I have bought my fair share of cars over the years and this was, far and away, the best experience I ve ever had! Adam, Stacey, and their team went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and to ensure a smooth purchase. They were completely transparent and honest and helped me with every detail, including shipping the car for me. I would go back to them in a second for another purchase, and can t recommend them more highly!

Meant to post this awhile back but purchased my R8 back in April 2021 and the car has been great! The delivery driver was super nice, made for an easy delivery.My only gripe here and the reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is they only included one key. I think it s absurd to sell a car for north of 150k and only include one key and I did request a second key which was denied.Guys CARMAX even includes a second key regardless if it was included when they bought the car. I know this because I sell all of my daily drivers to them.Hakeem was my salesman and overall I was pretty happy with him and the process. It definitely wasn t my favorite buying experience but it wasn t my worst either.

Always a large collection of various exotics, definitely something for everybody. The staff has always been very friendly and Meredith in service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Over the last two decades I have had many interactions with this dealership and only ever had one negative experience. Management was quick to resolve that one issue. Would not hesitate to recommend them for a car purchase or service. Excellent auto detailing shop as well.

I can't even express how much I enjoyed my shopping trip!! Reade was amazing, I went in dressed up, I mean hubby and I were going to buy a Porsche, had to look the part, yet even with my pink hair Reade never once made me feel judged and I quickly put on my tennis shoes and a hoodie, lol. Lee in finance was awesome too, as was Justin the Porsche trainer. Never have we had a smoother and more welcoming car buying experience! I love my new car and I love that my keyfob looks like my car, lol. I am so happy we made the trip here! Honestly can't say enough about how well we were treated and how great it was to just be my weird little self and still feel respected and accepted.

This review has been a month or so in the making. I was really angry about this for a while, but now that I've prayed on it and let it go, I feel better about sharing my experience.Everything started out great, and Terelle made the sales process extremely smooth. Shortly after I drove away in my new car though, I had to return it for a fairly major repair. To their credit, FCI performed the repair at no cost to me since the issue cropped up in between the time I test drove the car and took delivery. That's where the good stuff ends, though.After they did the repair, the issue seemed to have been fixed. The following day I drove the car to Chattanooga, TN for a wedding; and on the way there, I noticed the same issue happening again. Since I was out of town but the car was drivable, I tolerated it, but I reached out to Terelle to let him know what was happening since I didn't have Veronica's (Maserati service advisor) number handy. He didn't respond; instead, he sent me a copy and paste of Chelsie's after-sales email (which arrived after I reached out to him). I sent him another message expressing my displeasure, and again, he didn't respond.Taking the hint that he was done with me, I replied back to Chelsie's email with the same explanation and displeasure. I asked that she communicate all of it to Veronica and Vic (sales manager) as well. I still haven't heard back from any of them, almost two months later.Frustrated by the car and by being ghosted by everyone at FCI, I took matters into my own hands. I took the car to my local Discount Tire, where they discovered that my front tires had extreme feathering on the inside (because of the alignment issue) and that my rear tires were almost shot. I was shocked that Steven, the Maserati mechanic at FCI, had missed this - or worse yet, had completely ignored it as part of my overall issue. So I spent around $2,500 on new, better Michelin tires. However, after driving away on them, I could tell this still hadn't fixed the issue.Because I wanted nothing to do with FCI at this point, I decided to take the car to their sister store, Foreign Cars Charlotte. I met with Danny and explained the entire situation and what I had done so far. After they took a look at the car, they verified that I wasn't just being a crazy jerk - as it turns out, Steven at FCI hadn't only done nothing about the tires, he hadn't actually done the full extent of work I'd been told had been done.Danny had the car's alignment fixed, which was another $320. After these services and what accessories I'd bought for the car, thinking I would be keeping it for a long time, I'd already sunk around $3,300 into it - and I'd had the car for barely a month.Now I'm selling the car via consignment at a local exotics dealer. To be clear, I don't have buyer's remorse since I enjoyed the thrill of the car - it was my first ever exotic, and it is a great car now that it's been properly taken care of. But after a month or so of driving it, I realized it was not meant for someone my size (6' 7") long-term and it just wasn't comfortable to squeeze into or get in and out of.But as for FCI ... based on how they treated me after the deal was done, I deeply regret having given FCI my business. They stopped caring and wrote me off, probably thinking I regretted the purchase and just wanted to be a jerk about it - but the Charlotte location's service department verified that I had a legitimate issue and a reasonable complaint. As a result, I won't be buying another car from FCI in the future, and I can't recommend them to anyone.

While I have browsed Foreign Cars Italia's showroom on numerous occasions, I stopped in one day to browse some more. A 2018 Levante SQ4 with 10,000 miles caught my eye. Charles asked if I wanted to drive the Levante, and of course, I took him up on his offer. I then advised him I had a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport that I would like to trade. In short, I received top dollar for my Corvette and what I thought was a reasonable price for the Levante. No games were played, i.e., showing an overallowance for my Corvette. Just straight numbers. All this was negotiated over the phone and email with pictures of my Corvette. They never saw my Corvette until I drove it there to pick up the Levante. Pleasant, straight forward experience. I will be back to buy another exotic.

