Fantastic service! When I contacted them, they were able to get me an afternoon appointment the same day, in contrast to the dealership where I purchased my automobile, which could not look at my car for five weeks! The issue with my headlight was expertly identified and�corrected. City Automotive is�a�reasonably priced alternative to the dealership.�I highly recommend them.Service: Electrical repair

Edit: Needed service for the bar that goes across the front that helps control the tires. They did not put a nut back and caused my car to be put in a very dangerous sitaution a few days later. They would put a new bolt & nut on, but it would take three days. No word on the damage caused by their mistake such as tire being damaged, bumper hitting the road, etc. Just the bolt & nut. Just told them to stick somethign in it so I can sell the car at Carmax.Beware that they can give you quality service, but I got the duality of service here.Took my car in for diagnostic on several issues. Have cross referenced it with another mechanic and it s been legit. They don t bother fluffing me with lingo and just tell me what s wrong and what it costs. End story, pay, car go Vroom. Very happy.

I have been a loyal customer with City Automotive since they ve first opened. One of the consistently hard things for me to do is finding time to get my car worked on because I m constantly traveling for military duty. Throughout all these years, I have always been able to call them at any random time and day during shop hours and tell them what I m concerned with about my car or what kind of work I need done and they almost always are able to fit me in to accommodate me. I have an extraordinary amount of trust in them because time and time again, they always prove to provide the best advice, best customer service, and best prices. I never leave their shop questioning if I was treated right. This family shop is the perfect example of what genuine customer service and amazing business ethics looks like. The best place to fix/repair your vehicles. Why? Because the staffs are professional and respectful, on time for my appointment..the waiting room is very clean. Above all, their rate is very very fair and reasonable when compare against other shops. I highly recommend City Authmotives.

They helped me replace my power steering and fuel pump and I ve been multiple times for oil changes in the past plus other repairs . Mechanic was very professional and gave good and fast service. After being told my battery may need to be changed after getting a jump, I went to a couple of places that misdiagnosed a simple battery change. I went here to get a test to see if something was draining my battery. Since I work 3rd shift they allowed me to drop of my car after closing to look at it first thing in the morning. Rather than charge me for however many hours it may have took to check the electrical before making a final decision, they determined that yes, I needed a new battery and only charged me for checking the battery. It may not seem like a lot but it definitely helped since I paid for parts, labor, etc.for the new battery.They were very professional and called to keep me up to date and give me an estimate for when they'd be done. This business is awesome..they worked on my car twice..every time I went in for business the service was exceptional with a very friendly staff. They went over and beyond to accommodate my car needs and NOW my car drives like a brand new one. I recommend this business to anyone in search of getting thier car serviced and or repaired!! Just awesome work , great prices and mechanics!

Don t spend your money with these people. They will rip you off! I went here to see about getting an oil leak fixed. They told me my car was leaking oil in 3 different places and that it would cost over $2300 to fix. I took it to another shop and they told me that I actually didn t have a leak at all. The issue was that I had way too much oil in there. I was putting oil in because my oil pressure light was coming on and off. The problem was my oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced which cost me less than $150! From over $2300 for a problem that I didn t even have to less than $150 to fix the real problem. I would never even consider them again for trying to get over on me like that

Good people to work with bought a diesel with a bad injection pump they changed it and cleaned injectors. Truck is running very strong now. Good prices and very honest and patient with the customers. Will come back

This place is complete trash they over charge u and down talk you when u question their prices. I got a quote here for windshield rust and was quote $1000 took it to another shop and was quoted $500 . Hmm say they basically tried to charged me 2x what it actually cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone their very shady especially when dealing with insurance companies

We got a flat tire right next door just as City Automotive closed but they stayed to help get it repaired. Despite our obvious predicament, they treated us fairly and helped us quickly get back on our way.

Horrible!!!!!!! Was told to have car towed for repair to their shop .When I got it there. They looked at it maybe 5 minutes and said they couldn't fix it. Just a fuel pump!!!!! Had to then get it towed from there to another shop. Waste of time and money.
