Terrance is the best! He was extremely helpful with both of our cars and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. It s always a nice feeling to be able to someone with your vehicle. Highly recommend this Firestone over any other, as we have been to several and have never had an experience as nice as this one.He deserves a raise!I m sure the other employees are just as nice. I do commend them on how fast the work was completed, and done properly!Thank you for all of your help!

Needed to get the general 100,000 maintenance done on my car and Terrance and his guys were able to help me out! I was expecting it to be much more expensive than it was but the quote for everything was very reasonable. After checking my car out, Terrance called me and explained what all they recommended and it honestly wasn't anything that I wasn't already expecting, so I don't feel like I was getting ripped off or anything. Great communication and great customer service! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here!

Great experience! Came to get my oil changed and was greeted as soon as I came in. Was told it would be about an hour and a half and it was only slightly over an hour! Which was nice because I was waiting with some younger children. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient! Also reasonably priced! Much cheaper than the dealership! And every time I feel like it needs aligned, they check it and align it if necessary - the lifetime alignment has been an awesome deal for me!

Got a flat tire while passing through the area from Virginia. Antonio was quick and very willing to help during our time of need. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable! We recommend to anyone in the area!

I have a job where I often have to drive onto construction sites. Picked up a nail in my tire and this firestone was able to fix it for me and get me back on the road in no time! They not only fixed the tire that had the leak, but also checked all the tires and apparently i had a nail in another tire also. They recommended tires in the next couple thousand miles, but weren't pushy about it at all, just let me know how much time I had roughly. Will be looking into getting some tires from them in the near future. Very friendly staff and clean comfortable waiting area and bathrooms.

Firestone has always been my favorite place when it comes to buying my tires and it is because Firestone has the best promotion and sales that I have ever encountered at any other store. With this 10, I commend all of the workers. You guys are the best...

The service at Firestone is absolutely dreadful. Avoid taking your car there for any maintenance. Despite making appointments for an oil change on two separate occasions, we ended up waiting for two hours each time with no service rendered. After being promised a free oil change and expedited service on the third visit, we still had to wait for two hours. They claimed to have topped off all fluids and rotated the tires, but upon inspection at home, we found the antifreeze and brake fluid levels low, and a missing tire cap. Additionally, they neglected to replace the service sticker on the windshield. This level of incompetence is infuriating, and I will never return. They deserve a 0-star rating.

When a person has to wait near 4hrs for front brakes and rotors only because whom ever kept sending incorrect parts is whack! Definitely not worth returning as the entire experience shows they do not value custometd time. Unacceptable, please get a new parts carrier or someone who knows how to select the correct parts!!

My serpentine belt needed replacement quickly. They took my call and had me come in immediately with no appointment. They replaced my serpentine belt and the tensioner, which was the cause of the belt failure, promptly. I was back on the road in an hour and a half. Excellent service and price!

First time doing business with Firestone Complete Care on Market St in Greensboro. I went there on Monday-March 18, 2024 to purchase a set of tires. Upon installing the tires, I was informed that I needed a serious alignment. Tires were put on and alignment was done in a timely manner, and the price quoted was the price that they stayed with. When I picked up my car, my tire pressure light would not go off and I was given clear instructions on how to get it off by resetting, but unfortunately it didn t go off. Returned on Tuesday-March 20, 2024, to have sensors checked, however it appears that only one sensor was checked and replaced. Wednesday-March 20, 2024 as I was driving home, the tire pressure light came on again, so had to make another trip back to Firestone. I was then informed that another sensor was out and needed to be replaced. When I asked if the sensors were even checked on Monday when I purchased the tires, no one could answer me. It seems that even when I came back the second time, the sensors should have been checked. So now another sensor is out, and I have to make a 4th trip back tomorrow. For something that should have only taken one day, it has now turned into 4 days. As I stated this was my first time doing business at Firestone as it was convenient to my job, but now I m starting to wonder if going to Firestone was a good choice. I m really disappointed that a crucial part of a tire change/alignment was totally missed and now I m stuck having to make multiple trips. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my week.**UPDATE**I have just left Firestone after the 4th day of having my car worked on, and my tire pressure light is still on. After calling them I was told that with my car being 9 years old that all of the sensors were probably bad and all 4 of them probably needed to be changed. If that was the case, then why the heck didn t you just change all of them on Monday or Tuesday when I was there. So today-March 22, 202--5th time to have the last 2 sensors replaced. The only reason I went back and not somewhere is because I didn't think it was fair to make someone else fix their mistake. So, they replaced the last 2 sensors at no charge, which I appreciate; but with all of the wasted time and the multiple trips I think I'm done with Firestone.

