drove over an hour to Maximus for the car to be fixed at their shop. Supposedly, they fixed it. Two days later, the check engine light came back on reading the same code as before. We called Maximus back to explain the situation and was told that the sensor was indeed replaced on the driver s side of the car, but that it must be the passenger side that was bad and now needed replacement. James, the owner, refused to fix the car. Long story short, to date, the owner has refused to return our phone calls and offers numerous excuses in an attempt to dodge the situation. It is nearly 4 months since the date of purchase and we have yet to receive a title, nor have we received the tags to this vehicle. We were told by office staff that they could not submit paperwork to the DMV without the car being inspected first. Well, we can't get the car to pass inspection due to the faulty fuel sensor! Office staff claims to have attempted to contact my son directly regarding an issue with needing a copy of his NCDL in order to process DMV paperwork??? My son has not received any calls. In fact, it has been us who have repeatedly called Maximus in hopes of reaching a resolution to this matter, but to no avail. I simply want Maximus to do the right thing and fix my son s car, give us the tags, and the title. I do not think they should have ever sold us a car with a check engine light on. I feel as though they took advantage of an inexperienced 20 year old trying to make his first car purchase. This has been a horrible and exhausting experience for him. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!Update - July 2023 - We did NOT receive numerous calls from your office. In fact we drove over an hour and a half to your office and we called YOU numerous times and were given constant excuses regarding the title. Only after we contacted DMV and they investigated your establishment, did you start showing any movement with contacting us. BUYER BEWARE. These folks are full of it and according to my conversation with the DMV inspector they are in violation and have been cited recently and in the past. So whatever ridiculous response to this post they attempt to make - Don t believe it. Take your business elsewhere and avoid a huge headache.

Walked in and said hello 3 times to the ladies sitting in the office. They just looked at me. When the lady finally acknowledged me, she was nice. Apparently most of the cars that were on the website had been sold recently. I will not be going back.

If I could give them 6 stars I would , I had an amazing experience at Maximus Auto Group . I purchased a car from Maximus Auto Group recently and the staff were super friendly , James and Alexis was such a pleasure to work with. My car experience at dealerships usually take forever but with them it was a painless exciting experience . They weren t pushy or fast talking , they went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and they made sure to be upfront about the numbers and worked with me on how much I wanted to spend . I m definitely going back to them when it s time to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend Maximus Auto Group you won t find a better dealership with the staff and care they have for there customers . Thank you again James and Alexis

Maximus Auto Group, LLC definitely took care of my auto needs. I was in search for a new Honda Accord sport (blk) and James got me right! He was able to find the vehicle I wanted and have it delivered to the dealership. Not only was it fast but he made the car buying process smooth and understandable. He held my hand along the financing process and answered all my questions and concerns. I left feeling good and riding clean thanks to his servicing team too. We purchased one of the best cars we ve ever owned from this company. Not only was the vehicle and price amazing, but the customer service is excellent! So polite and always made themselves available for any questions we had. We traveled from Jacksonville and it was worth every mile... great pleasure doing business with Maximus Auto! Great service, they definitely hooked me up!Update: The dude asked me to give a good review right after I bought it. I took this car in for it's first oil change and the entire oil filter housing was missing! I couldn't get an oil change and the car completely died on me after that! Don't give this place business under any circumstances!

I have now bought two cars from this company. My first purchase with them was actually my first car, and I loved it. It ran well and never had any problems. That is why I trusted them to provide me with my second car. Maximus Auto Group takes care of their customers and have wonderful, reliable, and affordable products for all preferences. I would definitely recommend others to purchase with them.

They go get cars from auctions and fix them up to run a couple weeks and their BROKE DOWN ! 2 people plus me I know have had unsatisfactory experiences!!! The cars are lemons & the whole if they don t have it they ll get it thing should have been a red flag for me. They get the cars quick triple the value & get people into loans KNOWING the cars are NO GOOD !!!!!!
