If you own a Mini Cooper you understand that when they get older they need a little love. The service department done a complete diagnostic and got my 2007 Mini back running properly within days of my visit. Very affordable and they cleaned her inside and out. I'm back in love. Thank you guys so much .

If you have a European luxury car that needs service in Greensboro North Carolina. I would, without hesitation recommend Eurobahn. they also sell previously owned luxury European vehicles at very reasonable prices. The experience I have had with your has been exceptional. Their rights are very fair and they carefully go over everything with you before proceeding with work. Before you go anywhere else, or before you have work performed on your luxury European vehicle anywhere else let your Eurobahn give you an estimate and take the time to meet with their knowledgeable and professional staff.

Awesome experience!!! When my battery went dead in my pre-owned Mini Cooper, they fixed it the same day. Great customer service. Glad to know that they service Mini's (BMW) and I don't have to drive to Winston Salem or Raleigh. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pre-owned luxury vehicle. Oh, Winston is a great salesman. Very respectful and helpful.

After taking my car to several places I finally found one that can accommodate low clearance vehicles, who take care not to damage or scratch your parts, and get things done right the first time with precision. I felt very confident driving away after their service and more importantly they fixed an issue another shop failed to fix (twice).The most important thing, their customer service staff up front actually know cars. I can t tell you how important this is when getting work done. It s the Achilles heel of most shops I ve visited.Was very impressed with Lew who I worked with directly and the business model that this family has built. Highly appreciated and I recommend.

Eurobahn gives the absolute BEST customer service around. I love being able to have my Land Rover serviced outside of the dealership. I receive the same service with better prices!

The service I received was stellar from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional. In addition to knowing the cost of repairs upfront, I received a very detailed explanation of the work needed on my car and why. The repairs were completed in a very timely manner and upon completion, I received shuttle service from a very kind gentleman to pick up my car. The added surprise, my cars was spotless, it had been cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend Eurobahn!

Eurobahn of Greensboro - First Impressions MatterYesterday I had a service appointment for our 2020 Audi Q3. Everything had been scheduled and communicated online via their website. Their website advertising was impressive, they were located closer to our house so I wanted to try them out. I made the appointment over a week earlier and Eurobahn had followed up with me a couple of times via email (just to confirm) leading up to the appointment.On appointment day I arrived 18 minutes early, pulled up to the service doors, two cars in front of me, after a few minutes an employee took the first car away, I waited 15 minutes (nobody came for the car in front of me so I decided I d better go inside (there was no sign saying to park and come inside for service). At the service desk, I greeted a young lady with Good morning , I received a Can I help you? . I gave her my name and told her that I had a 10am appointment. She pointed me to several clipboards on the counter and told me to fill one out. The form asked for all of my basic information to include what services I was requesting. I told her you guys have all of this information already. She replied that we don t have your email address, I replied that you have it because we ve been emailing back and forth for the last week. She said, I still need you to fill it out! Ok. She might as well had said fill it out because I told you to because that is how it came across. I felt like I was in the doctor s office. I fill out the form, give her my vehicle key and go and sit down. About 10 minutes later, the lady who insisted that I fill out the form walks my form and my key over from her desk and puts it on a service advisor s desk (he was not there), during this time there were four other employee s at what appeared to be service advisor s desks, one person was clearly on the phone with a customer and two others had their head buried in their cell phone. It was not a big room. I watched my key sit there on his desk for another 8 minutes until that service advisor returned to his desk, he was talking with the customer who had come in to the service area AFTER I did. It was clear from their conversation that it was going to be a while so I walked over and picked up my key from his desk. I left the service area, nobody said anything as I left.When I got to my vehicle, I called the Audi service center we normally frequent, they told me they would be happy to take me. 20 minutes later I pulled up to their service door, the door opened and a service advisor was at my car window before I even put the car in park, he too had a clipboard in hand, I gave him my name, HE MADE a couple of notes, checked me in and pointed out the refreshments and waiting room for my convenience, they immediately took my vehicle to the service bay.Clearly my time and my business was not important to Eurobahn.My customer experience at Eurobahn was lukewarm at best!Matthew

Very professional service. I got ride home and picked back up whilst they were working on my car. I highly recommend Eurobahn to anyone in need of top-notch service for their vehicle especially if it s an import car like Mercedes, BMW and Porsche.Their dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with their expertise, makes them a standout in the industry. This company generally does good work, however at each visit their prices got more expensive. One issue became two, two became three, adding more cost to any repair. I needed one cylinder replaced on a convertible top, they wanted me to replace all four and replace the headliner which was fine. Again they do good work, but will try to get additional things done. If you got deep pockets, not a bad repair shop.

