I own 6 vehicles and have had oil changes and inspections at many different places! This is by far the best place I have ever used and will continue to use. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are by far the most courteous I've met in the industry. So inviting and friendly, great experience every time! A+++

Antonio was extremely professional and showed kindness to a client inquiring about putting used tires on his vehicle. Although this location could not accommodate the request, Antonio recommended another company where the young man could go. The best thing we can do for one another is to be kind because you never know what someone is going through. Great Job Antonio!

Isaiah was knowledgeable and answered every question I had about the oil change process. I was even able to get new wipers for my car. Whole process was less than 15-20mins. Very efficient, respectful, and helpful mechanics!

I brought my old car here regularly as well as the car I purchased most recently. I came in to have some work done on my brakes and a few maintenance things. This is the most helpful knowledgeable staff. They seem to be passionate about what they do and sincerely want to help their clients. I remember specifically Mike who is knowledgeable and skilled but everyone there was helpful and accommodating in one way or another.

I ve always trusted this Express Oil Change. The employees are very nice and go out of their way to make it right. Terrance(the Manager) is awesome and a great leader to the company. He always has a smile and happy to help you. Other places try to rip you off but this place is very trustworthy and they usually find a good price for the parts.

Went by for the first time ever this morning right when they opened. They were so friendly and helpful and immediately got me in and helped explain some things to me! AND they had just had their entire computer system updated, so you'd think they would be behind or at least a little annoyed but, everyone was speedy, kind, and patient. Will definitely be back!!!

Terrance and his crew are top notch in Greensboro ! Some of the most honest people my husband and I ve ever had work on our cars. Had an engine mount replaced along with the battery they had it done by 12pm. If watch the way they work together, you ll see these guys know what they re doing. We will be back soon for more maintenance!

Most friendly crew I ve ever dealt with in the area. Always quick, honest, available and friendly! I won t go anywhere else for my vehicle! Terrance w managed to communicate with the guy in the bay under my car changing my oil, assist with another customer and employee while still communicating with me about my car/needs. Great communication and even better customer service! (His smile is perfection too. I d come just for that )

Stopped in for a State Inspection. There was no wait and the inspection only took around 15 minutes. Super easy and quick. The mechanics were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I was raised by some hyper focused mechanics and these people are the nicest , most concise when they speak to you about whats wrong, do not try and up-sell you on a SINGLE PART, and they do it with a smile on there face. Do not bother trying to find a better place to get your car worked on , because you will just get more calories and money wasted. My initial visit to the westover location was great, and I accidentally came to this location and had just as great of an experience as I did at the other location. Terrance W. Was very kind and knowledgeable through the whole process! I feel no matter which location you go to your experience will be very satisfying no matter what!

From the initial phone conversation right through to end of the visit the service was exceptional. All of the employees were friendly and polite, as well as customer-oriented. The manager, Terrance, was kind and respectful. My alignment and oil change were done professionally and in a timely manner. I've got to add that they went above and beyond. Great staff very friendly & knowledgable. I was at the lowes hardware & my car battery died. The staff were nice enough to walk over and jumpstart my vehicle and also gave me some coupons for my next oil change. Will defiantly recommend their services in the future. had an emergent situation and not only did they troubleshoot the issue for me immediately, but were kind enough to deal with a tire situation in a nearby parking lot. when all that was done, they stayed a little later to take care of an oil change. the manager (terrance) and the staff were friendly, helpful, thoughtful, respectful - and never once patronized me or tried to upsell.highly recommend!

I went to Westover Terrace branch and as it was already packed with more cars, the Team crew guided me to visit Battleground branch. Both the branch team crews were so kind and helpful.And the work they have done is so amazing, I will recommend their service for sure.

We called up to the store, they quickly gave us pricing and we were there within a few minutes, in and out in 25. From start to finish our technician, Matt and store manager, Terrance were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. They were quick, thorough and did not push additional work but gave us recommendations for future work needed on our suburban. Their friendliness was extremely refreshing and we will make this our go to for any work we need done in the future! Will continue to recommend them!

This morning I went to a different business for an inspection. I was feeling productive so I stopped for an oil change at a spot on my way home. They didn t have a filter for my car so I tried Express Oil Change & Tire. The reason I felt compelled to drop a review is because I think it s telling that the business who did my inspection didn t bother to mention/note/or correct the low tire pressure on the rear passenger wheel that was alerting on my dashboard. The temps were below freezing last night and naturally the air machine at the gas station was out of order on my way to the inspection. Express Oil Change & Tire topped off my coolant, AIR, and wiper fluid free of charge on top of a speedy professional oil change. You can tell just listening to the communication in the shop these guys are on top of their game. 10/10 fellas, see you in 3,000 miles.

Great service! Jason, Brady, and Michael assisted twice in the past month at no charge: checked battery/alternator and smartly recommended I avail the dealership warranty, then scanned tire and fixed valve stem.

Had an issue with my car, went into this place reluctantly due to some of the reviews. However, nothing about my experience was negative. The service manager, Michael, and his team took excellent care of me and my vehicle! Michael kept me informed throughout the entire process, even explained things to me so that I could understand what he was talking about. I would recommend anyone to get any type of service here, just so they could have an experience like I did. If I could give Michael and his group 10/10 stars I definitely would!Service: General repairs & maintenance
