We wouldn t take our cars anywhere else. Great service, knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, timely and efficient work. Angel is a godsend, so patient, detailed explanations and incredible customer service.

I went for an alignment and learned they could not do an alignment because they checked out the suspension and found a problem. They did not charge for the inspection and were honest about the effectiveness of an alignment. I will go to them in the future.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Been going to Champion Auto since 2007. Troy and Angel are great people who care about thier customers. Always had good experiences here. Very honest folks, which is difficult to find these days in a mechanic. Thanks for great service every time y'all.

Very rude. They intentionally put children at risk by parking a truck in the middle of the parking lot were kids are picked up for after school and summer camp at Skillz 4 Kidz. They have been ask multiple times to move and refuse. I almost wrecked my car trying to pick my kid up because of this.

Went in for high mileage oil change, no communication whatsoever after about my car & 1 month later my car is saying it needs an oil change again & is almost out of oil after not much driving. I called & expressed concern about it & he just said he'll turn off the light for me & didn't even ask my name & i wanted him to look the situation up just kept repeating he would just switch off oil change needed light even though I'm nowhere near my next due. I dont think they even did a high mileage oil change or replaced the filter. They charged me less i thought they. Giving me a refrenced coupon but i think they just did wrong oil change. No one told me anything about anything literally 0 communication. Will not go there again

Monday, my car "died" about 7:30 pm in the rain in Greensboro. I contacted AAA & had the driver tow my car to this particular shop because it was closest to where my car let me down. The next day around noon, I received a call from a female rep from Champion with an update on my vehicle. Her entire tone was rude & aggressive. She was talking AT me ~ not to me. And she seemed to have a bit of an attitude all while attempting to get me to spend nearly $900 with this company.Due to her less than professional demeanor & her rudeness, I had my car towed to our regular mechanic's shop within an hour of our unpleasant conversation. After expressing my disappointment in my experience with this company, a family member suggested that I call back & speak to a member of management to alert them to the situation. When I called back & spoke with the manager to explain my earlier experience with his team member ~ I immediately learned that the unprofessionalism didn't start or stop with the female employee. He began to raise his voice at me, put words in my mouth (that I never said), and ended our conversation with "I'm glad you took your car somewhere else!" (repeated twice) and then he hung up on me!WOW! This is how you treat people in the community that has sustained you for 22 years??? What happened to common courtesy? What happened to treat people the way you would like to be treated? What happened to Customer Service? I hope & pray that no one else has this type of experience with this business.PS: By taking my vehicle to our mechanic, I was able to utilize my battery warranty and exchange if for a Free one and we saved over $385 in repair/labor costs! #WINNING

Ironic when your own employee proves you told me a straight lie. If you didn't want to work on my car or acknowledge my warranty, then SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINNING so I can take my vehicle to someone who WANTS my business!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Good honest people. Angel is very knowledgeable. She tells you what's wrong with your car and tells you how much, that's it. No hidden agenda like other car places. I do not take my car anywhere else but to Champion Automotive.

Champion is a great honest and fairly priced mechanic shop. I ve had work done at this shop on 5+ different vehicles on dozens of different types of jobs over the last half decade I ve lived in the area and would recommend them to everyone.

Troy and Angel are professional and great mechanics. Never charged me for a diagnosis , even if they had to take some stuff apart to find the problem if they can't fix it they have never charged me.

Will not stand behind their labor. 3 months ago they installed a timing belt and it just snapped causing 8 valves to be bent and needing to be taken to a machine shop to fix costing about $1400. They did not cover any of the cost for this repair and claimed it was due to a faulty timing belt that I had not even driven 3 months or 300 miles on. The belt manufacturers said it was likely due to the belt guide put on wrong or the belt being tightened too much but champion argued that they would tow my car off to a junk yard if I did not pay the repairs... so basically they did a $600 job in December that caused a $1400 job three months later that they took no responsibility for.

This place is awesome they're Fair they're honest they treat you right if you have a car problem you should definitely check out Troy and Angel down there a champion Automotive the whole crew is awesome

This is by far the best auto service/repair place around! I have been using them for a few years now and they have been excellent! The prices are always very reasonable too.

Had to get a new ignition switch put in my 94 cutlass. Had these guys do it and still have problem with the ignition switch and now everything in my steering column is going out. No headlights, turn signals, can hardly change gears, and cruise control is gone. Went from a 170 job to a 375 job. Thanks guys! Never will ever go here again.

They are always honest and upfront about issues with you vehicle. Pricing is fair and work done is top notch. Would recommend for any car issues.

They are very good at knowing how to fix your car. They are honest, hard-working and try to do the job as rapidly as possible. I think they are the best garage in Greensboro.

The mechanics were very knowledgeable I took a 1990 Chevy Corsica in there and they seem to know all about that particular type of vehicle I will always use them from now on

I had an exhaust leak. After hooking the smoke machine to detect where the leak was they let me go in the garage area to see the problem.Honest people.
