I've been waiting for the brand-new Greensboro Discount Tire to open here in Greensboro. And finally had a reason to visit. I have been a customer of this chain for a very long time. Even driving to the Penny Rd location for my last set of tires. My wife was experiencing some shake in the tires she bought from the place down the street with the three letter name. Everything from making my appointment online to being greeted outside went off without a hitch!And I knew I was right trusting Discount to fix the tire issues with my wife s vehicle. Turns out the tires installed by the other shop was done completely wrong. The Discount store is very nice looking and the staff are great. If you need tires in Greensboro don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to Discount Tire on Battleground.

I recently visited Discount Tire because I had a flat tire, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only did they check all my tires and fix my flat, but they also had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and their efficiency was impressive. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone in need of tire services!

I was so lucky to be directed to Discount Tire when I experienced trouble with my rental car. Lou, Lamar, & Luther displayed expertise, kindness, & patience, going above and beyond to ensure that I got safely on the road. I can t recommend this business and its lovely employees highly enough.

Did I get scammed? Sure feels like it! Purchased tires from their website and set up an appointment. Dropped off vehicle and got a text it was ready (less than 2 hours). At pickup they said I had bulging lug nuts. I noticed their in store marketing of this issue earlier. They put new ones on without approval and proceeded to charge me $80. Twice the cost as the auto part store next door. Wish I could recommend but unfortunately cannot.

Everyone here is/was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I needed new tires and Lamar helped me select exactly what I needed and wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the tire options for my vehicle. He answered any questions I had. My vehicle was serviced promptly as there also was no one waiting before me. I will come back. Highly recommend!

I was in and out very quickly with my new tires. I paid in advance and scheduled an appointment. They were quick and very nice, the place was clean and had wifi so I could get work done while I waited. Overall great experience.

Just purchased new tires from the new location on battleground and our service associate Lamar was outstanding. We left the vehicle and when we pulled up he rushed the keys out to us before we even got out of the vehicle. Can t recommend this location enough. Thanks for all the help and fast service.

Had great experience buying tires today!Young man named Lou was so very helpful and informative.Got a great deal on Michelin tires.Only took about 30 minutes didnt mind it at all!Was my second time buying tires there.Luther politely brought me my car when done.Will definitely go back there again.Check them out!

I was greeted upon my arrival and had new tires balanced and put on within 20 minutes. I had a terrible experience with a different shop the day before, but everyone at discount tire made up for it and then some. Lamar was incredibly kind. I will definitely be returning to them in the future!

This place is fantastic! Been here on multiple occasions and the service is always top tier. Prices are great as well. Luther is amazing, he was friendly and honest and went out of his way to take care of us.

Had to bring a rental car in for tire service, initially they misdiagnosed the problem, so I had to return later in the day for them to fix the problem correctly. Should have been an easy fix the first time around.

I purchased tires online and made an appointment to have them installed the next day. I arrived for my appointment, a friendly lady came out to greet me in the parking lot. Confirmed that I was there for my appointment, asked a few questions, told me that it would take about an hour to complete the install, and then invited me to come inside.The lobby was clean, had fast wifi, tables for me to use my laptop, and complimentary bottles water available.I observed that the employees behind the counter were friendly and helpful as they assisted other customers.About 30 minutes later, someone came out to let me know that they were finishing up with my install and would have my car pulled up shortly. Asked if I had any questions and thanked me for my business.The entire experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations.

Friendly staff, from Kenny at the front to the main technician (I didn't catch his name, I'm sorry). No pressure to buy any marketing fluff, and I felt like my time and money were respected. So glad we have a location on Battleground now!

The prices are reasonable,the staff are very professional and very kind!!An excellent group!!What really impressed me was when one customer's service was done,the young man helped her to the car and waited until she could comfortably get in !!!

Had a appointment scheduled at 3pm, people that came in after me got their cars serviced first. For some reason I was the last person to get serviced even though I arrived first and had a appointment reserved at 3. I think the manager there favored certain people, I feel like a business should be fair and treat customers all the same. I think the manager was a black guy with a bald head he had a long sleeve red dress shirt on. I will not be coming back to this location because of that.

This shop in particular is Amazing!The staff were so kind and courteous.I had actually went up there just to get some air in my tire and had mentioned that i had to do it often for some reason and the guy offered to have it looked at for free.Turns out it was actually on the verge of randomly blowing out soon.I didnt have the all the money necessary to pay for another tire but they worked with me to help me get one so that i could continue to drive safe on the road which is a Huge Blessing because im earning money doing food deliveries at the moment until i find something more stable.But im SO Thankful to everyone that helped me out. They saved me from potentially getting into bad accident and helped me out Tremendously.Ill definitely continue to get more tires from them when i can and I definitely recommend to get what you possibly need done from them you wont regret it.

Kenny and team easily made my tire repair experience the best I've ever had. My Tesla had a flat and I was really trying to avoid having to take it all the way to Raleigh to have it fixed at the Tesla service center. Within an hour of my car being at Discount Tire, the guys found the nail, patched my tire and I was ready to go. Super friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy to sell me things I didn't need. Nobody wants to deal with tire problems (or even regular maintenance honestly), but when you have to, don't hesitate to make this place your go-to.

BIG THANKS TO DISCOUNT TIREI had a nail in a tire on my Lexus. AAA said they didn't plug tires. NTB, on Battleground, said they wouldn't fix the flat and I needed to buy new tires.Lamar, the Manager at the new Discount Tire on Battleground, fixed the flat for free and offered to help me with new tires, at a great price, when I was ready for them.THANKS TO LAMAR AND LUTHER!

The managers of this location go above and beyond to take care of their customer! They had just opened up at 8 when they helped me and I was back on the road by 8:30 with multiple services completed. They showed me how my tires were doing and where the tread was so I was informed to make the right decision. They simply make the experience seamless and convenient.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation

Great staff! I had an absolutely HOTRIBLE day and they managed to help me out in every possible way and managed to also fix my sad mood. Very caring people. I was hoping to get a review button via email, but I have not received one yet and I have a horrible memory so I hope I can shout out the right person. Mike? Mark? One of the two. This very kind gentleman at the front desk greeted us immediately as we arrived by walking outside into the heat, listened to my long-winded story about my day, helped me learn about my car/tires, gave me helpful tips, AND managed to make me smile after I've been practically in tears all day. You are a sweetheart and they are so lucky to have you. Thank you so much and I hope I see you everytime I come back in!
