Minor damage to front fender got fixed very quickly and easily. April was very sweet and friendly and explained everything carefully. Reasonable prices as well.

Years later they still put these ads on people's cars, thankfully my window didn't get a permanent print on it from rain making the paper stick to it.Stop putting your ads on people's cars in random parking lots.

I left this place dancing...they applied my hood shield....in my opinion perfect ...my kia say "Debra" in every way...thank u soo very much...I'm one happy customer... Mike from Greensboro tire automotive on Market Street recommended y'all...thank you soooooooo much...I am beyond excited ....

I called early in the week and asked if I needed an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and they told me no, just bring it by before 4:30 any day. Called at 3:45 on a Friday to confirm that someone would be able to look at it and they said no, the guy is leaving in a few minutes. He told me the body guy would be there Saturday working and that I could come by after 9am for him to look at it. I stopped by and the guy inside said they are closed, come back on Monday. I explained what I had been told and he said he had no idea why they would have said that and I need to come back during the week.Service: Body & Trim

I ve used them, they are pretty amazing. Did a fantastic job refinishing a hood that someone had absolutely butchered previously. They did the job correctly too, not some dodgy hillybilly paint and bake job, truly professional. April was friendly and communicated very well. Have recommended anyone in need to them and will continue to do so. Full disclosure, I am a dealer and have my own body facilities available with a short drive and I choose to use gate city due to quality and convenienceService: Painting

Absolutely great service. A very hard part to find, it took a few weeks, but they didn't stop. Found it, fixed it & now all is well. The ones, the only ones, you should use.

I chose Gate City Auto because all the body shops on my insurance list were booked for months. Im glad they were because they did a great job. They told me is was going to be a week and it was only a few days. April was very friendly and professional. My car was rear-ended when I was at a dead stop. I elected to take my Honda Accord Coupe to Gate City Auto Body & Services, Inc. Gate City Auto Body did an impeccable on my Honda. Service was excellent. I called a major body shop at first but they weren't really willing to help me understand my problem at all. Even after I gave descriptions and scenarios they still wouldn't help me they just told me to "bring it in" and the price was 50 dollars just to look at the car! Did some Google searching and found this gem. No bad reviews and those reviews weren't lies. I called them and they treated me with so much love and respect over the phone and told me every possible thing that could be wrong with my leakage under the vehicle. Went in and they worked with me with great prices. They even wanted to hold they car longer to make sure they didn't miss anything and that everything checked out. Such an awesome body shop. Definitely go to them! Gate City Auto body is the best in greensboro, heck dare I say even the triad! Even got to meet the owner and he is cool as well as the mechanics! #AGGIEPRIDE

Gate City was AWESOME! I got three quotes from three places; Gate City s was the fairest. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need, they listened to my concerns, and they were FAST!!!!! All-around it s the best experience I ve had with a body shop in 30 years of owning cars. Thank you!!!

Certainly, having an auto accident is about as unpleasant an experience you can have especially, when the @#%$ accident is your own fault - nope, wasn t texting, drinking or fishing that scratched Journey CD out from between the seats; thanks for asking...The actual and fairly embarrassing circumstances of the accident will remain forever between me and my somewhat bemused insurance agent.Truly, I could not have been happier with the service at Gate City. My car was repaired as promised and looked as good as it did the day I bought it seriously. April was extremely pleasant and kept me advised on part delays and such. The car was ready on time and at the quoted price. Excellent customer service all around a rarity these days for sure.April said she has several repeat customers. I can believe it if I was a really horrible driver, I would most definitely put Gate City on speed dial

Had the misfortune of coming in contact with some animals as i traveled down I40. Took my car originally to crown and was referred to GCAB by the manager there because he claimed they are great people, do great work, and are fairly priced. Well all of those came to be true. The animals that i hit did just shy of $1k dollars worth of damage and everything was explained to me and April was very transparent in her explanations of prices and that impressed me as a customer a great deal. If they run into anything else while under it they will notify you first prior to doing anything extra than was outlined for you in the beginning. Their mechanics are top notch, awesome work and awesome shop over there. They even detail the interior of your vehicle upon completion, a very nice finishing touch. Highly recommend GCAB.

I recently had 2 cars repaired at Gate City. One was an extensive complete paint job on an older Suburban. The quality of the workmanship on both vehicles is outstanding. April and Mariana kept me informed along the way. MIguel did an outstanding job on both cars. Given the quality of the repairs, the competitive pricing and the professional staff, I will not hesitate to take any future repair needs to Gate City.

Best Price and I went 3 places. Fixed my prius that was totaled by insurance in 1 week! PLUS installed my rear view camera free AND cleaned AND washed my car! Amazing job! A+!

I called, explained a basic request to paint two fenders and a bumper cover off the car. The person taking the message indicated this was some how a bizarre request. I left my contact information, but never received a reply.

Had a great expirence at Gate City Auto Body. I initially decided on GCAB when I saw they consistently had great reviews. The reviews were correct, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable l staff. My car came out looking like new. Great work, highly recommended.

BEST BODY SHOP EVER, GOT MY CAR IN AND OUT REAL FAST. APRIL WORKS THE FRONT COUNTER AND SHE HAD ME AND MY CLAIM PROCESSED SUPER FAST AND MY CAR LOOKED GREAT. I COULD NOT EVEN TELL THERE HAD BEEN DAMAGE TO MY CAR. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GATE CITY BODY SHOP AND SERVICES TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Got my parent's van to get it fixed but they didn't seem to do the honest job. They kept the Van for more than 2 weeks but when my mom picked up her Van she found out the repair wasn't done good and water got inside the trunk of the Van. She also found out they unscrewed the hood and took something out to fill in for the trunk of the Van. The receptionist was a liar always convinced us not to worry about anything which including about keeping the rental car for 2 weeks.Never recommended this place to anybody. We lost trust in this place.

I come home from a trip and see this. In a complex that is no soliciting they send someone to come in and place these on people s cars. And since it rained while I was away it adhered to my window ruining it. Totally unprofessional! If they don t care enough to cease doing things like this, then they will not care about your vehicle when it is at their shop.

I don't appreciate you going around and putting your ads on people's car windows I was out of town and came back to something stuck to my window from the Heat and the rain that left a residue of the ad still stuck to my window of my car! I now in turn have to spend my time peeling off your ad off my car window it didn't come off when I attempted to peel it off by hand so now I'm going to have to use a razor blade or a knife to get your ad off my window that I did not authorize you to put on you went around to the neighborhood that I live in and you put it on my window!For the sheer fact that you don't really care about people's cars I would never use your business and I will never recommend you to anyone if someone wants to come to you they will find you you don't need to go solicit business and put things on people's cars without their permission! I wish there was an option to add a photo because I would love to show you how it is all over my window!

They do excellent work! My parked car was hit and dented pretty badly. Gate city repaired it so well we couldn't even tell it was damaged! Will always come here for auto body repairs.
