I cannot say enough about the professionalism and awesome customer service I received with having my landrover discovery fixed after someone hit me from behind. Ray made working with the insurance part a breeze and the communication I received between him and Anthony was top notch. They kept me informed every step of the way and they did a great job in repairing my vehicle. I hope I don't need to return, but if I do, I know where I am going.

Full of themselves. I called explaining I wanted to get a quote on bodywork and I was not sure if I was using insurance or not. They told me to come on over then when I got there they said they don t deal with people not filing insurance I will be sending a message to the automobile that recommends them. with that attitude, I d rather drive another 50 miles to another place then deal with them.Then had the nerve to ask me for my contact information to see if they could check in with me in another week for what??

Thank you to Eurobahn Auto Body Shop Greensboro for once again saving me when my car needed a new bumper Cover. They ordered the part, called me when it was ready, I dropped off my car and it was done next day. Looks great and I am so happy with their service. They are always so accommodating, friendly and their customer service is through the roof amazing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I worked with David Jackson and he was really great to work with. I've never had my car in a repair shop where I received pictures through the entire repair process to not only keep me informed as to the progress but also to see EXACTLY how and what was going on with my vehicle. Really amazing customer service experience and if you have to be without your vehicle, you at least feel safe being kept in the loop the entire time!Thank you David and Eurobahn!!!!!

I recently had a huge auto accident and damaged both the side and back of my car. Unfortunately my insurance only covered me for so much so I had to pay for the damages out of my own pocket. I was referred to this place by my Neighbor ! I was greeted a minute into walking into the shop by a guy named dustin. He was respectful and was very knowledgeable about what he does. He even asked me questions about the collision I was in to better understand what damages was done to the car. I was extremely impressed with him. He gave me a very good price for the total work to be done. I asked him to get it done within 2 weeks and he completed everything in 8 days!! Highly recommend him and this body shop! Hope I don't get into anymore accidents but if I do... this is where I am coming back to get repairs done!!!!

I scheduled an appointment a week prior to get my undercarriage sprayed. Came to my appointment on the day of and they tell me then that they don t have the tools to do the necessary work. I even brought my own undercoating fluid. I also had to wait over an hour for them to see me. It would of been nice for them to tell me they didn t have the supplies on my first meeting with them. I could of bought the items and bring it with me but they didn t. David the guy I initially talked to had excellent customer service. On the day of the appointment it was some middle eastern guy with a nasty attitude I had to deal with. Very snarky attitude the whole time I was talking to him. I asked to talk to someone else other than him and he told me he was the owner and there was no one else. I couldn t believe it. I just left because it seemed like he couldn t care less about his customers and I didn t want to deal with his nasty attitude. Over priced also very high compare to all the other shops around. I was going to just go with them because In the south a lot of shops don t do undercarriage work. But at the end I found a place that did a great job for half the price. I don t recommenced this place at all.

We have been using eurobahn for almost a year now! Our vehicle was in a recent fender bender and we had the pleasure of meeting David Who helped us with the repairs! He is very professional, kind, funny, has great communication skills and did an amazing job with our vehicle. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the results! He also handled all the paperwork and went as far as to even deal with the insurance company for us! We are greatly pleased and will continue to use Eurobahn for all our vehicle needs thanks to David! We are very appreciative!

Took A LOT longer to complete than what I was told but the ceramic coating that was applied to my car was fantastic. My contact was David who did a great job at keeping me updated even when it was to tell me about a delay. Overall, great work!!

I took my MG here to get tires mounted on new wheels and an alignment. I also asked if they could look for the source of my oil leak when they had it on the lift. This was a simple job for which they didn't make much money but Felix treated my job with more professionalism than I expected. They game me a detailed account of the oil leak and where it is coming from so I now know what needs to be addressed. I took my car here because I don't trust the technicians at the chain stores and I had heard good things about Eurobahn - I'm glad I did.

