Highly DO NOT recommend this place. I had an appointment oil change, inspection and front end alignment. Not to mention when I asked the front desk guy about purchasing tires he quoted me on wrong size tires so then I called around getting quotes on the wrong size tire.I was at the facility for almost 2 hours. They failed my inspection (tires) so I came back days later. I called before coming and the lady said there was no line. After getting there five minutes later (might have been three minutes) there was 4 cars in front of me.The upfront staff is SO UNPROFESSIONAL and loud.Go elsewhere. Support local. These people move a like 91 year old man.

My tires needed air due to the cold temperatures. This was my first time visiting this location. I pulled up and before I could say anything the gentleman said to me you need air in your tires. It took me by surprise how polite he was. Within minutes another man approached me ready to put air in my tires. I truly appreciate how wonderful they treated me. Many thanks for making my day. I will never forget your kindness.

Worse experience EVER.In fact, Poor work performance and abysmal customer service from the manager have left me extremely dissatisfied with my experience at your company. The only lady who works at Greensboro, gate city location was the one who helped me feel better than trying to sue the company.In business, the customer's satisfaction is paramount, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter, particularly regarding the manager's attitude.As customers, we expect value for our money, and such experiences reflect poorly on both the employees and the company as a whole.As a young entrepreneur, I m deeply disappointed by how a large corporation like Firestorm allows employees to engage in behavior that could jeopardize everything you guys build since 1975.What actions have been taken to address the numerous consumer complaints? It s essential to recognize that we, as customers, pay for a service and expect to receive value for our money. Y all service is too much expensive.

They were quick and efficient in evaluating my flat tire. Very happy that it only needed a patch. They were busy, but the front desk was very kind and kept everyone informed of the cars progress. Highly recommend

This was the 2nd visit within 6 months that I got less than quality service. I've already had to make a 2nd trip in August 2023 because I was allowed to leave with EXACT SAME PROBLEM NOT FIXED. The manager at the time did what I thought was the right thing; took care of the repair at no charge because they didn't do their job correctly. Then I go in yesterday,Feb.13, only to be told I needed something replaced that was replaced during that 2nd trip in August. They swore they didn't see that in my vehicle repair history. However, I came straight home, found my copy,called back, spoke to the same person I spoke to yesterday, gave him the invoice number, and what do you know? He found it! Said tech was off today; he would talk to him and call me Thursday. They will be made to make this right, but I may never go back there again. Don't know if it's a Firestone issue or just that particular location.....to be determined.

Paid almost $1000 to have breaks and rotors put on all around...a few months later, they start grinding and I don't drive that much...2016 car with 29k miles...anyway, come to see what's going on, doesn't matter if you got here first....or had an 8 o'clock appointment....they take the people they know first...my car still sitting in the lot while people who came after me have come and gone...they need BETTER management and to cut all that favoritism...IMMEDIATELY!!! I really dislike this place!!!UPDATE..after almost 2 hours, my car still hasn't been checked...so why give out appointments?!?

They kept the car for 2 days and charged me 100. to tell me they couldn't find the problem. I had to call them and ask, they never let me know. A pressure test is to find the leak. I knew where the leak was I just couldn't pinpoint what was leaking. Rather it's a water pump or a hose. They are supposed to be mechanics. Yet I knew more than them

Laziest shop iv ever been to in my life. Wouldn t change my brakes because I had wheel spacers. Wouldn t call anyone on the property a mechanic more like a lounge

This is where I always come to get my work done on my car. I had a bad experience one time and the manager was very quick to assist and correct the mistake that was made. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of five. That incident happened a long time ago, so all of my other experiences have been great. I love this place and only bring my car here. Very helpful and friendly.Service: Oil change

Wish I would leave negative stars. This trash place with trash people lied and said my car was overheating, my car hasn't overheated in years, it's well kept and I only went in for new tires and suddenly it's overheating? These trash people need to lose their job

Mexican Isiah at the front desk gotta be the most unprofessional unknowledgeable person in the auto/tire business. He is a rude and nasty and will really make wanna put hands in the most worst way in him. And the staff in the shop ain t no better. Appointments means nothing to this company and they all need to be fired.

