Great business. My car would not back up. I went to Custom Concepts and they changed my transmission fluid. Yes, not a thing to do in a BMW, but it worked. My car is backing up now.Please note: There is another person named Joyce Hand in Greensboro. I am Joyce Marie Hand. I'm not sure how to change it on Google.

Would not take my car there. Called in for a quote and when I came in to fix the problem told me a completely different price and would not honor what he said.