on friday made an appointment for 9:30 saturday for 4 tires which were "27 available locally". called in a.m. and told tires hadnt arrived yet, wait until 10:00. went in at 10:00 and no tires. were told repeatedly they were "on the way and should be here in 20-30 minutes". tires didnt arrive until noon and they still didnt start on my truck until 12:45, and didnt finish until 1:30.

Super long wait time just to change a tire. Over - Priced, and the staff was nonchalant at best. Horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was in a desperate situation.

Firestone Downtown replaced our Axle in the front. This was over $1200 A week later the Axle came loose and we had to tow ot back to firestone. They fixed it but tell us a ring connected to the Axle that goes into the transmission failed and we needed to have it towed to a transmission specialist to put that ring on. Yet when we asked for the ring that failed they couldn't produce it or refused to be liable for the ring repair. The ring was there when they put the 1st Axle. We towed the car to a transmission shop to find out that piece was $800 without labor. Upon getting the ring fixed they had to order another Axle because the Axle firestone replaced for a2nd time still isn't fitting right and now it's going to cost another $1500! I Ive had my account since 2014 and I will no longer be a patrron!

These guys are very slow. Ive been there once for an oil change a year ago and tried them again today. What makes it worse is they don t care that they are so slow. 3 hours for an oil change and almost 5 hours for new tires. I ll never go there again.

To begin with, mark called me on Thursday june 29, 2023 to confirm my appointment and to see if we could come to an agreement on a time that would work for the both of us since the original appointment was towards the end of the day. He was really helpful and informative. When I arrived at the firestone store, I was greeted by Trell N. Even though it was extremely busy there. Trell was nice to every customer and single handley helped multiple customers with their needs. I was amazed of his work ethics and how he handle everyone in the store. Allen H was the tech that was working on my vehicle. I already knew what could possible be wrong with my car and Allen only confirm my guess. He was nice and made me feel like I was not being taken advantage of like other locations that do similar work. I will definitely recommend this particular firestone to everyone I know and thanks again.

I am highly disappointed with Firestone service manager given the lack of communication and what I perceive as an unwillingness to repair the vehicle. They failed to communicate with me after two days, so I called them.Initially I was told they could not find the part so go to the dealership to later being told, to repair would be a significant upcharge but never asked me my decision. This is unacceptable, therefore, I do not recommend this particular Firestone.

Staff is very helpful and very pleasant to interact with. Prices are on the higher end of affordable but definitely worth it. These guys have changed my oil, fixed my brakes, and helped with just about every car problem I've had since living in Greensboro. Thanks for the excellent service

Lie about working on car. Did a sneak drive up to see it still sitting in parking lot after day 3. Then claim it needed more parts. Then waited til end of day to allow me to pick up the car and nothing was fixed.

The staff is so nice and helpful. Needed a new alternator unexpectedly on New Year's Eve, and they got me in and took care of me. I had to go back a few times after because my drive belt was squeaky after having been removed and put back on, and they replaced the belt for me at no cost. Very appreciative of my positive experience.

I came here to get help and the guy at the front left me standing there while he answered the phone. I got there at 6:30 and it was no one in line and by the time they got to me they told me they couldn't even add transmission fluid to my car because they didn't feel like putting my car in the air because it was 6:50. Smh and I'm a woman, they couldn't even help me when I really needed help. I wasn't asking for anything free. I was going to pay for their services. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they don't know how to be courteous and help when a person is genuinely in need.
