I bought a 2024 Yukon Denali two days before Christmas. Steve was a great help and the overall experience was smooth and transparent. The trade in value on my Grand Cherokee was a very fair price as well. I drove off a very happy customer.

The check in process was great, and the updates through the text feature throughout the week were outstanding.The cost of the work seemed to be much higher than we anticipated. We were stuck in a situation where we were hours away from home and had no other option and were forced to pay more than we typically would.Also, we tow our vehicle behind our RV. When doing the work, the mechanic disconnected the wiring connecting the tail lights to the RV, and did not reconnect them when completing the work. With no lift or way to get under the car myself I was not able to correct the problem on my own. Instead, I had to spend additional money, and a few hours of my own time to come up with an alternative solution for tail lights for our trip home. We were caught off guard by this and it created additional expense and hassle that we were not expecting.Even if the mechanic were able to let us know that he was not able to reconnect our wiring, it would have been helpful. Instead we were caught off guard just as we were hoping to leave town.Overall, we were not very please with the experience, but with limited options in the area, we had to go with the options at hand.

I was very impressed with the overall service that was conducted. Amanda was great in providing customer service and knowledge about the FLOW Garage app. I have never seen a dealership provide a video of the service. I will be switching from Bill Black to Flow for all my family car services.

I had a scheduled oil change. They checked all of my fluids and tires rotated. They noticed I was up for an inspection and offered to complete the inspection before I picked up the vehicle, which was very courteous. They also provided rides to and from an appointment. Mark was my service rep and did a good job as always.

Ashley was wonderful! She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process of having my engine rebuilt. Mark, my mechanic, was extra careful with my vehicle. When I got my car back, it was clean and running beautifully.

I've had my car serviced at the GM Dealership in Greensboro pretty exclusively since I bought it. Today I came in for an oil change and an issue with a warning light. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it, plus get me out before the expected time. Mark (the person in charge of my customer service experience) was communicative the entire time. Definitely recommend this place.

It was excellent. They took my vehicle in earlier than expected. Completed all the services and the technician sent me a video of everything. Asked before performing any recommended services. And diagnosed and corrected the check engine light. I was back on the road the same day

I chose Flow Buick because I had already dealt with Flow Audi and they treated me well so I wanted to continue with the Flow Family! Well, this was excellent! Spoke with Sales Manager on phone set up meeting. Met with sales consultant Tonya Lightell and I have to say she is an asset to Flow Auto Center of Greensboro - GMC. I drove into the city of Greensboro from Asheboro, and missed my exit and got lost. I called the dealership and was connected to Tonya and she drove over to meet me so I could follow her to the dealership. Thank you Tonya. So Tonya proceeded to explain my options of buying a GMC Terrain or a Buick Encore GX. We checked out both and I decided on the Encore. From there it was as smooth as velvet, Tonya kept me company the entire time, answered all my questions professionally and with knowledge of the vehicle. When the sale was complete Tonya helped me clean out my trade-in and transfer to my new Encore.The next day Tonya called to follow-up to make sure all was OK and it was, except I did not have my floor mats, so Tonya made sure I would get them in a timely manner!Again a big THANKS TO TONYA LIGHTELL great doing business with you!Everyone was great, thanks also to Jeff the Sales Manager!JBerryAsheboro, NC

Worst experience buying a car ever.Been looking for a truck for weeks and finally found one. I inquired about a truck they had online and was contacted by a lovely lady named Tonya. Took care of me best she could (lovely human). Could never really align our times together and asked her to remove a first touch charge. The application was sent and enters Jeff. This is when I regret ever giving out my number. The epitome of pushy car salesman. Will text you at 11 pm at night and talk down to you when things don t go his way. Also, he ll talk about you to his driver. Where the dispatcher has to call the driver and apologize and make sure he knows Jeff wasn t directing it towards him, it was towards the customer. What an awful experience.

Called about an issue and a letter I received from Buick. Lady taking calls refused to give her name, when I ask, she said her name was Flow Buick. She was very rude and in no way helpful. She got frustrated and transferred me to a dead voicemail. Only gave one star because it is required. Called Van York, they were polite and very helpful.