This place has all the best cars and super friendly staff. They are the best dealer for 100 miles for Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin. A beautiful place to explore. Be sure to walk the outdoor lot as there are always some hidden gems. Plus I hear one of the top Ferrari clients tends to store his rate models here like the Enzo and LaFerrari.

Fantastic Service Saved My Road Trip! I was driving my 2012 Tesla Model S (with 197K miles!) to Florida when a huge chunk of metal impaled itself in one of my tires. When I called Foreign Cars Italia from roadside on I85 and explained my situation, they found a tire for me and had it delivered to them before the tow truck got me to their shop. Without an appointment, they replaced the tire in under 45 minutes and helped me get back on the road again. Cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and can-do attitude!!

I've been buying Porsches from Foreign Cars since 2006, and it's always a great experience. Mark Euell and Matt Davis make the whole experience fun and you could not find a more passionate person than Mark when it comes to sports cars. You're losing out if you don't give these guys a chance when you buy your next car.

My interaction with FCI has been stellar. Charles Dabney is one of the most attentive and professional salespeople I have worked with. We stopped by on short notice, interested in a preowned 991.2 GT3. Charles was generous with his time, he allowed my daughter to sit in the car and enjoy it in the parking lot.Charles and FCI were very honest about their car pricing, gave me the trade numbers I wanted for my cars. While I decided at the end to keep my current 911, the impression that the dealership and Charles left was excellent. I will definitely reach out to them in the future and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I'll first talk about my salesman, then the dealership, then the rest oWe f the team. I had been doing research for a Scuderia for some time now. I had many saved cars and called around. I admit, initially, I came off as rude when talking to this dealership. I was contacted by Kris. Upon our first phone call, my thoughts on the dealership were solidified, I knew this was the right place.From our first contact, Kris was respectful and polite. He answered all my questions, provided me with all the service records, readings, and specs. He texted me all the photos I asked for and more. He even went as far as shooting videos and more photos, hundreds of photos. I made it very hard for him, but throughout, he kept his cool, patience and respectful attitude. I decided to pull the trigger and book a flight.While I waited for my flight, Kris kept up with daily communication, photos, and updates. We got finance pre-approved and sorted out. When the day came, we arrived at 7 am at Greensboro. Kris, who started at 8:30 that day was at the airport with a shiny clean vehicle waiting to pick us up. We drove to the dealership and took a look at the car. I had no surprises, since not only did I trust Kris by now, but he was very open and transparent about any issues the car had. We did a walk around and opened all the compartments. The car was magnificent. We sat inside and Kris showed me all the details, features and how to use the vehicle. Throughout, he was patient, funny, and polite. We went out for a spin and buy was my heart pumping. Not only does he have skill selling, but he knows the cars inside and out, being a former technician, and he can drive like the best of them. We returned and waited comfortably in the waiting area for finance to be ready for us. Throughout, although busy with other clients, Kris constantly checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable.Vic at finance was a pleasure to work with. No games, no hidden fees, no upsells. Straight to the point and efficient, just what I like. Very professional and open. The feeling was the same with the rest of the team. I have visited several exotic car dealerships. Many have laughed at me or dismissed me, or even ignored me. I did not feel this way here. I felt like an honorary guest. It made all the difference.We finalized everything and went to our hotel. We flew to 2500 miles home, excited, sleepless and impatient. Kris kept in constant communication about everything, the detailing, the washing, the shipping and so on. Photos along the way. It was an amazing experience and I am grateful to have made a friend and salesperson I can trust for future exotic purchases.The Dealership itself was like a museum. From an eye-catching bright blue Porsche to a rare BMW M4 GTS to a drool worthy Ferrari Testarossa or Speciale, they had everything. It was hard not to walk around and ogle every car there. The floors were spotless, the showrooms were well lit and every employee was polite and greeted us with a smile. A far change from the west coast. I did not want to leave!It was a one of a kind experience and I am so glad my first Ferarri purchase was with Kris, it made the experience all the more memorable. Kris, you made several dreams come true, I look forward to the future!

Charles was awesome throughout the entire process of helping me get my Porsche. I also appreciate him for making sure I knew all the ins and outs before I left the lot. I really feel like I could reach out to him at anytime and about anything. He was a true professional that has made my first (and hopefully not last) Porsche experience incredibly enjoyable and memorable.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new 2017 Maserati Ghibli S Q4 from Kris Krysalka. From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, he delivered both a professional and friendly experience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He spent countless hours that afternoon working with my indecisive self trying out various vehicles to make sure I found the right one for me and was extremely knowledgeable about every and all vehicles on the lot. It's extremely important to me to build a trusting relationships with the dealer so that I can return in the future and not feel like an unknown walking in each time, and I feel that both Kris and Foreign Cars Italia delivered on that. Since the purchase, I've had very MINOR issues (a loose screw rolling around and a little rattle) but the service department was able to fix that immediately and with little delay (especially since it was over the holidays). All in all, I couldn't recommend my buying experience from Kris any higher and I highly recommend all prospective car buyers to at least swing by and check out their showroom, the Ferraris are a sight to behold!