Eurobahn customer service is awesome, and the mechanics are knowledgeable. I took a chance on Eurobahn 3 years ago and never left. I do not stay far from Mercedes Benz in Winston-Salem NC but I take that 30-minute drive to Greensboro when needed. You all need to check them out.

Justin and the group did a good job repairing my e92/s65 M3. Rod bearings replaced, oil pan, oil level sensor and new folding mirror electrical all replaced in a quick week. Justin was very forthcoming with data/costs and time frames. They will be my BMW service Haus. Thanks Eurobahn.

Awesome experience! Very professional, thorough and flexible. They really help you ad much as they can and are very quickly. The cost can be pretty high but if you can afford it, the quality of work balances it out. Highly recommend!

Bought an Audi A8 over the internet with zero problems. Winston was courteous and very knowledgeable in all phases of the purchase. He arranged all paperwork, stayed in touch at all times and even arranged shipping for me. I took my car to Eurobahn to do a stream Oxygen Sensors and a valve cover occ valve cover. Due to picking my car up, the next day after getting my car I noticed that my car was leaking oil, and not getting the correct gas mileage out of my vehicle, due to calling to pick up my vehicle the day that it was supposed to be done I couldn t get it because the mechanic broke a boat which fell into the engine so they needed an extra day to work on it. I call Eurobahn to inform them that my vehicle was leaking oil and I never had this problem before.. the day that I took my vehicle to Eurobahn I left straight from the BMW dealership who just done oil change and has done all of my oil change and many other work on my car and I never had a problem of leaking oil and my guys been eating up so quick. Eurobahn refuse to own up to their mistake they claim that my oil leak has nothing to do with them. At this point. I am not sure if they even done the job that I paid them for which the estimate that they gave me and what our pay was twice as much as the estimate that they gave me to do the job . So I will proceed to the next step that I have to and take responsibility of trying to go somewhere other than BMW dealership to get a cheaper job done I receive my car back worse condition than what it was.Eurobahn thanks for nothing. We must be careful. There are many crooks in this world.

The repair was great and fast. Service was great as well. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that they charge a fee if you pay with credit card, which I was not aware of or else I could ve just paid in cash and saved some money. Wish they could have told me upfront, but I will know for the future. I anticipate returning to them for future car needs.

Having been around euro cars for my entire life, I am very impressed with Eurobahn. Had an oil change and brake flush on my Rover this morning and they did an excellent job. Kept the interior clean, serviced in a reasonable time frame and washed the exterior when they were finished. Will be back for all regular services and any needed repairs. Thank you

You ever meet folks that seem as if you've known them forever, that was my visit with ya'll. Your techs...had every opportunity to dig deep in my pocket however, they never stopped investigating until they solved the problem, the honesty was commendable and the cost was unheard of. The people that completed my service did an amazing job, but that front end staff made me feel like I did not belong there. They brushed me off and they kept saying I need an appointment when nobody told me I needed one the 2x that I called. Then one employee told me another employee will be mad when he hands him my paper. I would let me car sit and wait for an appointment somewhere else before I go back.

I am always impressed by Lou, the service manager. I'm an Old Dog, but Lou is able to teach me things about my Range Rover Evoque. No BS.The transparent communication is truly appreciated.They aren't the least expensive shop in town, but I know that I am getting top level service.I highly recommend Eurobahn.They have gained my trust and respect.

This dealership has completely lost my trust, I bought a raptor not even 2 weeks ago. The motor is already knocking.On top of that we had a good day so I opened the sun roof to find the whole thing is shattered which they decided not to mention.Will not be doing any future business.
