I always go here to get my oil changes and they do an amazing job with my brakes as well. Very friendly and efficient. Christina is amazing, she s down to earth and even fixed my brake light bulb. My number one place for anything to do with my car.

Very nice always fast, polite, and courteous! They even washed my window today due to the pollen! Have been here about 4 times and every time do nice and easy to get in and out! Thank you!!!!

This place is the best for an efficient, thorough, and professional oil change. The team here has always been on top of their game. Honest, communicative, and I love that there are women techs there! The other Express location is actually nearest to me, but the drive to this location is so worth it. A+

Christina was a wonderful technician and helped me troubleshoot my tire issues. They were speedy and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing so many woman mechanics and technicians working in this field! They got my business! If you want fast, excellent car maintenance, Express oil on Battleground/Westover Terrace is the place to go!

I've been here a few times for oil changes and a diagnostic test, and have not been disappointed. The staff is attentive, and each time I've pulled up, I'm greeted with a smile. So far, no problems, so I will continue to come here for car maintenance.

This location is very welcoming. As soon as you pull in parking lot , you have a tech walking toward your car, greeting you, before you can even get to the bay. Both techs at the location were very professional and friendly. Great customer service. Professional work in a timely manner. In and out less than 25mins. Oil change and inspection. With a car ahead of me.

They have great customer service! Christina helps me so much with ordering tires and putting on my new wind blade. I had the most pleasant experience when I came to buy my battery tonight. The young man Malik (I hope I spelled his name correctly lol) went above and beyond to help me. The way my battery was positioned he had to really put in some work and he could have easily said I have to take it to the dealership but instead he figured out how to remove some other parts just to get it out. He was very kind and had such great manners and that says a lot coming from a 25 yr old young man these days! He definitely needs to be commended for his outstanding service and I hope he sees this! No doubt I would return for any other service I may need in the future!!! I was even short a dollar and he gave it to me or I would have been stuck with no battery needing a tow but thank God for that young man!!!

My car had a massive oil leak for a 2nd time this month, (previously done by another shop)and I called early and spoke with Christine(?) to see if they are able to take a look at my car. She was very helpful over the phone and said I could stop by without an appointment. The moment I got there, they assisted me immediately and did some troubleshooting on my car. Their conclusion was that it could have been a a defective oil filter and had me rev up my car a few times to make sure it was good. They cleaned up the car a bit and put some oil in the car and sent me on my way and asked me to make sure I am checking the car for leaks. They honestly won a customer for life and this place is a little out of the way for me, but 100% worth it for the level of service I received the two times I have gone. Thanks to everyone who was there this morning and helped me.

Christina was extremely helpful with my inspection and oil change! She even offered to put my windshield wipers on. I didn't have to wait at all and I got here at 5:17pm! The are open til 6pm. I will come back here for sure!

I use the one in Apex all the time. Was in Greensboro for a day trip and took 15 min detour for an oil change and inspection. I have never had a bad experience at Express

It was great. Everyone did their job, worked together as a team and was finished in 5 mins. They informed me of concern areas with my car that I might want to get cked out. They even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited. Grade A . I was at the Battleground location.

I went to get an oil change. The service was quick and everyone had great customer service! Christina was even nice enough to clean my front windshield while the oil change was going on. She also gave me some info regarding filters and car fluids which was really helpful. This isn't the first time she has helped me out(last time she caught that my back tail light was out an replaced it immediately- which saved me from a possible ticket). All in all a great place to go!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change