Drove down to get work done on my 2016 Porsche Cayenne. Everyone was very nice and attentive, and David Ellis, the service manager, was calm, respectful, and stayed on top of it for me. Made the 2 hour drive from Roanoke worth it! Not to mention I got to look around and see all the rare and cool cars on display in their showroom. He updated me on the parts and repairs getting done to my car and they had something that could have taken weeks done in just a couple days. While it was expensive the service was worth it and they even sent me a video giving me a virtual inspection of my vehicle and repairs. Thank you David

Mr. Keith Robinson at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro is second to none for sure. I saw online my dream car, the latest Audi A7, this dealership had one and wanted to buy but I m in Charlotte, NC. Keith Robinson was my contact, and he did a fabulous job answering several of my questions over the phone. Once I made it to the dealership, Keith came out, greeted me by name and had the Audi A7 vehicle cleaned up and placed outside ready for test drive. The Foreign Cars Italia Greensboro dealership is super nice inside compared to the Foreign Cars Italia of Charlotte and the staff wasn t snobs either. All the staff I saw spoke and offered me snacks with while I waited for my new Audi A7 preparation. The Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro staff professionalism and great customer service was one of the main/compelling reasons to go with this dealership. Mr. Keith Robinson shared comprehensive Audi A7 technology (GPS, Radio & Driver Assist Features) run down. He answered all questions and provided information that I d never even thought to ask about the Audi A7. Financing was great as well. I was in and out of finance in 30 minutes. I worked with Lee, and he made the entire process painless. The finance guy, Lee and Keith went above and beyond as well to make sure I was happy with everything! Overall, very great experience at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro. I d highly recommend working with Mr. Keith Robinson at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro to buy a car. I m telling you ask for Mr. Keith Robinson! He s patient, knowledgeable and helped me understand the vehicle features. The next day after Mr. Keith Robinson called, genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with new car my purchase!

I had a fantastic buying experience with my salesperson. However, after selling the car and being owed a GAP insurance refund, the customer service has been lacking. The communication from the Finance Dept. has been poor to vague via email and I have not had a return of any of my phone call request for updates.This is unfortunate, as I intended to patronize this business in the future. Not at this point.

Charles is hands down the BEST! We have been working with him for almost 2 years in getting a new vehicle. Last summer we preordered a new Taycan, however sadly due to some unforeseen circumstances on our end, when it arrived we were not able to move forward. Not only Charles but also the Dealership were very understanding with our situation. I didn t feel pressured and awkward with the change of plans. Charles helped us to still find and leave that day with a vehicle that better suited us! A huge thank you to Foreign Cars and their team for all their work. We are so excited with our Porsche! Thank you again Charles, you ll forever be our go to for vehicles !

Was not able to go inside, and no one was there until 9am, but did look inside. They do have a lot of great cars foreign and domestic at the time I stopped by. Corvettes to Mustangs on the sales floor also, to other vehicles that were probably traded in like a Dodge Charger and a Jeep Wrangler. When you get a chance take the Gilford College exit and take a look around.

FCI's stock in trade is luxury exotic cars. I was there to look at a $14k Acura they had taken in on trade. Judging by the way I was treated you would have thought I was purchasing the newest Porsche in the showroom.The staff was friendly and courteous. Michael Rubin (sales) was very knowledgeable and informative without being at all pushy. He made every effort to answer all of my questions and make sure that my experience was a positive one. Lee Stephens (F&I) was professional and courteous and made the documentation experience a pleasant one. My wife was with me and she was impressed with how friendly and solicitous the staff was toward her while she was waiting for me to conclude our business.FCI provided the car buying experience that we would all like to have every time.

I bought a Ferrari from this dealership and I am out of state. Mark is THE Michael Jordan of salesmen. He updated me every day, and sent me personal videos of my vehicle. He knows how to deliver an A+ luxury experience and satisfy his clients. This is a great dealership, and I look forward to doing business with them again. Every aspect from start to finish was impeccable. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, you are in great hands!

My husband and I was on the lot on Monday and I purchased a vehicle on Wednesday. My experience was GREAT! Keith was awesome from the very beginning. He took us out on a test drive and made a big impression on me with his knowledge of the vehicle. Then, I got to experience Lee and Charles. Lee was very professional and provided great information and knowledge about their dealership. Charles, thanks for staying late to deliver my vehicle! OK, first off, I was not in the market to buy a car. I was approached by three salespeople at various times and they were kind, cordial and understanding. They knew I was not buying anything and still welcomed me. They are the area's authorized Ferrari Dealership. They also sell Porsche, Maserati and many other enthusiast brands.The facility is laid out nicely and is not jammed as some of the Fort Lauderdale showrooms are. The showroom is multiple floors and rooms with a sensible layout. Great decor with lots of memorabilia. If cars equal coolness to you, you should pay them a visit.On this trip, my favorites were a LaFerrari, a GT 3, and a Shelby GT350.
