I've had to use Terry Labonte's body shop twice now after 2 seperate accidents. They have always done a fantastic job with a quick turnaround time. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Thank you!

I took my Subaru in after it was hit. Customer Service was wonderful! My vehicle was repaired quickly and they communicated with me daily to keep me updated! They also worked with Enterprise and had my rental ready and was able to leave the rental with them! When I picked it up it was so clean and my vehicle looked brand new inside and out!

After a recent auto accident I was expecting a hassle with an insurance claim and related body repair. However, my experience with this company was a positive one. Upon arrival, there was a rental car waiting. Throughout the repair process I was kept informed and the vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend this collision center and would not hesitate to use them again!

Great Experience! They did leave my car unlocked overnight and it was ransacked by someone but nothing was taken and there was not any damage to my car. Overall the service was top notched!

I toke my truck there for an insurance claim and the people where nice which was great and after about 16 days I got my truck back and that was fine as long as everything was good. My truck need a windshield and side mirror replacement, also a few dents taken out and some minor paint. They charged about 5000 for this. The problem is when I received my truck. I found that the whole back window had been replaced for some reason, I don't know why I believe it was not damaged. but I guess it was fine except it was not sealed completely on the side. And for some reason there was scratches everywhere on the whole driver side of the truck and some minor ones elts where and the area around the bottom of the windshield was also damaged and not fixed. The in side had trash in it like glass metal and a Razer near my hand break. It basically looked like it was rushed in a day instead of 16. I don't know what the quality checks require. The biggest thing is I don't know how many scratches got on there. And that other things where either done incomplete or incorrectly.

I went up there and waited 8 hours for them to say I didn t pass the identification test but everything I selected on the sheet was correct. Even provided all name and picture ID. To be told that I won t be getting a car

The staff was amazing on helping me considering I ve never used my insurance before I was totally lost. Kept me up to date on my repair. Car was repair at promised time. Not only did they repair it they waxed the car and cleaned it up a little.

This place is top notch! They did a fantastic job on my car that was assaulted by a deer. The staff was excellent! They gave us regular updates on progress of the repairs AND finished ahead of schedule! They were extremely friendly and courteous, and made a bad experience a little easier to stomach. Hendrick Collision did an outstanding job replacing my damaged side view mirror. The claims process was simple and easy through Gieco. They partnered with Hendrick to perform the repair which was a match made in heaven. The total repair time was minimal (approx. 1 week total) considering the replacement part had to be sourced and prepped for install (paint). They returned my MDX to the solid, none damaged condition that I previously enjoyed (and still am!). Thanks Hendrick Collision for your knowledge and expertise in fulfilling my insurance claim in a timely and efficient manner.

