Hollands is awesome! We've been using them for many, many years!! Not only is he my mechanic but he's family!! I'm sure many of you know what I'm talking about! Anyone that has had an issue with them, must be a misunderstanding. Scott has loaned me his personal vehicle and my neighbors as well..while my vehicle was at his shop being worked on. plus he has picked me up and dropped me off at my home when I didnt have my car. Who does that? I would recommend him to anyone!Thank you Scott for all you do. No one is perfect all you can do is the best you can! That's exactly what he does!! Not only do they do minor repairs but they have rebuilt my engine too!!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Scott and his team are great! I have reached out to Scott numerous times at a moment s notice because of unexpected car trouble (transmission problems, check engine lights, getting rear ended, etc.) and he has always been able to work me in within a couple of days. (Several times in the same day.) The team will take the time to clearly explain to you what is the issue is if you ask. The prices have been fair. Holland Auto Care is THE place to take your vehicles. Scott runs a top notch business. He treats his customers with respect, honesty, and integrity. He charges fair pricing and does top notch work. He also employs some great technicians. (Travis and Chris are the ones I've personally dealt with, great guys). I taken my vehicles here for everything. A/C diagnosis and repair, Engine diagnosis and repair, brakes, etc. You name it, they do it. I've taken my vehicles here for years and will continue to do so.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Short Version:In my experience, Holland conducts business with honesty, has expert staff, and their prices are reasonable. Now that I ve found them, I won t be taking my car anywhere else.Long Version:My 2015 Honda sprung a transmission leak after only 44K Miles (Thanks Honda! Great Job!) The search for a repair shop ended up in the usual, annoying mishmash of opinions and pricing. They ranged from need to replace the transmission to Don t worry about it. This is normal. HA?! And prices were, of course, all over the map too.I decided to try Holland based on the Google reviews. In the process, I discovered their reviews are well-deserved. Mike listened to my Internet diagnosis, without being dismissive. He then told me that while the internet may be right, he thought the problem was likely with the pressure sensor. His opinion was based on the visual inspection of the top of the transmission, as in the car was not on a lift and he could not see the lower part of the transmission. Harrison inspected the transmission after putting it up on the lift but there was too much fluid leakage to really tell where it may have originated. So they cleaned the bottom of the car, and had me drive around for a while. Once I returned, they put it up again and this time Harrison confirmed the leak was from the pressure sensor. The part was not available, they ordered it and I came back the next day. The put up the car again and fixed it.That was Thursday. Today, Monday, I went back and Kelly inspected the car to make sure there were no other problems. There weren t. They didn t charge me for today s inspection.I appreciate their expertise, honesty, and making sure the repairs were done right the first time.They made a repeat customer out of me.Service: Transmission

Scott Holland is one of the nicest, most honest guys you will find! We have used him for many different things related to our vehicles over the years and he is always honest, reliable and does incredible work. He has always been highly competitive on his prices and we can always count on the work being done right. Scott and his crew are 1 in a million. Nice & clean waiting area with coffee and water available if you re waiting. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My experience with Holland s started with a state inspection for one vehicle, now they service all our vehicles. If you re looking for a trustworthy auto care center, you ve found them! Thanks guys!

I heard about Holland Auto from a friend. I needed the AC in my car fixed. I called several places and Holland had the BEST price. Stormy had excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to help myself and my mom who was dropping off my car for me. They took her to and from work while I had her car. They made us feel like we were first priority. I wont be using any other auto shop other an HOLLAND AUTO in the future and I highly recommend them.GREAT STAFF and very affordable !!

Scott Holland and his entire shop are absolutely amazing! They saved me a $1000 repair by ausing a simple fix. I had gotten 2 quotes from other shops for $1000 and $2000. Scott fixed it for $25. Scott has been great as we've been customers for around 8-9 years. He's honest, trustworthy, does good work, gets jobs done quickly and on time, and tries to find the most economical/effective solution to auto repair problems. When we drop off a vehicle for a repair, well always ask if it needs anything else - he'll give an honest answer even if it's "The car's in good shape." He's a great guy and will talk with you (not at you) and listen as well.

Friendly atmosphere and great customer service! Scott took time to explain all of my options and his entire team was very attentive in helping make sure my car's needs were met. Real mechanics for real problems! Very satisfied with my service.

This was my first experience with Holland Automotive and I was so pleased. They saved me over $200. Two other car service places quoted me $250-$300 to replace the front driver blinker. Holland charged me $44!! I am new to the Greensboro area so feel fortunate that I have now found a mechanic that won't take me to the cleaners. Nice to work with honest, reputable people. I will highly recommend them to others.

Holland Auto Care gets 5 stars from me. Scott has been taking care of my car needs for a few years now and he always looks out for me. He does everything he can to keep the repair cost reasonable. He gets his customers in and out in a timely manner. He and his team are friendly and go out of their way to treat you more like a friend or family member. Holland Auto Care is not just some random garage you may take your vehicle. It's truly like taking it to your dad or brother. They look after you. Thanks Scott Holland and your team!

I had the brakes and rotors replaced on my 2013 Camry. I also had an oil change and an inspection. The gentleman at Holland Auto Care were friendly and efficient. Can't beat the price either!! I will definitely go there for any future service on my car. If you want great and reliable service, go to Holland Auto Care!

