I brought the car from impex and it was some issues with the car. Their customer service was horrible. They claimed they fixed my car and it s not fixed. They placed the wrong parts on my car and now it it two toned and they aren t willing to fix the mistake they made. The manager and front representative is very rude and make you feel like you don t know anything! If you look near the headlights you will see the difference. I even sent them the correct part numbers and they said it was nothing they could do.

The purchase of the vehicle was great. No one in a 300 mile radius was close on price or trade in value. Purchased vehicle with burnt out brake light. I switched bulb and it didn't work. Called and they squeezed us in the next day. It was a problem with wiring harness. They repaired it perfectly and by the next morning. To top off the experience they were the most professional, courteous and friendly group I have yet to encounter at a repair center. They treated us like gold. They are the gold standard.

Ben Bradshaw was amazing, very professional and we known what we want and he delivered. This was definitely a stressful experience. We were able to stay within our budget in every aspect.

Communication with this department is poor. Had to get approval to set an appointment and then had to wait a month for the appointment. Vehicle went in for an oil leak, we also asked them to check a few other issues- we were told we would have to set another appointment for the other issues. Asked speak to the service manager on 3 different occasions and was told he would call us back- have yet to get a return call.If dropping off after hours- don t bother, no drop off location.

Good Services on My car & Customer Service is Great ; Wait times are kind of long depending on what is needed, but their waiting area has coffee ; chairs & TV so it's not bad at all !

I had an excellent experience, I know I bugged Brandon but he was very helpful, they worked my car in and it was looked at the same day. Everything was explained to me and what exactly I should do MOVING forward. Thanks again Brandon for your excellent service

Impex was able to take care of my tire issue last minute and had me serviced and ready to go in less than an hour! Customer service is also great at the desk! Megan was very friendly, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered before I left! Service: TiresService: Tires

Bar far the best service center you can use that won't bs you into paying more money than you need too. My biggest complaint with local shops has always been them lieing to me about what is actually malfunctioning in my car but not here! They will take great care of you and get your repair done in a timely manner!! You can always call for a quote on basic maintenance services and their diagnostic rates are the lowest in town!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Such a great variety of cars and great customer service, one car salesmen in particular went above and beyond in making sure I was well taken care of and all my questions were answered to the best ability. THANKYOU DAVE ! I will be recommending you to others, you were great.

Megan is who I worked with and she was nothing but professional and communicative the entire process of the repairs from initial contact to pick up. Never dropped the ball once! Should get employee of the month for the service center.

Very nice open and clean facility with a large vehicle selection!!Today I Had a great experience at Impex auto-sales department. I was really impressed with the Front Door Greeting and Help from George Byers. He was very informative with fast and courteous services.Thank you!

Ahmada helped me in my time of need my brakes where very bad. my car is 14 years old and it needed everything pads, rotors, and calipers. Ahmada fixed it with good parts Not the cheapest available. Good work and a good price.Thanks AhmadaEricService: BrakesService: Brakes

Great place to buy a car. The people I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. Especially my guy who did my financing. They have a beautiful car selection to choose from.

I deliver cars to them for direct.....they are always nice and dont make me back my 4 car carrier into places it shouldnt be.....unlike some other dealers....they also have a very large inventory if your shopping....and good prices, one of our other drivers recently bought a car from them and was more than happy and still is.....it will be where i go for my next truck in the near future
