Best car buying experience ever!! Love this car dealership!! Andrew Oldham is also an absolute added gem to Hudson Autoworks! Andrew was such a pleasure to work with not once but twice! My daughter and I had the best experience each time with Andrew because of how welcoming, attentive and easy-going he made us feel with the entire process of buying a vehicle from start to finish with never any pressure or haggle each time. Absolutely excellent experience! I bought one car from them and unfortunately it was totaled. Coming in for a second time I was a bit concerned on not finding a vehicle. However, Andrew made sure to take care of me again and directed me to the best cars within my price range. Great cars, excellent service!!

I purchased an SUV from Hudson Autoworks a few weeks ago and Andrew Oldham was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He did not pressure me to make a decision, gave me plenty of time to test drive the two vehicles I was interested in alone and answered all of my questions. The vehicle is in great shape and I would recommend this business to anyone.

Hudson Autoworks is AMAZING! We had damage to one of our cars due to hitting and deer and out of everyone in the area they were able to get us in the quickest. The process was easy and done in a good amount of time. Darrell was wonderful as well and gave us weekly updates and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience. I called and spoke with Andrew (Drew). He was outside when we arrived expecting us, handing my wife the keys to the car we were interested in and gave us clear and concise answers. We drove off in our new Jeep a little over an hour later and took care of our trade in. Coming back soon when we trade our other vehicle in.

I would give no star if that was a choice! I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ, the car looked great, was told it run great and had no problems. When we test drove the car, we stayed in town because Andrew said we could drive it for 15 minutes, so we never got over 30 mph, the car seemed fine, but when we were on the way home with the car we started having issues with the transmission.Contacted the dealership and they said they would check it out, but I had to leave my car, it is almost 2 hours away from my home, so I was without my car for a week.They told me nothing was wrong with the car when they checked it, so I picked up my car and within 2 minutes on the way home, it started with the same problem, so I turned around, left it at the dealership again, and told them it was not fixed. I was without my car another week. Then they changed the transmission fluid and told me it was fine, they did not see any problems, picked up the car again and it was still an issue, but was not getting any help, had already been without my car for 2 weeks, so I brought the car home. Called Andrew and asked to talk to the owner, but he said he was too busy, and was told he did not stay at the office alot. Andrew told me he was the manager of sales anyway, after we talked about the issue again,he told me at least i got the extended warranty, who is now denying my claim for a new torque converter. I called the extended warranty company and asked to speak to a manager or administrator and they told me I could not, that it was a third party company. I appealed the decision of the extended warranty co and when I received the denial letter it said the administrators are Hudson auto works. If they do not over turn their decision, I am hiring a attorney. This has been nothing but a headache and they would not help resolve this!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!Signed a very disappointed customer!!Kim Mangrum

I saw the good reviews and decided to take my car here ,from the start getting my estimate was easy and receptionist up front answered all my questions and I knew I would have it repaired here ! At drop off JP helped me and and he was great .I knew they know what they are doing from that point And I trusted them the whole process ,after all this is their job and I think the reviews speak for it s self ! Hudson autoworks did a amazing job my car looks brand new ! Like the accident never happened at all!

Bought a 1968 Camaro from Hudson and worked with Joe. Process was super easy, and their was 0 pressure to buy. Was able to place a hold on the car and it inspected by a 3rd party mechanic. Would 100% recommend!

Took care of all my concerns. Immaculate job with my car. They washed, waxed, and buffed my car. Completely cleaned the interior (including the trunk and engine). Cannot tell that it has been in an accident.

