The Continental team was very helpful in getting my engine dropped off for an IRAN. The team at the Service Center in Fairhope was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to make my experience seamless and even showed me their operations in person. They are extremely backlogged but were very forthcoming on dates and expected turnaround time. I am confident that I will be receiving the best quality and safest engine repair available.

Hands-down, the most kindest, accommodating, open and communicative garage, I have ever been to. Was able to fit me in, diagnose my issue, and show me that other garages are willing to charge you for parts you don t need. I will be taking my car to Continental ONLY. Needed a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle we were interested in getting for our daughter. Spoke with Tim and he was very pleasant and was able to fit us in the same day. Tim was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings for the vehicle. Tim and the guys are the absolute best. Highly recommend them for any service you need on your car. They do an excellent job and kept my cars running and in good shape for over 10 years. We have a 2008 Honda Pilot that is in great condition, but we had a rear electric window fail. We were referred to Continental by a trusted Honda technician who worked on our car for years, but he moved out of state. His good referral was spot on. Tim repaired the electric window in one day for a very fair price. We have confidence in the integrity and technical skill at Continental and will use them as our primary repair shop.

Took care of annual NC registration inspection very quickly with no appointment. Polite, professional, and patient. The waiting area was clean. The shop was well-organized. I brought in a fleet vehicle and payment process is a bit of a pain, but the man who waited on me was great. I highly recommend.

Tim and his mechanic saved the day. I am pretty mechanically inclined but was chasing a problem for 2 weeks on my son's car that I could not get figured out. Those guys had it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I was so frustrated, I would have paid double what they charged hope they don't back Bill me when they read this. Exceptional service! Continental has taken care of our cars for the past 13 years. They have never misdiagnosed, their prices are reasonable, the shop is immaculate and we trust them completely. Tim and George are the best mechanics in Greensboro, HANDS DOWN!

This was my first time here. I have to say that Tim is a cool guy. Took his time a evaluate everything and was very honest. I will undate to his review when the work is done.Update: I must say that Tim and his partner are truly great mechanic's. They took their time to make sure everything was right. We were in a terrible situation, needing one last van load to finish our move to Greensboro when our van just died in the middle of the road. We ended up asking around for a reasonable, dependable mechanic and were told about Tim at Continental Motors. We called him and described the situation and he said he was 99.9% sure it was the alternator and gave us an estimate for parts and labor over the phone. He offered a reasonable tow fee and promised us he would have it fixed by the end of the day. He wasn't just right about the van's problem and was done within the time frame, but was also within a few cents of his estimate!! We can and will recommend his services and fees to anyone who needs a job done well at a price better than any competitors (of which there were 3 for us and neither would even take a "guess" at the problem nor would any give us an estimate of the cost!!) It's difficult to find a business/mechanic you can trust not to gouge you price-wise, who won't hit you up for fixes that aren't necessary and offer quality work. Go see Tim - he knows what he's doing and does it well. We'll be going back soon for additional fixes. Definitely 5 stars from a very satisfied customer!!

I've been going to Tim and George for years. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. You might not have heard of Continental Motors because they get enough repeat business and business through recommendations, they don't need to advertise. That alone speaks volumes about value they provide. They are the best in the Triad.

My wife and I have been trusting Continental Motors with our vehicles for about a decade. It is very easy to recommend Tim and George to anyone in Greensboro needing an honest and reliable auto repair shop. For 10 years I took my 1994 Ford truck with a plethora of old truck issues. I never once felt like I spent money on something that didn't really need to be corrected. The quality of work and trustworthiness of Tim and his crew have been consistently high.They give me peace of mind for the safety of my family and the longevity of our vehicles. I don't like spending money, but I do like knowing that it is being right. I have referred people to Continental for years and have never regretted it.

I will never go back to Graves shop told me the truck needed a intake casket which would be $450.00 if he could find one for 2003 truck.So I took it to the dealer they tightened the intake bolts and the problem was solved! Mechanic said the intake bolts were loose because someone loosened them 49.00 I told Graves he disagreed and then said I should bring to him for the inspection this man will sabotage your vehicle.I would think twice about letting him repair your vehicle .I have seen guys like this on t.v. but never thought it would happen to me!he

Drove an hour up here with a confirmed appointment just to wait in the lobby for almost 30 mins and be told the mechanic went home early. Don t waste your time. Thanks god my car is drivable or I d be stranded
