Jeep Guys are great. Clear communication, respectful team, knowledgeable, and fair prices for services, especially oil changes where other places try to gouge. I usually do my own repairs but when I'm not up for it or time is an issue, I bring my jeep and prius here for service work and oil changes - they do it right!

Not really a Jeep shop. I was having some issues with my Jeep's check engine light coming on. I took it to the dealer and wanted a second opinion so I called up the Jeep guys and explained to them what I wanted. The lady was nice and said sure bring it in! I told her I'd be towing it in from about 80 miles away. I show up at the shop and see a Subaru and a BMW in the garage being worked on. No Jeeps in sight. Not a good sign. I go in and speak with the guy at the counter and tell him what I'm there for and he tells me they don't do that kind of work. What? Apparently the nice lady who answers their phone doesn't know what they do. This place is a joke. I guess they just do oil changes and put air in tires but any real engine work they don't do, at least not on Jeeps. Total waste of time. Real Jeepers wouldn't go to this place.

I ve been going to Jeep Guys for years and always had great service. My family owns a tire store and service center in Florida so I m a pretty tough customer on what I expect when in NC - and these folks are as good as it gets.Yesterday I was there and a kid was riding his bike down the sidewalk and had a problem with his tire and Terry (who is as good as you ll find on all facets of auto repair) saw him and stopped what he was doing to help the kid. I know these reviews should be about auto repair but this reminded me why I trust these guys so much with both of my Jeeps. I won t go anywhere else in NC.

The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly at check-in and check out. They communicated the status to me regularly. I liked getting the vehicle inspection/recommendation checklist via text and being able to review it and then communicate what services I want to have completed. They put a floor mat cover, seat cover and steering wheel cover on to keep the drivers area clean.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Friendly staff. Communication was great. Downtown location is easy to get to. They seem honest and the prices are fair. Cozy waiting area with treats and coffee. They have after hours pick-up which was convenient for me. I can tell they really value customers by the excellent service I received. Employees were very friendly and the service on the car was excellent. But, when I received my bill it was broken down with the quantity of each item. I would definitely like to see the cost of each item and the time it took to repair. Including these items will give the customer a better understanding of how the total cost, including labor is calculated.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The service was very good and quick. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My car was inspected and recommendations as well as price quotes were made but they were not pushy in making the sale. I used AutoTrends for my wife and my cars, and I really like them, and I usually take care of my wife s car for her. I m out of the country currently, and my wife needed an oil change for a road trip. She dropped it off and told me that the experience was awesome, which of course makes me feel great. If you live close to downtown, I highly recommend them, and there s lots to do around there if you re looking to kill some time while you wait.

The team at Autotrends were extremely friendly and helpful. I saved money on the oil changes I had been getting elsewhere and they took care of getting 2 new tires on my car as mine were seriously in need of replacing. They were quick and efficient. This is the worst, overpriced garage I have ever seen. My pregnant daughter brought her Jeep Grand Cherokee to this crooks. Her bill was over $4,000. Their price on everything is $900. The final straw was after we spent over $4,000, the car was over heating. They said it need a $900 water pump. they put that in and turns out the water pump was fine, it needed a radiator and we almost blew the head casket for their miss diagnose. After all of this, my daughter needed brakes, their price of course was $900. I called several other garages, the average price was $250 and that included turning the rotors......This place ripped off my daugther and after spending so much money, still had issues. Also, they took forever to fix the car, it was there for over 2 weeks. NEVER EVER will we go to this place again and I will NOT recommend to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to them years ago for an oil change, because they were close to where I was that day. I like to support small businesses, and the Customer Service Rep was very appreciative for my business.I bought a newer car and had been talking it to the dealership. Way too pricey! I remembered Autotrends and returned there. Super friendly folks!!!! They seem to take great joy in their work. Waiting area has a funky red leather love seat ! They have coffee for you coffee lovers. And, will show you prices before doing anything additional you want or need so bills are not surprising.AND the pricing was fine. I remembered my windshield wipers lasted MUCH longer, than when I used to get the Wmart ones.Apparently, my windshield wipers were waaaaayyyy too short! Which, I knew were older than ancient. The oil change and new windshield wipers are great. I used the wipers the next day due to the rain, and Wow! What an improvement. Now, I'm wondering why my car had such short windshield wipers in the first place!Shortly after leaving, I received a text thanking me for my business. See! This is another reason why I want to support small businesses: they deserve to not have to work for some large corporation or government if they don't want to, I ran a small business years ago an that's a lot of work that needs loving customers, AND they appreciate their customers -truly! JB and Stephanie provided professional service, atmosphere and good customer service. Due to the nature of my issue, we needed a couple days to fix. They were gracious enough to provide an Uber for me which was courteous and thoughtful of them. I was stranded 9 hours away from home. Autotrends went out of their way, traveling hours away to get a part I needed. They could have just ordered it and waited overnight, but because of their dedication, they fixed my car the same day I brought it in. Thanks, Autotrends!

Truck runs great, repairs were a bit pricey, but truck was clean and runs like a charm. I had been putting some things off, but over all truck is running pretty good. If you re not pleased, just let them know and they will get the problem resolved. Trying to keep my wife's beloved 2003 Wrangler X safely on the road is a project not always meant for the faint of heart, especially after it was stolen and crashed hard in 2016. A lingering problem has been wobbly steering and handling. Took my 2015 Willys in for possible lifter repair, very common. Was told they needed a deposit of $500 to diagnose and make sure that was the problem. They said it was such an expensive deposit because they had to take off the top of the engine just to get a look at the problem. Ok, it's the Jeep Guys, great reviews, I'll pay the deposit. They called me back and said my Jeep needed a whole new engine and it would be over $9,000. $13,000 if I wanted it done within 8 weeks. They said there were metal shavings all over the inside of my engine. I asked what they saw when they took off the top of the engine and they said they didn't even do that because they didn't have to, it was so bad. I declined and took my Jeep to another local shop. They did a full rundown, provided a detailed explanation of everything that the Jeep needed (including providing a quote for new tires), went over what service should be performed first, provided detailed quotes for each service, and discussed payment options. NONE of the things that the new repair shop quoted were over $2000. I had the service I needed immediately done with great results at the other repair shop. Needless to say my engine did not need replacing. Cost me $500 to know that I will never take my Jeep there again. $500 and they didn't even open it up before telling me it needed a new engine. We were visiting Greensboro for a graduation. My daughter drove her Jeep wrangler here from Clemson. When she arrived it was running very hot. They took the jeep in immediately and got her back running again. Extremely fair and honest people. I wish they were in Augusta because this would be my permanent mechanic. If you live in Greensboro this is the place you need to come.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The service people at Jeep Guys are awesome, I brought my girlfriends car there because it wouldn't start. Next day her car was back on the road. No problems since!! The prices were very reasonable and they got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend, especially if you own a hybrid vehicle
