Wanted to try this new place for my car oil change service. My first disappointment to this visit is, although the business is right off the main road, they did not have a business name on the building-It had a different name. (Go figure!!)So got turned around in finding this place. With Gps saying, "you have arrived"- we had to call their phone to verify if this was the correct place. The receptionist who answered, was not too pleasant and acted like we should know this was the correct auto place when the advertised name was Not displayed anywhere. (Had the name of a different auto place). Unlike most auto shops, where you just drive into their service area we could not do this since this was completely blocked, with vehicles they stated were 'delivering parts'. Anyway, eventually spoke to a service attendant. Got vehicle service, service was Ok, waiting area was clean with water and a coffee machine- however, not impressed for a first time visit. Quite interesting how most auto places claim they offer "complementary water and hot beverage, but there are Always misc. shop charges on your bill. Are they really free/complementary?? Btw- love the cute autos they had on display for sale. See photos attached.

Ryan was quite cordial with myself and my Dad and it took a day and a half to finalize our deal on a cool, 2020 Chevy Equinox! Ryan even called me that afternoon after the sale to ensure I had no problems comprehending the (new to me) instrumentation. It was a most pleasant experience!

10/10 do not recommend buying a vehicle here, or getting anything done here. Worse place I have ever done buisness with.They have the worse customer service ever. Once you purchase thier trashy veichle and leave your screwed. They will not assist you, will ignore you, threaten you, and lie to you about everything. Can't completely give the review I want yet but in time everything will be told. Just steer clear from this whole establishment. BBB will be notified as well.Edit:: there's no way the documents could have been submitted they needed my signature on them so unless someone signed it for me then there is no way you submitted anything!

Outstanding customer service. No pressure from the salesmen D'Angelo after I came onto the lot without an appointment to see a vehicle I had just spied on their website. Fast, smooth and painless purchase and great post purchase benefits offered. Finance Dept Was able to get me a very good financing rate, (my credit isn't great) and even got me a reduced payment and rate after I had already accepted a higher payment and rate! All around wonderful experience from start fo finish. Highly recommend them.

Greensboro auto was a great place to go. There very helpful and they give you time to shop. When you buy they give you free oil changes and tire rotation. I couldn't ask for better service from the staff. Thank you for my new car.

My parents stopped in here interested in looking at the cute cars out front. They were very interested and hoping to talk to someone. The two men sat behind the computers at their desk and offered NO customer service. They looked up and asked my parents if they had an appointment. My parents did not, they stopped in because they had TONS of signs saying stop in for a new experience . Well all my parents experienced was a LAZY no customer service experience. I will never stop here. To think..my parents might ve bought the car. Idiots

I recently purchased a vehicle from Greensboro Auto, and my experience was excellent. The last 2 days I been telling these ppl or better yet the Shay girl my credit isn t good. But hey the only thing the could ask or answer was if I had a driver to drive the car off the lot. Asked the Shay girl and whoever was emailing me to run my credit because I knew it wasn t good. So that way I wouldn t come all the way from reidsville and get denied remind u the car was only 6000 I had 4000 so why did I need to be financed a waste of time shady ppl

The staff was nice, Brad was great to work with. No pressure, and got exactly the vehicle I wanted at a lower price than elsewhere. And two years of maintenance! Will buy my next car from them again.

This was my first time visit and Seth was very polite when answering my call, he gave me an early appointment which fits my calendar, and when I went there, the place was very clean, they offered me amenities and there is free Wi-Fi. I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner. They performed my state inspection nicely, and everything took them 30 minutes I was very pleased with their service and I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Well I got on 40, and had to pull over, the inner front fender was dragging, barely hanging on. Then I was bitten numerous times by the colony of ants, coming out from everywhere. Speakers, air vents and under seats.. car was not serviced evidently. I m not to happy about the cars overall cleanliness inside. Think someone besides me should have to get rid of ants, and fix inner fender. I had a good experience with the guy that helped me. I would appreciate a call, about straightening the problems out. Thanks Then I might see about giving you a good review, or bad review.

Had a great experience with Tom and Scott. Tom was very responsive in answering my questions despite buying the car from Florida and was extremely thorough in detailing the condition of the car. He even picked me up from the airport!

I love my 2016 HONDA CR-V. I did a lot of research, drove a bunch of vehicles, all over the place. At the end of the day, literally, my daughter and I finished my search back here. At the end of the day on the 4th of July, I acheived independence from my 199,000 mile minivan. Yea for me !! I have to agree with other reviews I have read. Great in every way and Ian McPeeters could not have been a better person to work with. Made everything so easy to understand and straight forward. Going to have my maintenance done here, too. Great place, great people.3/31/21 The service department is 5 star in my book. They took care in fixing a problem with my battery that I didn't understand and explained it in terms I got. Nice people ! Thanks, James !

Greensboro Auto Center was my first and last stop for buying my car. After test driving there, I left GAC mid morning and went all over Greensboro comparing deals and eventually ended my day hours later, back at GAC. Just save yourself the time and go with GAC. I love my car so far and I have peace of mind with their warranty. Also bonus points for Ryan for chauffeuring my daughter around the parking lot in the hot pink Moke while I was signing papers. Very impressed with their service and attitude

Sir Ryan Scott assisted us since we were in our home country through emails until we are finally here in the US. All the staff was friendly and approachable. GAC was recommended to me by a friend. Went in with an unknown power steering issue. They quickly diagnosed it and told me what the fix was and how much it would cost before doing anything. Jake took $50 off my bill which was very much appreciated! My car was fixed within an hour and a half and Jake very kindly walked me through everything they did for my own edification. Very satisfied, will return in the future.

Ryan was our representative. He made the process incredibly easy and fast - I was able to take care of a few things ahead of visiting the dealership so I only had to test drive and fill out my paperwork before driving off the lot.This business prides itself on being transparent and customer-focused and they absolutely delivered on their promise.Thanks, Ryan! I just purchased my third Motor Trend Certified Subaru from GAC. Matt Whiteside, Scott and the staff were very helpful and professional.