Holland auto care has been taking care of a fleet of my vehicles for a few years now and I couldn t be any happier with the work they they do. With my vehicles being used for business, it is important to me that my auto care company doesn t miss appointments. Every time I bring in my vehicles, they get everything taken care of, don t try to up sell me on things I don t need and make sure my vehicles are running at peak performance. This is by far the best pace to have your vehicles serviced in the Greensboro area.

Scott has been working on my car for several years. I feel he is someone I can trust. If he says I need it, I probably do. I have found his rates to be reasonable. He has always gone far above and beyond to keep my car and truck running there best. I highly recommend him to my friends.

I have been a customer of Holland Auto Care Center for a number of years through multiple vehicles. I have always been treated courteously and do not trust my vehicles with anyone else. In the past I was even assisted with a loaner vehicle when mine wasn't ready. My vehicles are older and they have helped keep them running like new! Parking is an issue but they always have helped me (and others as I was waiting) with the logistics of navigating tight spaces. I have referred them to numerous people over the years and will continue to do so.

Most trustworthy mechanics I've ever used. I recommend them whenever possible. They will not take advantage of anyone-- man,woman, or teen. Quality work done and they go above and beyond if necessary.... I know!! They do seem constantly busy and their lot is on the small side so I recommend parking next door at the Hess station, they don't mind going over to get it when they are ready to do the job.

Scott, Devin, Travis and Hootie are the best service in town for All your automotive needs. They are honest and have saved me lots of money. Just got 2 new tires and back brake pads. I would have paid a lot more at the dealership but Holland Auto Care is where you need to go

Not knowing that my previous mechanic had moved out and Holland's Auto moved into the location on Spring Garden, I took my vehicle in for some brake work I knew I needed of course him and his team found more things wrong but boy am I glad they did my axel and control arm were both in bad shape. Seeing as I only get paid once a month and I need my car for work Scott worked within my budget and helped me to fix the most important things first. I will be returning next month for the other fixes, but the service was great. the internet wasn't even on at the location and the shop was packed, but he still got my car worked in. I truly appreciate everyone at Holland's Auto they took great care of me and I look forward to using them for years to come!!

I am so happy to have found Holland Auto Care. My car needed a transmission and they were the cheapest around. They are professional and the owner is so nice and respectful. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they take care of you and care about their customers.

I have been coming here for 10 years! They are super honest, reliable, and kind. As many others said, the costs are great also.. Even when I lived 30 minutes from the shop, I would always come there for anything to do with my car repair or inspection wise, instead of any nearby place.

Scott and the team at Holland Auto Care saved our family vacation. While traveling from Raleigh to the NC mountains for a long planned camping trip our AC went out in Greensboro, it was 95 degrees that day and the trip would have been miserable without it. We showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon and they were busy, but they recognized the situation and were able to get right to work on the AC, hoping to get us on the road in a few hours. As happens, the repairs were a bit more complicated than we had hoped, but Scott and Travis stayed until well past closing time to help us out, they then came in early the following day to receive a new part and continued working to get us back up and running. We were on the road by 11:00 AM and were able to make good on our family camping trip. We were in a tough spot and they took good care of us. Scott, Travis and the entire Holland team were honest and straightforward with us throughout the process, and the AC is colder than ever, I'd definitely recommend them any time.

Today was my first visit and all i can say is WOW the guys are so friendly & they take care of you. Keep you company while your car is getting fixed so you re not sitting in the room staring at the walls. Very clean shop and EXTREMELY reasonable prices. Scott knows what he s doing. I will most definitely be coming back!!!

I was having car problems for well over two weeks and had spent 700 dollars at another mechanic before I finally decided to give Holland Auto a chance. It turned out that I needed a new engine. Holland Auto found an engine online, ordered it, and installed it with SUPERIOR customer service, always keeping me updated, working me in an already busy work schedule so that I would not be stranded (my car is the only means of transportation I had). I can't say enough good things. HIGHLY recommend!

I dropped my truck off on May 24, 2021 and it was determined the top of the engine would need major repairs. They had my truck for 19 months, during which they lied and lied and lied. When I finally had my truck hauled off on a rollback I realized the engine was not reinstalled correctly, my truck body had been damaged, the ac compressor was not installed correctly, the engine mounts were not aligned, many bolts and other small parts were missing, they lost my coils, my truck bed was full of beer cans and trash, my grill mounting tab was snapped off, tail light was broken, etc., the list keeps going. I advise everyone to steer clear of these lairs. I am now paying another mechanic to fix the mess they made.

Got a tip from my oil change shop after the engine light came on...."go see Scott Holland".They fixed the problem right away, tested the car to make sure (I know emission messages can be tough) and charged me a reasonable fee.When you see how crowded their lot is you know they must be doing something right.

Had to go back to this place more than 2 times before getting my vehicle looked at. All times were even with appointments. On the side, they rarely picked up the phone and never called back. At least 20 calls were given in a week and zero response.I then took my vehicle to another location and was helped right away. They diagnosed and took my vehicle in, in less than 20 hours. I also learned my vehicle had a different issue then the one HAC had diagnosed.Even though warranty covered my costs, I am glad I did not have to go through with such high misdiagnosed costs and this facility.Thank you Holland!
