Impex was very quick. My appointment window was between 8-5pm and they came maybe around 9. The guy who installed my car window was very nice, attentive and quick. I hope my car doesn't get broken into again, but if it did, they'd be the first ones I'd call.

Impex had amazing customer service. They came to my home and replaced the windshield and the required molding at an affordable price. When i thought there was an issue with the glass itself they did everything to make it right. They were very professional and quick to respond. If I ever need any glass replaced (hopefully not) I will use their services again!

The two technicians arrived, assessed to situation and determined they had been given the wrong windshield for my Volvo. No problem, stuff happens. Called the office and arranged to come back the next day. Arrived... and in about one hour had the new windshield installed along with one for my Miata. Two 28 year veterans, 2 windshields, 2 cars, in about an hour. Best pricing of any I called (one well known outfit had quoted me 900 for the Volvo alone). My 2 windshield totaled $475. Both windshields had features, tinting and a rain sensor. They came, they saw, they did the job and I am a happy camper. Impex apparently knows what they are doing. I, have owned successful businesses myself for over 50 years, both in service and manufacturing, and I couldn't have provided better service to any of my customers. Well done guys.

They re GREAT! Affordable and fast! After my initial windshield Replacement, less than a week later, I noticed a scratch on the inside of the glass. I called Impex and Manny, who put in my first winshield, was out there to take a look the next day, and told me they would order a windshield and have at in the beginning of next week. Much to my happy surprise, they called the next day and said had my windshield and came and replaced it yesterday!!!!! Manny is the nicest guy and so easy to work with! Great and fast service!!!!! Hope I don t need them again, but if I do, I won t use any other company!

I called Impex Auto Glass to replace my rear driver s side window. Charles came out to my workplace and did an amazing job, the whole thing took about an hour. I m beyond pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and affordability. I highly recommend them!!

Prompt and professional, Impex has been there for me and several other family members when in need. Highly recommend this company based on my experience. Customer service was on top of things and followed up the home appointment with an email and quote. Our service rep Jordan called to confirm and arrived as scheduled. Very knowledgeable and pointed out the high grade materials used in our windshield replacement. Called up there to see if they could fix my window after my car was vandalized. Mrs.Maria was nice enough to get me in that day! Very nice and professional. I believe the tech who did the replacement name was Charles. Very cool guy, did an amazing job and was back on road in about 45 mins. When they replaced my windshield, the technician never reached out to me to let me know they were on the way, had started the work, or had finished the work. They damaged my dash beyond repair, and have been shrugging me off for the past 2 months.
