Called at 11:45 on a Tuesday spoke with a lady Stephanie who gave amazing customer service called back at 2:10 thinking I was about to head there after giving some small info missed that I had needed earlier on the phone but instead I was rudely unwelcomed by a guy who answered and couldn t say anything over the phone he had to be looking at the car even though I m giving all the info about what I just discussed with Stephanie .If that s the case he should ve took the phone number off the site and just posted website hours. Customer service is huge and that s why my car will be taken care of at Toyota and I ll come back to this just to post the receipt to let you know what you missed out on

The best of the best. Incredibly good customer service. Very good prices. Service is top notch with above and beyond practices, I m shocked at the extra mile they go to every time I visit them. Highly recommended A++ And look at attached images to see how they approached COVID-19. Excellent safety.

This shop was the kindest and most helpful that I have encountered while dealing with my Prius hybrid. They quoted a very reasonable price and even recommended another cheaper option without regard for their own profits. They gave practical advice rather than try to upsell anything. Also the staff is knowledgeable, including reception. They will give you the right answer rather than blowing smoke. Highly recommended.

I called and they got me in the same day for a transmission fluid and coolant fluid change on my prius! JB was very curteous and professional and I will definitely be back!! They did a service check, fluid top off, battery check, tire check, etc., even a little thank you for your business goodie back in the passenger seat.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
