Most fun I've had for a car inspection. Amy was knowledgable, polite, and friendly. She let me know of upcoming services that were due on the car and made sure to answer any questions I had. I will definitely return for future services.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Just go to the Jiffy Lube on Battleground, they re way better. You bring your car here for inspection they'll try to sell you stuff your car doesn't need AND lie about why they failed it. Then for the icing on the cake, they ll tell you they can t pass you because they re state troopers.

Dennis is fantastic!! My first time thereAnd you've gotten a customer as long as I live in this area. Well I have gone to Jiffy Lube for a second time and had my oil changed. Had the same great experience! I highly recommend them. They really treat you like a guest.

I stopped in for a vehicle inspection. I was greeted and seen quickly. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was in a hurry and they took good care of me and my car! Really appreciated the quick kind service. Highly recommend them.

I would leave no stars if I could. I went in and asked for an oil change and an inspection, was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. After 2 AND A HALF HOURS, they tell me I'm finally done only to find out I wasted all that time waiting for just an inspection. Completely ignored what I requested when the kid asked what service I needed. Then the cashier asked if I'd like to wait a little longer for the oil change so I left. My son immediately went back, and they used the MOST EXPENSIVE OIL WITHOUT ASKING, then made it seem like they did me a favor giving me $40 off, which still screwed me for more $ than I REGULARLY spend there for an oil change. Will NOT be going back nor recommending anyone have service there.

Every one I came into contact with during my visit was very friendly, polite, professional, and trustworthy from greetings to goodbyes. The energy in that shop is great.They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need, and they corrected me when I said I may need a replacement wiper blade, they showed me it was fine and that it didn t need replacement. I had two burnt out tag lights, they were honest and said I only needed one to pass my inspection..I went ahead and replaced both, but still, it s that kind of honest service that will have me coming back for years to come! Two big thumbs up!

I ve been going to Jiffy Lubes for my oil changes for 17yrs. I ve moved to other cities and gone to many locations. They ve always been helpful, respectful, and I can use my coupon for an affordable oil change. Literally only had one bad experience ever and the manager addressed it and apologized about it.

Dennis was extremely helpful and was able to point out that there was a issue with filters in my vehicle that should have been replaced by Take 5 oil. When I got my oil changed that they never showed me.

Went to Jiffy Lube on W Market to have my CRV s Transmission fluid and rear differential fluid changed. Efrain was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Brought car in for a State Inspection. Had to have them replace my windshield wipers to pass. They also suggested I needed to change my Engine Air Filter, declined them replacing and went to an Auto Parts store right near the place to buy and replace my own. Went to put the new one in and they had never put my old Air Filter back. I am sure little to no damage was done, but still the lack of care concerned me. They did however put my recently patched tire that was in the trunk back on for me and I really appreciated that. I will be back.

Don't take your car here for inspection they'll try to sell you stuff your car doesn't need. Then lie about why they failed it. When I called them out, me being a long time ASE tech he got in my face about it. Not cool.

The wait was fair the price was fair BUT! They didn't use the shoe paper that other locations use and they messed up my carpet and I guess they tried clean it and it made it 1000 times worst ..

My experience with the W. Market St location was outstanding. There wasn t a wait, the staff greeted me quickly and professionally, I was told it would take 20 minutes and I was out in 15 minutes, if that.In a world where no one seems to take their jobs seriously, it was great getting the attention that a paying customer should receive.I highly recommend this location and I would give the individuals their kudos, but I didn t see a name tag. They were really good.

I have been to Jiffy Lube at least three times and I found the employees to be very helpful and friendly. They seem to be honest because they will tell you you don t need something that they could ve sold you anyway. I will go back to Jiffy Lube

I came here to get a headlight fixed .. these men are truly amazing ! I will be back very affordable which was my main worry they really really helped me out a lot ty, I wish I would have came here to get my oil change next time I def will !!

DO NOT RECOMMEND for several reason:1. I requested a full synthetic oil change which comes along with several added bonus such as filling of other fluids, checking & balancing tire pressure and vacuum floors. Clearly you can see in my picture below only air was added to my right Front side tire only and the reminder tires were left over pressure. Nevertheless, according to my invoice the Front & Rear tires were balanced @ 33.2. Secondly, my invoice stated that my car had been vacuum. However, It had not & i had to make the associate aware of this oversight after I was given the keys. She informed that they only provide complimentary vacuum on the front car. Thus, she pulled my car around to complete the task that was already marked as completed. Hence, this makes me ponder did they really change my oil or add the correct??3. Lastly, the most irrating and unpleasant part of this entire experience happened at check out. The manager began to check me out and scanned my coupon via my mobile app without a problem. When I informed her that I had an e-jiffy lube gift card, she stated that unfortunately per her DM she was no longer able to accept that form of people due to another customer providing several e-gift cards that were stolen. There was NO sign up stating that Jeffy lube doesn't accept their own gift card as a form of payment! Additionally, the manager informed me that I could use the gift card at another location at another time. How the hell is that going the moment now?? I will definitely be calling corporate, I will NOT patronize any Jiffy Lube establishment again. They are DISHONEST & NONCHALANT with the work they are paid to complete!

Terrible location. Went in for an inspection came out with a problem that wasn t there prior to the inspection and then they said they didn t have the tools to fix it. Just save the headache and take your vehicle to an actual dealership for all your needs.

I use Jiffy Lube exclusively for the required yearly inspections on all my vehicles. They are fast, convenient, professional, accessible, economical, but most of all friendly! I can t recommend highly enough!

I love this location. I only come here in all honesty! Tynisha (sorry if i butchered her name) but She is so professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. Definitely coming back here. She is great as well as the other employees!
