I took my vehicle to Chris, and unlike the other mechanic I visited, he took the time to try to diagnose my car issue. Within the hour, he found the issue and had me back on the road in no time for a very competitive and fair price. However, one of the mechanics forgot to reattach my hubcap, which I didn t notice until I d already left the establishment. When I called about it, the mechanic working on my car claims he replaced it. They suspect it flew off, but I ve never had issues with loose hubcaps and I ve never lost one while driving. Their best suggestion was to go to the junkyard and try to pull a new one yourself. An update for you. Two days after I had my car fixed by him, it began to malfunction again. Starting with the battery and brake light intermittently illuminating while driving, and then the noise I originally took the car in about. I knew something else was wrong. It seemed too convenient that the alternator would just begin to die after they had just DIRECTLY WORKED IN THAT AREA. I called the shop detailing the and their response was if you can get it up here, I can look at it. He elaborated to say that we could have knocked something on the alternator when we took the engine cover off - no, they never replaced the engine cover. You see, the night before I took my car in, I had the alternator and battery tested. Everything checked out just fine. I asked Chris what he would do about the situation since there s no way for me to return to his shop without visiting another mechanic to have the alternator replaced. He has yet to respond to any of the communication. With that said, the BBB is getting a call.

Most recently I had my inspection completed at this shop and they gave me insight on a few issues I was having. I ve dealt with Chris and Cameron in the past and always had great service. Won t take my truck to anyone else. If anyone posts less than 4 stars, they may be the ones to blame for the issue. These guys won t give you the runaround like a lot of mechanic shops can. Btw, they accept baked goods & coffee.

The staff here have been very friendly and professional. I had issues with my car and initially went to a different auto shop that was unable to fix the problem. It was a HEADACHE. I had my car worked on by the mechanics at sedgefield and baamm! My car was fixed and running smoothly. I am so thankful. I will continue to do business with them.

I have delt with this company for more than 10 years unfortunately this new owner leaves a great deal to be desired.Went in for a simple inspection, they didn't listen to my warning "I'm not from Guilford county & the county I'm from only requires safety check".Tech didn't note my warning improperly inspected the car causing it to fail, check engine light, the rod end & bulb.Spent 20 min. Arguing the issue which to this day (6days later) they were going to resolve with in their words "a simple phone call which was never done & tried to charge me $33 rather than $13.I called N C inspections div in Raleigh & resolved the issue myself.ReInspection - no bulb was out & check engine light "service engine" got the oil changed problem resolved after reset/ re-programed.It's unfortunate that folks in trust a company & rather than do what's fair or whats requested they choose to stick it to the public.Didn't want to light 1 star but couldn't post without it.Due to their lack of resolving the issue my registration was late which caused me an additional cost of $15 late fee.

The guys here will look out for you and take care of your car. They are honest and hard-working, I trust them and am a loyal customer to Chris, Cameron, and Pete. They'll try and get you the best deal and get you in and out in a reasonable time.

Awesome mechanics! They take care and pride in their work! Don't do half-assed work that someone else has to finish. And they don't overcharge.
