We were very pleased with the service and communication with the shop after our wreck on 85 North! Gerber made sure we were aware of the progress with our car. Very communicative and answered all of our questions. Our car looks great too. Thanks Gerber!

I was involved in an accident in August. Allstate sent me to Gerber Collision & Glass off of Sunshine Way in Greensboro, NC. The ladies upfront confirmed my appointment the day before I was scheduled. They kept me informed as the process progressed, but unfortunately, my car was considered totaled and I had to go collect my personal belongings and the tag to turn into DMV. The ladies up front were super friendly and personal and gave me a screwdriver and told me to come back if I had any problems. It started raining as I collected my things, before work, that morning. I got everything out of the car but I was unable to get the tag off. I went back up front and told the ladies. They told Charlie. Charlie told them to tell me to come back when it wasn't raining. Seriously, the man said that. I went early before work and explained that I work in Downtown Greensboro and Gerber is out of my way. He still refused but Susan put on his raincoat, took the screwdriver, went out in the bay, asked another guy to do it. He also refused ... NOTE: I could have pulled that car into the dry bay. It was drivable .... so, Susan, God bless that Angel, went out in the pouring rain and got my tag off for me, with me on her heels for support. Charlie told the girls to call me and ask me not to leave a bad review. His boss had him call me to apologize, but it was so lame. "I am sorry is I offended you in any way, shape or form, Ms." PLEASE!! Told me to come back when it's not raining!!! Would he have told my grandmother that? How about my daughter? Or, the Partner of the law firm I work for? It was terrible customer service and a terrible way to treat a human collecting their belongings from a totaled car, period. Charlie did not care about anything but my threat to leave a bad review. Don't take your car there if you have options. The man really shouldn't be representing that company, at all. I begged him to get up off of his butt and go get my plate off instead of the woman up front. He snickered at me. Thought it was funny. Don't go there if it's raining, for sure!

Susan and Charlie went above and beyond with not only their customer service but also their empathy for me as a human being. I came in with a broken mirror that occurred when i was trying to avoid a head on collision. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was not going to spend an arm and a leg on getting it fixed. I will always be grateful for them and all they did to make sure my car was fixed. :)Services: Painting, Electrical

Very satisfied with Gerber and would highly recommend them.They made all repairs ahead of schedule. Also, I really appreciate their keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. I received calls every Tuesday and Thursday with updates.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had work done which looks fine. But I picked my car up to find somebody had stolen over $50 of change from my center console, emptied pill bottles, gone through and removed my venter console into the passenger seat and also removed all the items in my back seat storage across the back seat. Clearly looking for more items of value to steal. The manager claimed he didn t think his people did it and that they left cars unlocked in their lot. But my car auto locks so without the keys in hand they wouldn t have been anyone else inside of it. They said they will reimburse me through gas receipts however I ll provide updates if they make it right. But this is a warning to anyone to COMPLETELY empty your car before trusting Gerber Collision with it.

Took my car in for 4 days. Someone there went into my sons console and stole all the change he had in it. If they are hiring people who will steel, how can I trust them with doing anything they say. I had my insurance remove them from being a preferred body shop.

Car was damaged from falling branch. They worked seamlessly with my insurance, got an appointment quickly and had my car back to me in a week. Friendly folks and would highly recommend.

My car was sent to Gerber collision and glass for assessment after an accident, and unfortunately, although it was totaled the customer service that I received from Susan at the front and Paul in the back was phenomenal. Both Susan and Paul are extremely sweet and accommodating, and went above and beyond to help me collect the remaining things I needed for my vehicle. I genuinely appreciate their help and sincerity in what they do!

Gerber collision and glass did a great job fixing my car. They were fantastic to deal with. They were friendly, kept me in the loop the entire time, the work was phenomenal and completed promptly. BEWARE!!!Customer Service Appalling!Quality and Care the Worst!They came recommended by my Insurance company USAA LOLThey put a broken part on my car. How do I know you ask well...I could not figure out after my car was repaired by Gerber why every time I shut my car door the mirror would rattle? So I called USAA back to report and they advised me of other auto body shops in my area. So I take my car in for evaluation they remove the casing to my mirror and found it to be broke in 4 different places!!!Shameful!!!

Customer service was top notch. The staff at the front desk were friendly, personable, and warm. I would return here for service any time. The work done was timely and so far everything is running smooth. I can't comment on the pricing as my visit was mostly covered by insurance.

Do not use them for your car to be repaired. They overlooked a brake issue with my sons car that occurred during a accident. They do not want to repair nor do they want to be truthful about the issue. Gerber let me son leave the auto body shop with the brakes not being repaired and to fail him on the highway. This could have ended tragic. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. Just be careful if the insurance recommends this shop. They get a discount and work with the insurance company. The person involved in the accident they do not care about.Service: Brakes

Just horrible service called this company to schedule windshield replace they have a contract with glass America who came out they put in a new winshield and never replaced the moldings to my car the tech was beyond disrespectful he never called me to say when he was on his way or even the work was done. Spoke to a dispatcher who stated they would have my moldings ordered this week . Never did that happen received another call saying the dealer didn't have one of my moldings so I have to wait. Didn't even give me a time frame but was quick to charge my credit card ! I would never recommend them to anyone and will be contacting BBB regarding their services !

At times this place has excellent customer service. Also the front bumperwork they did on my SUV was good. There became a problem with my truck that THEY cause....and that I went back about 4 times that I never was 100% clear about and they did NOT Fix....told me that I had to go to a dealership & sent me on my way.I filed a complaint wity my insurance company and according to them, one of the Managers falsely communicated with my insurance company that they told me that they were "outsourcing" & referred & helping me to a dealership. This caused much miscommunication between me and my insurance company....until someone FINALLY listened to me and read the notes.I should NOT have had to go back 4 times with a probem THEY caused. I also have witnessed poor customer service & communication between them & Enterprise Rental car.

Gerber messes up the repairs on my car twice. Said they would pay for repairs and rental car but didn t had written a review prior to this, but they apparently removed it so you wouldn t know the truths about how unethical and unsafe this company is. AVOID ATALL COST! Will be contacting my insurance company again to try and have this company removed from the recommended repair list.

It's a very clean shop and the workers seem put together. My old issue is with they're lack of interest in fixing my vintage car after being rear ended. I wouldn't waste my time with them if you have an older car/truck.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They were recommended to me by Liberty Mutual. Worse recommendation EVER. They called me on a Friday and said my car was "ready but the fog light wasnt working." They were supposed to fix it and call me back on Monday. They called me on Monday and said it was ready. When I got there and inspected my car, I found that the same light they were to fix had busted glass. Make them fix one thing and they will break another. And to hell with trying to make it right. They give the most cockamanie excuses and send you away.

These people fixed 2 of my cars. They keep you in the loop at all times. Telling you what they doing to your vehicle how long it will take and if something comes up they will call you personally to let you know. The staff is kind and professional.

This is a high standard quality business they do excellent work. Deal with mostly insurance claims. Need to make an appointment if you need repairs done other than insurance claims done.

I had my car fixed here because it s a State Farm preferred repair shop. When I picked my car up it s peeling under one of the decals where they obviously pulled tape off and there is scratches where they pulled off molding. When I spoke to a manager he said they didn t do it and shrugged me off.I m calling State Farm and I will NEVER do business here again

Terrible work! You ll pick your car up and it will be damaged from their carelessness.Speaking to a manager does no good, he doesn t care he s already been paid.Never EVER will I go or recommend Gerber to ANYONE!!!!