On Friday Jan 26th. We purchased a 1968 Camaro that was on the showroom floor. Test drove, and liked everything about the car. Came back, made a deal and closed the purchase. We made sure to ask them to top off all fluids and double check the tires as we had a 150 mile trip back home to Gaffney S.C.My deal was made with Joe as the salesman. We drove the car home, parked the car (it rained the next day) two days later on Sunday Jan 28th I decided to go show the car to my family and friends. GUESS WHAT. 3 MILES LATER THE DAMN LEFT FRONT TIRE FALLS OFF. So now that I have lost my lugnuts for the left front tire and sitting on the side of the road, walking through the shrubs to retrieve my tire, we decided that the only way to get back home was to remove one lugnut from the other three tires. In the process of doing this, we discovered two other lugnuts that were loose on the right front tire. Fortunately, this did not happen while cruising home down Interstate 85.After calling, I was able to speak with Joe, we had a lengthy conversation about the incident. I did not ask for any money, I simply wanted them to send a trailer and repair the damages at Hudson. Joe specifically said it would be better for me to have the car fixed myself. After this he proceeded to tell me that they Hudson s had no responsibility for the tire falling off and that all that they could do was a $1,000 check and he felt that he really shouldn t help with any repairs. 7 days later there was still no check, so I did call back and was told the same thing I decided to try and reach out to Josh (THE OWNER). These attempts by phone, text, email and even social media have all gone unnoticed. Finally got back in touch with Joe, who reiterated that he didn t feel any responsibility to assist with any of the damages, however he again agreed to send the $1,000 check. I did receive this check. (SIGNED BY JOSH) However I have been advised by my legal counsel that whatever I do, DO NOT CASH THIS CHECK, but make sure that we left a Google review. The car will go to the bodyshop of my choice next week, and we are planning to pursue further legal action once the car is complete and back in the same condition as it was when I left Hudson Autoworks on Jan 26th. I am unable to login to my Google account , so I am using family!Sincerely Edward Childers. 68 Camaro (with loose lugnuts)

This place is one of the worst places I've ever had to do business with. They are a complete rip off. Thanks to their outlandish and over the market prices my car was deemed a total. They charged an outrageous storage fee after my car was totalled. On top of that charged me for putting it back together. I was told I would get called with weekly updates. I wasn't called not one time. I had to call them. I guess that only applies to some. I was fooled by the good reviews. Lisa and Jocelyn were the worst. All Jocelyn kept asking for was the storage fee check and Lisa wouldn't even come out to discuss my car. Lisa stated she would call me when it was ready. Saying it would be ready no later than Monday. Tuesday comes no call from Lisa. Once again I had to call.My check engine light was on and my trunk wouldn't close when I got there. I had to ask for help with that and help understanding what parts I had. They did help with the check engine light and trunk but after over charging my insurance company for parts and storage on a car they were supposed to fix, that's the least they could do. Time wasted, I'm still in the same place 3 weeks after dropping my car off. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't care about customers. They just want your money. They were paid over $5000 and all they did was order parts. Don't let the good reviews fool you. I regret ever taking my car there. They deserve a 0 star.The file is wrong in response to your comment from Hudson. I know for a fact I was NEVER contacted by anyone there. I did all the contacting. No need in apologizing for my insurance company. They are not at fault but your overpriced estimate you submitted is. My trunk was working fine prior to me dropping it off and my check engine light wasn't on, so you didn't do me any favors but thanks for nothing.

The best place for body work!Lisa, Jason and MacKenzie were very helpful and responsive. I received updates the whole way on the status of my repair and they even detailed the car for me upon completion. Hopefully I never need body repair again on my vehicle, but if I do I'm definitely coming back here!

Top notch service! I took my bmw in to be repaired and everyone was very nice, they kept me well informed on my cars progress and turn around time was excellent. I would highly recommend. Ask for the estimator named jp he helped me and answered all of my millions of questions.

Sooo I bought a black 2016 Kia Andrew sold it to me. 20 days later the oil light comes on took it to the shop the oil was completely dry. 3 weeks later oil light comes back on took it to a different shop they kept saying that type of engine burns oils.. 2 weeks later the same thing took it to Burlington Kia just to find out the engine was the problem the engine was burning oil. Andrew said he couldn t help me I should ve came when the problem happened. lol then it s funny cause they totaled out my old car before I got the Kia. I got notification that the title was rebuilt after buying the KiA I could ve kept my old car. Carfax stated no issues. This place and people a rip off..

I bought an Impala from them and on the way home from the lot, the transmission went out. They had the car for 3 months only to replace it with a junk yard transmission. They did not replace the battery that was leaking on the transmission cover. It wasn't until the second transmission cover was eaten away by battery acid that I figured out what was going on. This was fixed but the second transmission is now blown. 20k and its been sitting more than I've been able to drive it.

Hudson Autoworks Is AWESOME!!! We came in to look for a vehicle because our old one had gave out on us and Joe Preston was very helpful, he communicated with us the whole way through our process of getting into a vehicle! He made it his mission to get us into something that day and let me tell you he did!! We love our brand new vehicle and it rides so smoothly!! God I am so thankful for Hudson s Autowork and Josh!
