David is absolutely amazing. Not only did he take his time with us to explain everything. He was very honest and punctual. Most mechanics try to take advantage of females. Even with my expanded knowledge. He never tried to sell me anything I didn t need to make money. We will for sure use him in the future. Don t hesitate to use him. He s very kind and personable as well. Rare to find a good mechanic around here.

David and his wife are such wonderful people! Wasn t sure what broke on my car, I sorta called in a panic. When talking to his wife I found out we were only 4 minutes from them, and she said if you re that close maybe he can come right now to take a look! Sure enough they pulled up in less than 10 minutes. He showed me and explained in detail what was wrong, and ended up having to refer me to a local shop. He was so honest and up front about everything. Answered all my questions! And when he left he didn t even charge me!! This is exactly the kind of business you want to support and spend your money with! David and Vicky you are outstanding!!! And thank you sooooo very much!!!!!!!

I'm not someone who leaves Google reviews but David deserves all 5 stars. He has come out to service two vehicles for me within a weeks time and has been fast with the repairs, excellent with the communication, and exceptionally kind and friendly. The repairs have been done well and I say this coming from a family of mechanics. He's as honest and as open as they come. Mechanics like him are hard to find.

David is the best! He s punctual and extremely professional. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and didn t try to upsell anything to me that I didn t need. It s difficult for me as a woman to get my car worked on because people automatically assume I don t know anything and that they can get more money out of me. David made me feel safe and educated. I recommend him 200% for any car troubles! He s my mechanic from now on

Brandon and his friend came and saved the day. My universal joints were shot and they replaced them in record time and my baby is back on the road and running smoothly. They know what they re doing. You won t be disappointed.

I contacted a few mobile mechanic places when my car wouldn't start in a local parking garage, with mixed results. Thankfully, I ended up with David and I'm Your Mechanic. David was responsive, and worked my repair in. He diagnosed the issue (a larger one, which requires a lift--clearly not something that a mobile mechanic could do), and replaced my starter, which was also necessary. He made sure my car started, and told me what to do if the same issue reoccurred before I could get the larger repair completed. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and help me think through what to look for in local shops for the repair. He was skilled and kind, and his fee was very reasonable. I would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone.

Omgggg David is so freaking awesome !!!!I had the worst experience at Bruces s Auto repair shop .Come to find out they lied about the issues with my car and David was able to figure out in less than 5 min .I could cry I am so happy .To find someone that understands the dollar amnt has increased and that this is a college city . They are very affordable and let you know up front !!!! I have a forever mechanic now

David is one of the few good honest mechanics left out here! The issue with my car was very simple, but for someone who does not know much about the industry, David was a big help. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and I would definitely recommend his service. He is honest with his work and fast! 10/10.

Dave and his wife are very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I really love that they come out to your home to fix the vehicle so that you don t have to tow it. Great service and I will be using them from now on.

I m your mechanic has been my mechanic out in Las Vegas for years, it s hard to find honest mechanics in this town, I m sad to see them move.they have the knowledge to diagnose and repair issues with your vehicle. Very honest mechanic and charges fair rates for your automotive repairs. NC doesn t know it yet but they will soon that a Gem just moved into there state. So look no further and choose I m your mechanic for all your automotive needs, you won t be disappointed.