Very poor service. Overall I'm not pleased with my experience. The first visit for oil change was pleasant. It took a long time but my car was washed quickly which I thought balanced out the experience. This time I came in for just an inspection. I've been here over an hour. I went out to check, he said the guy has been looking at it for 8 minutes and has another 20 to go. I brought new clips for my door I asked if someone could put the 2 clips in or how much would it be if they charge for it. HE quoted me $100 to put simple clips in a door I can do myself. I'm very familiar with garages and pricing. I was disgusted by that price for something so simple. I won't be returning, not that it'll effect you any but I will not be talking highly about this experience for sure.

I took my 1997 s series Saturn sedan to Flow dealership on Wendover..It had issues staying cranked. We were told to bring it in to be diagnosed. We were first told they had it running, but it looked like oil leak. It was fixed. Now it's running sluggish and other parts needed to be replaced.After paying $1500 in parts to dealership to determine why car was not staying cranked.They put in new starter,fuel filter,fuel pump,fuel relay,master sensor flow,crank shaft sensor,front lower ball joints boots,two front lower control arms and spark plugs. Now they say the motor needs to be replaced. Was this not evident before putting on new parts?? We can't return the parts. We have been loyal customers to this dealership. We brought our first Saturn before they were Flow. We purchased 8 cars over the years. The last bring 2 Buick Enclaves. Needless to say, this shady, unprofessional interaction from the automotive repair department makes me look at this dealership in a different perspective. Thank you for a Costly eye opening experience... unable to attach pics

Very pleasant to work with, communication with text worked perfect as I was out of town. Updated me on services I may need in addition to what the problem that needed to be addressed. Very polite response when I declined the additional. Will be more likely to bring car back for additional services since did not make me feel incompetent about not getting those services at that time. Left with good feeling.

I was very disappointed with the dealership for not checking my engine air filter, and the cabin air filters during my service. After my service on 1/26/2024 I came home and checked these filters myself and was amazed at how dirty they were, so I replaced both myself. The cabin air filter was so clogged that it had put a strain on the blower motor and now it is making a noise out of character. I was an ASE certified mechanic for 25yrs and we checked the filters plus a lot more on every vehicle that was getting any type of service.

I was concerned about a warning light that came across my dashboard. I called the service tech and he explained to me that I would have to bring it in for a diagnostic test. It ended up being a purge valve issue and my service was covered under special coverage. I was able to get my vehicle repaired with no money out of my pocket.

I m disappointed in that the dealership always have taken competitors coupons as long as it s not expired. On my visit for this service other than them still not having the recalled part for my Buick, they wouldn t take my coupon for an oil change! It was $20.00 cheaper than their price but living on fixed income that s alot!So I was disappointed to say the least.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never had such a terrible experience. 1 ... I had to come back 2 times. Drove my car onto the lot and couldn't drive it home when they were done. My car was jerking and about to shut off when I tried leaving. Wasn't doing that when I drove it up there. Had to come straight back. Mechanic left equipment in car so he said. Once out he says all was fine. Tried to drive away again and car was still doing same thing. Now he tells me that it's a valve cover. Cost 300 to fix something that wasn't wrong when I came in. Original problem still hasn't been fixed or pinpointed after 2 days of coming in. Finally had to tell them what to look for myself. When they did that the initial problem got fixed. NOW I have an oil leak caused by the valve cover they replaced that was not the problem in the first place. On day 1 when I brought the car to them there were 0 leaks, zero! Couldn't have been a worse experience.

Sal and Nick were very helpful! We were trading three cars in for two so it took quite a while! We purchased a sierra 1500 super cruise Dinali and a 2023 Yukon Denali, that we were not able to see because it was on a train on his way to the dealership. I had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, but they did an amazing job keeping us up-to-date on, when it was coming and then once it arrived, even brought it to the hour and a half to our house and picked up my vehicle that we were trading for it! Despite the eight hours at the dealership, they made the in process, relatively easy and convenient!

The service technician was very nice and responsive. The only issue I have is I was getting a complimentary oil change and tire rotation from when I purchased my vehicle and assumed the oil change would be covered in full. I was still charged the Misc. fee for the disposing of the fluids. It was originally $45 but after I mentioned something it was reduced to $38. I also had a new battery put in so I m aware part of the $38 dollars is for disposing of the battery. Just was disappointed to see an additional charge. For a new battery and complimentary oil change and tire rotation is costed me $597. Could have gone to auto zone and paid $300 for the battery and free install.