Eurobahn has always been a pleasure to work with. A few years ago, I came to them for service repair to my VW Passat after being rear-ended. I was thoroughly pleased with how Anthony handled conversations and vouching on my behalf with insurance to make sure I got the quality repair that I deserved and not just an aftermarket paint for something that required VW-specific paint.My most recent experience with David was an absolute pleasure as well. I required PDR (Paintless Dental Repair) and while Eurobahn could not get resources and insurance budget to fix in the timeframe I needed, they did try their best. David was responsive, very empathetic to me as the customer and even gave me a ride to the Car rental Shop, given that I was going to have to wait after-hours and Eurobahn was closing.I will continue to be a huge advocate for Eurobahn as they are a local company and always do their best to give the utmost quality to the customer and its vehicle.

I am not happy with the results of my 2019 Charger that I sent to this location to be fixed: it seems really nice but the job was the opposite. They charge for things they never do and only interested in running up the bill. I will make sure everything on my car gets fixed until I am pleased. Management if you read this give me a call to resolve this issue. They are not who they seem to be. Avoid by all means.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my Tesla here for minor repair from a rock hitting the hood. It s good work, took very little time, and the final price was on the low end of the estimate. Hopefully, I don't need any more repair work done in the future, but if something does happen, I would go back.

I love this place! If you have an luxury car and need it fixed Eurobhan is the place to go! David did an excellent job in making sure the process was smooth from start to finish! I got my car back before 2 weeks time! Thanks David and the Eurobahn team in getting my car back to its original state!

If you re looking for a body repair shop in the Greensboro area. This is your bodyshop. They did a fantastic job repair in my Porsche after my wife got into an accident, they replaced my hood bumper fender and did some repairs on my driver side door. The Paint job look phenomenal. I am old school car guy and And I know my sh** I wanna comes to cars in paint, you couldn t even tell my car was painted. I wanna give a shout out to Ray and his body shop team thank you. The body shop manager David is excellent. From the first time I called him just for a couple of questions to when I picked my car up, he was in constant contact with me. He was extremely helpful in helping me understand all the things that occur after an accident and letting me know about things with insurance. He also was good about providing me transportation to and from eurobahn when I needed it. Don't bother with the big body shops like labonte, and crown. Eurobahn and David are fantastic

Had body work done. They made sure it was done precisely to manufacturer specs and went the extra distance to touch up areas not even part of the original damage. Ray also provided exceptional communication throughout the process. They are the only place I ll take my M3 for any future repairs or maintenance.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

David Jackson and the body shop team at Eurobahn did an outstanding job on repairing the scratched rear fender on my BMW. Impossible to tell it was ever damaged. I recommend them highly for all your BMW service and repair!

The diagnosed my car within 2 hours, ordered the parts and had my car ready the following evening about 3 hours after the parts arrived. The absolute best service I have seen from any Mercedes shop.

Thankful to Eurobahn for honesty and transparency, namely David. From day one we were made aware of the situation and were constantly updated. This is very important to customers like ourselves that are not fully aware of the collision repair process. Grateful!

We had an issue with our Srpinter-based RV while traveling near Greensboro. Eurobahn made time for us the next morning, providing quality service, and a thorough explanation of the problem. We were on our way again by mid-day. Felix was terrific. Thanks very much.

Great body work on the undercarriage of our 20-yr-old Expedition! It s now structurally sound again, and looks fantastic! We re happy to feel safe driving it hopefully another 175k miles!

They professionally mixed the paint , which is better than the touch up paint you buy from the parts counter and went on to apply the paint , let it dry and buffed it !

Took my Ram 1500 to these guys because someone keyed it paint is a peal paint wich changes colors very hard to match this Ray with Eurobahn bent over backwords to help me i am very greatful to him and his crew of awesome Technicians my truck looka better now than when i purchased it if you need a nice car buy from Eurobahn.If you need a great body or paint job Go Eurobahn the best cant be beat THANKS RAY AND ALL OF YOU AT EUROBAHN

I have a 2008 porche cayenne, car wont turn on, they told me that i need a new ECU(new computer as we know),i towed the car somewhere else,and the problem was a missing relay that feeds power to some electrical compartment, there estimate was $ 2,800 just for that.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