Recently found out the store manager from Durham had move stores. I have been going to the Firestone in Durham for about a year. The customer service wasn't the same since Jose left. a worker there told me he moved to this location. I do not mind driving about an hour to receive the same level and promptness of service. I will continue to bring my car as well as my family members car's here for regular maintenance and repairs. Thanks again Jose, and hope you continue to succeed at your new location!

Mechanics very chatty . More focus on talking than getting work done. Didn't check my engine light .I asked the guy at the counter he said yes but the mechanic Told me it wasn't included with oil change & that was digusting.

Customer service was terrible, i had a very quick repair need that happened when traveling, called ahead to see if they could accommodate a random repair and they said yes. I was here for 1.5 hrs for a repair that takes ten minutes (my request was a zip tie of the underneath cover of my car that had gotten loose)

I wish there was a way to put no stars because it deserves 0 stars. I received faulty service at this location last year. I was never believed when I went to complain about it. I provided a video just to prove that my brakes were making a noise. They replaced my brakes and rotors. A few weeks after it was making a noise/shaking and I called to speak with someone about it. They told me that was normal when it is braking in whatever that means I have no idea. Anyways, they told me to give it more time. I waited a few months and it was getting worse so I drove it in. The guy that work there name William looked me in my eye and recommended that I get new rear rotors replaced. He said that he checked the front and they were fine. He told me it was not a safety issue however, when it s time to replace my back brake i will need to get the rotors replaced. Fast forward to last week my dad was riding with me and he said he could feel something when I brake. I told him yes I already had it checked but they said it my back rotors. He made me get them checked because he said that didn t sound right. I went to a different auto shop and they said my back rotors look fine that it was my front brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced. I am furious. I received bad service because I am a person that is not knowledgeable about cars. I took their word for truth when they lied.Based off of my experience with them. I dealt with one person only.I will be contacting corporate because I really need to speak with someone who can atleast speak to the people who gave me the bad information. I have their names in my notes. Today I spoke with someone they also confirm that it was my front but because he did not put a ticket in there will be no record of the conversation but I have his name in my notes as well. The worst service I've ever seen. The desk people cursed back and fourth with one another about outside issues and I waited and after my car was ready and backed in the parking space I waited 20 more minutes with paper work and keys on the counter and Jose nor his coworker said anything. I eventually got up and went to the counter were the associate finally got off his cell phone and checked me out. I felt like my time was not valued at all and basically the joke of their day. I'm 55 years old and never have I experienced this type of treatment anywhere

I received tires and alignment.. 5 1/2 hours, with an appointment. Even with the work flow an add-on alignment shouldn t take that long. The tech who did the alignment was great, it is spot on. The shop is young but knowledgeable and the lifetime alignment is worth the money. Thanks guys!!!

Very simple mistake can cause a BIG problem. Around a month ago I came by for an oil change and it seems that the mechanic who worked on my car didn't tighten the oil filter which caused A LOT of the oil to leak out over time. Just today my neighbor knocked on my door to let me know that there was a huge leak under my car, it could have been a lot worse if I were driving long distance on the road and couldn't see it! Thankfully my neighbor knew that Subaru's need a special wrench to tighten the filter, mine is a 2009. Seems the mechanic at Firestone neglected to do this. Now i have a huge mess on the underside of my car from the oil. These small but important things are so detrimental. It's a shame of negligence.Service: Oil change

I found a gash on the sidewall of my wife s vehicle while checking for a leak late Saturday afternoon. It was a few thousand miles away from needing tires anyway so I started looking for who could replace them this weekend. Firestone had a set in stock and stayed late on a Saturday to get them installed.

The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They check for specials/deals to help save you money..HOWEVER today I discovered when I came for my oil change in July, a technician didn't accurately record the service & never put new oil in my car.. which took awhile to clear up with the lady at the front desk. I understand human error but this is very disappointing.

This place by far is awful..I took my car there only cause of warranty I got said so...they had my car for two weeks..It's been a living hell..I would never refer anyone unless u need a oil and new tires..mechanical issues NO..don't do it...I came to get sensors fixed...now I left with different problem that I didn't have when I first came..they gave me the run around for two weeks...so frustrated..I just got the car today...with a new light on..and said it's not there fault..now I have to go take it somewhere else find the problem and fix it...this is not fair on my part..before the warranty people came out..one of the front mexican man clerk was very rude from the start..told the warranty people my car was not there..that's crazy..so it took them longer to inspect the car..stay away from this firestone.
