Price done went up so much you might as well buy new and the service rude.. but mechanics gonna be mechanics.. just know the cost is as much as AutoZone or advance or wherever.. shop around

First time using Carolina Quality and will be a customer from now on. Michelle is highly knowledgable,professional,fast,and courteous. If u have a charging or starting problem this is your place. You will get a far better result letting them fix yours versus buying the garbage you get from all the "parts stores",plus u will save some $. I strongly recommend this place,just call them,you will see. Thanks again Michelle

They are awesome. Fast service and easy to deal with. Incredibly nice. Michelle went above and beyond. Made sure that my car was taken care of quickly and educated me so I wouldn't have potential future issues.

They had a great friendly staff. They gave me detailed information I didn't know. The price was very reasonable. I would def recommend this place before buying new parts. They have great knowledge and I am so glad that I came here first

The guy's here are super nice and they were able to fix my alternator for a hell of a lot cheaper than any place else. From the first phone call to picking my car up the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend coming here. They do good work and stand behind it.

What an incredible group! I have used Jimmy, Michelle and the gang at Carolina Quality for over 10 years and they are my number one choice for all starter and alternators. Great quality work at very reasonable prices. We love them!!

Literally the best service I ve had from a mechanic shop. Always spoke to a lady and she has the best customer service I ve experienced in a long time. Fixed my alternator and price was very affordable. If you have a problem with your alternator please try this shop out.

Michelle has always been helpful and saves me time and money. The starters are alternators outlasts my vehicles and after the part is installed she does a check to make sure it's working properly.I have been dealing with them for over 30 years.

Could not have had a better experience. I recommend very highly. They are closed July 4 through July 12, 2020 for vacation.Please go see them after that. Very nice, local staff.

Every time I buy a used truck, the first stop is Carolina Quality. They are the best! I have been a customer for over 12 years and they have solved so may problems for me at a reasonable cost and with great service. I would recommend and have recommended them to any and all my friends or anytime someone relays that they have a alternator or starter issue.

If you have a starter or alternator, or even a generator for a 6 volt system that needsto work again, bring it here and pay them a reasonable fee and they will make that happen if it is possible to repair. Good people, I've been using them for a couple years now and haven't been anything but happy with the work that they accomplish and the money that we save by using them.

Great service. I thought my starter was out, but it turned out, it was the wire connection to the battery. They could have just replaced the starter like I asked but they troubleshoot the issue and saved me some money. The only place I'll ever go for starter or alternator work.

Very friendly staff, they helped me with my alternator for half of what they charge you for a replacement at the parts store, and you keep your original equipment! Shops like this are invaluable and not be overlooked!

I went to get an alternator rebuild on one of my company service trucks expecting a day downtime. To my surprise he just glanced my part and got me one that was the exact replacement in under a minute and I was out that quick. Downtime 30 minutes. Back on the road again. This is a great shop to get your starters and alternators fix they are very friendly they fix my starter while I waited it did not take long and they are very knowledgeable they explained the problem ,I will definitely take all my parts here thanks for a great job and experience
