In terms of big money customers, I am sure I m near the bottom of the list for Carolina CAT in Greensboro. I have just one machine with a few attachments so I don t spend a huge amount of money here each year. However, Josh Downs still calls me a few times a year to check on me, my machine and if I need his help with anything. He treats us like the most valued customer he has. That is why I will always be loyal to this dealership even if I could get something cheaper elsewhere. Thank you Carolina CAT in Greensboro for taking good care of all your customers.

HAYDEN BOYLES IN RENTAL IS TOP NOTCH AND AND A VERY WONDERFUL HUMAN!!! HE TOTALLY GOT ME OUT OF A PINCH TODAY WHEN A CONTRACTOR FAILED TO PROVIDE THE LIFT. SUPER GREAT GUY!!!!!

Mike over the truck shop is the absolute worst as far as communication and knowledge, geesh! Dont leave your truck or you will be lied to, make sure of what mechanic is working on your truck. Make sure that you pay attention to your quotes and i hope you have some knowledge of what your asking to be done so your not taken to the cleaners.