I took my car in for repair of damage to the driver's side door. The whole process from beginning to end was very good. I was advised of the time frame for the service to be done and kept up-to-date by texts. My car was ready earlier than expected and the repairs were done my car looked like new. I had some bodywork done on my 2022 Toyota RAV4. I could not have asked for better work. My car looks as good as new. Everyone in the collision center was so nice. I brought my car in for body and paint work since my insurance company recommended them after hitting a deer. My car had damage to the front bumper on the passenger side, the grille and hood. The paint and body repairs look great, but this shop's attention to detail is poor at best. I picked the car up on a Saturday and no one went over the repairs with me. At first glance things looked okay.When I got into the vehicle the hood liner was sitting in the back seat, and the fasteners used to attach it to the hood were missing. I was able to go back in and have this addressed immediately, but this is sloppy and I can't believe that whoever pulled the vehicle around for pickup didn't notice the liner taking up the whole back seat. After getting home and inspecting things closer I noticed that the exterior temp sensor which is supposed to be mounted in the front lower grille was hanging down from the front of the car and the retaining tabs were broken. The front bumper alignment looked good with the headlights and fenders, but two of three body lines on the hood weren't lined up correctly. A few days later a parking distance sensor fell into the front bumper as well. None of these were major issues, and I resigned to have them fixed when I went back in to have a clear bra (paint protection film) reapplied to the bumper after the paint cured.I ended up going back for the clear bra installation about two months after the original repair and they replaced the temp sensor and fixed the park distance sensor (though they did say the park distance sensor wasn't their fault). I also asked them to realign the hood and it doesn't look like this was done at all as the hood is still misaligned. Installation of the clear bra was also done, but was done very poorly. The clear bras come as a precut kit and who ever installed mine obviously had issues with getting things lined up because I now I have six cut/join lines where there previously were none before the accident. My service writer tried to tell me that the version they buy comes in multiple pieces, and maybe that's true, but many of the cut lines are jagged, non-factory cut edges that were clearly cut by hand with a knife, so I find that explanation unlikely. There are also numerous spots where dirt/debris is trapped beneath the paint film, at least ten spots where it's lifting at corners or edges, one 3-4" long bubble along a body crease and two of the cutouts for the park distance sensors are heavily misaligned with one of them having section of the film torn out.Based on my experience, it's pretty clear that this shop is focused solely on getting people in and out as fast as possible and doesn't care much about performing professional high quality repairs. While I'd like to have the issues with the clear bra fixed, between poor repair quality and how difficult this shop is to deal with (don't stop by, they won't even talk to you without an appointment) I'll probably just tear it off and eat the $800-1000 cost of having a new one installed by another shop that will do it right.

Horrible experience. They baited and switched me and the guy at the dealership said they have had probs. Like this in the past. So it goes like this. Auto trader had a car at Terry Labonte Chevy listed for $15,933 I take off from work drive all the way over to the dealership only to have their sales rep. Tell me Oh that's a mistake the car is actually $ 26,000 dollars. What a waste of my time, gas and good will on Chevy. I own a Chevy Silverrado, like it a lot and wanted another chevy. However, since they played me like that I bought a Nissan Sentra SV and ABSOLUTELY IT. I WISH YOU HAD STARS WHERE I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO. The pic is of my new NISSAN.

I went to Hendrick collision through an insurance claim for some body work. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super nice and really helpful. I forgot my bags in the car, I didn t realize they were starting the repairs so fast and he went back there and got all of my bags out for me, when I picked my car up, it was beautiful and they even vacuumed out my car for me I would definitely recommend Hendrick collision. .Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I had my front passenger door replaced on my Mercedes, when I got it back the door wasn t opening correctly, Matt went out of his way to talk to several people and found my issue! He was very informative and extremely nice and knowledgeable about my situation! Would highly recommend Matt for your collision needs and repairs!

Our daughter s car had to be repaired due to a hit and run incident while she was away at college. The communication and text updates on the repair status that I received were greatly appreciated because we are over 7 hours away from her and couldn t be there in person! Took my vehicle here for an insurance claim. The markings on the parts showed it was junkyard while telling us it was brand new. Then after getting the vehicle back we discover that parts that were supposed to be fixed or replaced were not. It was a complete disappointment. Then having to spend extra to fix parts that were supposed to be fixed. People really need to check their vehicles over before taking them off property. We were lied to, how many others. All in all, thanks for lying, thanks for not fixing everything and thanks for costing us more money.

They have bailed me out a couple times on some body work, always nice work and nice staff. However the last time, I believe one of there techs was dishonest when loading the used car side rails in the bed of the truck, they scratched the side of the truck and neglected to say anything.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I think these guys are the best in Greensboro. That s coming from somebody that never ever writes reviews about anything. I ve used them three times in the last 18 months. My 2016 pearl white forerunner looks brand new. If you can match that color you can match anything. Highly recommended. Ask for Matthew or Jody. I had an off road collision and USAA had me take the vehicle to a shop in our network. Because of the previous work they had done my other vehicles body repair, I saw no reason to switch.
