A driver ran into the passenger side of my 2019 Dodge Charger with his vehicle on March 18th while I was waiting for the light to change in Greensboro. The damage was quite extensive.I took my car to Greenboro Body and Paint Center (Collision Center) on Cannan Drive. The receptionist, Ashley, was very friendly and pleasant and the shop manager, Frankie, was more than accommodating and understanding.The work on my car was completed when they anticipated it would be and the repair to my car was unbelievably great.I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat to anyone if they are looking for quality work and great customer satisfaction.

Very pleased with the outcome of the repair on my hood and bumper. GCC done a great job! My car was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I will be using them again if needed and I highly recommend them! Roe was great to work with, always kept me updated! Girls upfront were friendly and helpful.

I was so happy and pleased with the repairs from Greensboro Collision Center. On my "Candy Apple Red" 2018 Journey. They did an amazingly great job. I highly recommend them to everyone. One happy customer and grandmother.

I received excellent service from Greensboro Collision Center. They noticed every little imperfection left when I hit a deer on the highway. The car was not new when I bought it but it certainly looked new when I picked it up after the repair!! Very very pleased with the work they did!

My experience was great! When I dropped my SUV off I could not get in touch with Enterprise to pick me up. They were abie to and shortly after someone was there. They sent me text messages to update me in the repairs and to let me know they were in track. My SUV was finished early and I was able to pick it up. They made sure everything looked good and if there were any concerns to let them know. This is my 2nd time using their services and both times were great!!!

They kept me posted during the entire repair process.Everyone there treated me in a professional and courteous manner. My car is beautiful once again, and I highly recommend them. They made a difficult time less painful for me. It is obvious that they take pride in their work!

Greensboro collision Center is an amazing place to take your vehicle for body shop repairs. There prices is very reasonable and they understand that no everyone can afford an arm and a leg for repairs. I will always take my vehicles to Greensboro collision Center for any future body shop repairs. Art and Bryant were amazing.

The damage that was done to my car, I thought it was completely done! But GCC brought my car back to life and they did absolutely magnificent, I would recommend them to family and friends! And I will be taking my car back for a whole paint job!

Great service! Lemar Graham was patient & communicated very effectively as far as what was going on with my car, and the time frame of completion. They will get you in and out in a timely manner, and handle all of the communication with your insurance. While the lead time was longer than I would like to have waited the shop was honest the whole time and the vehicle was ready to drive when originally projected. Everything looks great with the repair. Only issue I had was with a part coming in late but this was seemingly out of their control so I can t fault them for that.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Paint already chipping on the freshly painted bumper about a month in. Damaged the B Pillar the window plastic trim clip when painting the door. Contamination within the paint already and had to have a detailer buff it out.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Although I hated to have to bring my car in for a repair, the Greensboro collision center did a great job with it. The car was flawlessly repaired and actually cleaner when I picked it up, then when I dropped it off to them. The car was repaired in the time frame they said it would be and the communication on the status updates were great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to get my car fixed due to a hit & run. It was my first time ever having to put my car in the shop. The staff here is amazing they keptCommunication with me the entire time of working on my vehicle. Frankie worked with me in specific and he was amazing he made sure everything was perfect for me and for that I am extremely grateful ! 10/10 I would recommend them to everyone ! Friendly, excellent work, car looks just like new. They do good work and don t take shortcuts that lead to bad results. Highly recommend for any body work and paint. Lemar did my estimate, let me know when to drop my car off and the pair was done in a shorter amount of time than what was on my estimate. This is an excellent body shop. The manager happened to assist me. He was great. Front desk person was super helpful. The work was done perfectly and on time. They even coordinated my rental car.
