Best service center I have ever dealt with. Honest and fair and always have your best interest in mind! Meghan and the staff friendly, courteous, and help you understand what needs to be done to get your car back on the road safely and in good condition!! Top of the line!!

Called to have an oil change and was informed I d have the works done it s $60 and it states up to 6 quarts of oil but when I went pay it was $125 I was taken back and asked why did I get charged for 7 quarts of oil. The lady at the counter said well it was 6.2 and we can t round down I was amazed she thought I didn t under stand how and oil change on a truck I ve had for 5 years worked I said yes I under stand it takes 7 quarts but if 6 come with the works why did I get charged for 7 quarts and then she informed me that oil in an oil change is not included and I m 33 years old and that s the first time I ve ever paid for an oil change that did not include oil. Wish she would have said that when I scheduled the appointment not that the works oil change is $59. And what makes it worse is I have to drive 35 minutes to this location because foes said I d lose warranty if I didn t have it done at 30k 60k and 90k just seems like a ripoff I get an oil change that comes with oil at NTB in Winston for at most $50 and they also check everything and top off fluidsService: Oil change

The next time you want to be upsaled and taken advantage of this is the place to go. Bunch of dumpster fires wanting to be technicians . Tire needed a plug, they couldnt do it because the location.... lie ....told me my tires were at 2/32".... lie... took it home and measured the tread myself 6/32" the hole was in the center . Well long story short the plug went in and well by golly ! It sealed and holds air with no shortcuts or wacky stuff to hold it in place. Thank you so much for the wasted time. I hope you all get pay raises. I'll be sure to double check the oil change you did to!Services: Tires, Oil change

Terrible experience, DO NOT GO THERE. They take advantage of you, I went to change my tires and they installed the wrong tires on my car. A week after I came back because 2 of my new tires exploded on the highway while I was driving my baby to the doctor, they refused to at least give me a discount after I had spent $950 on tires.Unprofessional and 0 customer service

Last visit, won't be back. My warranty for oil changes 70/75 thousand. I had just under 62k it expired in April didn't know they didn't care. Your penalized for lower mileage.

Took my maverick here for an oil change/rotation and had no problems. Service was done fast and clean.
